Richmond Istanbul Hotel  

I liked the location of the hotel,also the inliked the room design, The hotel is clean and most iof the staff were helpful,the internet Service was good.

The air conditioning wasn't working good,

The lobby is in the mezzanine floor which needs from you a bell boy to take the bags,however it will not be suitable for old people and handicap

Very good situation in the center of the city, yet quiet room. Clean room, clean towels. Good variety in breakfast. Friendly stuff.

Service was excellent, great location. Rooms clean and modern. The staff was extremely friendly. Beutiful view from the restaurant.

I am visiting the specific hotel since 2006. Since that time until now all the staff is the same. This is important as I feel that I am going in a very friendly environment.

Well for this price hotel was expensive ,, rooms were very small..

Great location. Well furnished rooms. Absolutely fantastic top floor bar and restaurant with amazing view over Istanbul (drinks particularly pricey though).

We asked for a quiet room but all the rooms across the corridor had young children who were allowed to play all day in the corridor - the hotel did intervene but it would have been better not to have had to deal with the issue.

Just its cleanliness.

We have booked a triple room with a baby cot but they have arranged a double room with really uncomfortable extra bed & a baby cot instead.Note that the price of the triple room compare to double room with an extra bed is higher and also the space of the double room is much lower than triple. Meanwhile we have asked the reception people to change our room but they refused due to lack of triple room.Also they refused to refund us the difference of the prices.I have asked them to let me discuss with manager of the hotel but they told me that he is out of hotel and during our whole stay it was not possible to saw him. The location of the hotel is also is not really good and almost no taxi know this hotel at all. No extra facilities like many of the other 4 star hotels in Istanbul.

Simply the location is great also because the furniture is renewed the hotel is very valuable .

If you stay for a long time you will get bored of the breakfast buffet Unfortunatley there was no change at least in the main dishes for more more than 10 days I stayed in the hotel
