The front desk was excellent-- in particular Serkar Pelven. He was of immense help to us in planning out activities in Istanbul. We were also helped by Hassan at the front desk. |

I loved the buss on the street and having the shop so near for shopping. I was disappointed that the holel did not have a turkish bath. |

Clean rooms, helpful receptionists and porters for the most part, excellent breakfast, great location, overall great experience and would recommend the hotel to others very old tv (not even flat screen), requested a triple room with an extra bed but actually did not get the extra bed because they said there weren't any available. |

The Richmond hotel is very well situated concerning public transports and shopping. The back rooms are quite and over the 4th floor they have a very nice view. Sorry to say but arriving and asking for a small city map just for to have an idea and localize us, the reception desk proposed us to buy the map! |

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Istanbul and is in an excellent position for shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and willl come back The executive room did not give value for money. Is was not worth paying more, although the bed was very comfortable.. |

excellent position both for shopping and evening entertainment; easy to reach turistic attractions by Metro or Tram and even by foot. Tranquillity of the room. Brekfast room could be improved in matter of design and equipments. |

We stayed in an executive room on the 6th floor which has an excellent restaurant as well, mostly fully booked. Further a good breakfast and good english speaking staff. The location in Istanbul's premier shopping street with abt 30 mins walking to the Grans Bazaar is good. We found the matresses very hard. |

La situación y limpieza Las habitaciones un poco oscuras, menos luminosas que en las fotos y si tienes suerte con la que te adjudiquen, la primera noche la pasamos en una que daba al patio, con ruido de motor incluido, si vas para siete dias como nosotros, hubiese sido una pesadilla, luego nos cambiaron a otra a la sexta planta con vistas al bosforo y muy contentos, pero ojo que de las del patio con ruido habia muchas y la verdad dejaban que desear. |

Die Bar im siebten Stock ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über Istanbul. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstücksbuffet waren schlecht gelaunt und unfreundlich. Auf ein freundliches Lächeln wartet man vergebens. ボスボラス湾を見渡せるお部屋は、夜景と朝の景色が素晴らしかったです。ベッドもバスルームもとても快適で- した。ホテルはイスタンブールのメインストリートにあり、トラムに乗るのも、カドキョイからシーバスを利用- してアジアンサイドや旧市街にも行くにも、徒歩で駅や発着地まで行かれるのでとても便利です。また、ガラタ- 橋にも徒歩でお散歩できます。 エグゼクティブルームを予約したのですが、ボスボラスが見えるからという理由で、スタンダードの部屋をエグ- ゼクティブルームとして提供されました。 |
