Fresh air and good wiev

This is a big spa hotel, obviously very popular with Turkish holiday makers. It is in a lovely spot up a 6km drive into the mountains. The facilities were as one would expect in such a hotel.

The spa bath and thermal pool were a little disappointing as far as we (westerners) were concerned.

Location on the river abd the hot water comming from the mountain heart

Food was not well prepared and the staff cannot speak english

Beautiful surroundings

It is certainly not 5 stars standard, 3 at best.

There was several things that I did not like, which I want to share in order to be refered to for the improvement process: 1. Staff does not speak english at all 2. The elevator was broken during my stay about 3 times; my stay was for 3 nights. 3. The basement level at the facility in which includes the thermal pool, vitamin bar, and the massage room was not attended rightly, as you feel there is no life down there 4. General feeling that the staff is not motivated except for the dinning area and the room service staff. Regards

Just it's out of taxi service

The only thing which is good about this hotel is mountains. Forest is just a few meters away. You can reach to some yayla by car.

First of all, this hotel does not deserve 5 star, maximum 3. Carpets in the hotel is dirty, no ac in the room, empty minibar, hotel facilities are mostly not working, in the childsroom everything is broken and dirty and open plugs everywhere and no fresh air inside at all. Breakfast is a nightmare, how others wrote about freshness of this breakfast I am shocked!! Vegetarians can eat some disgusting leaves!!! There are just a few choices to eat, most of them spoiled, all the cheeses etc were waiting without a cooler under such a heat and getting spoiled. No coffee at breakfast. Fresh fruits is in your dreams. There is no menu of the restaurant, you can only eat what they have cooked, and that is overpriced, for them removing meat from the meal makes it vegetarian. Reception staff is not interested in helping. They don`t know even what s around. Spa is not a spa, just some rooms, dirty pools, dirty changing rooms. Very suspicious positive comments!!! We believed them and were very much dissappointed.

The only good thing is the location. I think it will be better to take your tent and camp there rather than staying in this hotel.

Well, I don't know from where I should start. It seems that there was a lot of effort put during the initial stages of building this hotel. The location is amazing, the design is nice and the concept of the spa is well thought of. Today, I regret that I have chosen to stay in this hotel. The staff did not know anything . They did not speak any other language rather than Turkish including the manager. When we arrived to the hotel. The manager was fighting with some guests and the arguments took around 30 minutes while we were waiting. Then, they manage to give us the key of the room and that is it. There was no introduction and no proper welcoming of guests. I asked few questions and no one could answer. I asked to arrange for a taxi on the day of check out @ 12 noon. It took me five times to explain and a help of Turkish guest who spoke english. However, the called me @ 2:00 in the morning to tell me the taxi is here. I was like daaaa. I went to th reception and explained again and again. Guess what, the missed it as well during my check out and there was no taxi. Ther is no mini bar in the room not even water or tea. Breakfast and dinner is just a miss. There are insects everywhere in the Resturant sharing the food with you. I asked the staff about the spa and they could not explain anything to me properly. After dinner I decided to drink some tea on the river. In my opinion do not waste your money in this hotel. Take a taxi and go early morning to the area and enjoy the location.

الله الله على الفندق ما في أحلا ولا اجمل من الموقع والخدمه الله على فريق العمل من كل أفراده مدير الفندق اوزغول كيف يسهر على راحه النزلاء في الفندق وكيف انه حريص على ان تكون الامور كلها سليمه جميع العاملين هناك ممتازين لم ارى بحياتي صاحب فندق مثل صاحب الفتق الزيدوس حيث انه بنفسه يسال النزلاء اذا هم مرتاحين او يوجد تقصير بالخدمه باختصار كل من يذهب هناك يحس انه موجود في بيته ويشعر بالجول العائلي هناك من الحفاوه من مالكي الفندق الموقع خلاب ساحر جنه الله في الارض البرك الكبريتيه السباحه فيها رائعه في البرك الساخنه خارجا والشتاء الخفيف الذي ينزل حينها عليك إحساس رائع مفعم بالحيويه يوجد بركه كبريتيه داخليه مع حمام تركي بالطابق الأرضي للاوتيل بصراحه رحله من العمر انصح كل انسان الذهاب الى هناك

موقعه وتعامل موظفي الفندق وشموله على الفطور والعشاء مع سعر الغرفة والحمامات التركية

الانترنت كان سيء وأغلب موظفي الفندق لا يتحدثون الانجليزية ولا العربية

اعجبني الاستقبال والحفاوه من الجميع في المنتجع والتصميم المميز والنظافه والبوفيه والاهتمام النزلاء

- A good place to stay in resort away from city - breakfast & dinner is free - manager is excellent person and helpful - Ikizdere village is 6 km From the resort where you may need to buy necessary things . -المكان روعه لمن يريد البعد عن إزعاج المدينه - الفطور و العشاء مجاني - المدير يعرف عربي و رجل محترم ويقدم ألمساعده - في الطريق للمنتجع توجد قرية إيكيزدري حيث يمكنكم شراء مايلزمكم وذلك لعدم وجود محلات لشراء ماتحتاجونه - أنصح بإستئجار سياره من مطار طربزون لان الشوارع غير مزدحمه

انه لايوجد بجانبه اي نوع من انواع الخدمات ومطعم الفندق الاكل فيه ليس جيد

من خلال تجربتي للفنادق التركية لم ارى مثل هذا المنتجع الهادئ والمريح الذي يجعلك تسترخي في السونا وبركة السباحه المشمول سعرهم بسعر الغرفه وايضا وجبة الغداء والعشاء المشمولين بالذ الاطباق واشهاها وتعاون جميع العاملين فيه لتقديم الخدمة لي مشهودا حقيقة من اعلى مسئول في المنتجع الذي كان مهتما لاخر درجة لسماع رايي في المنتجع ولكي اذكر مثال ايضا من الامثلة التي لا تحصى ذهبت للمطعم وقت العشاء متاخرا بعد ان تم رفع بوفيه العشاء فاستقبلني الشيف شخصيا بكل رحابة صدر وقال لي تفضلوا بالجلوس وقال لجميع العاملين بتجهيز الطاولة بكل انواع الطعام الفاخرالتي اعدها في حينها وشكرا لجميع العاملين في هذا المنتجع الذي لن افكر في زيارة مكان اخر غيره عند زيارتي لاوزنغول

كان على المنتجع توفير مواقف خاصة بالموسم الثلجي حيث ان الثلوج تغطي السيارة باكملها بسمك خمسين سم ويصعب بعد ذلك ازالتها من مرتادي المنتجع

çAlışanların davranışları çok kötü. Yerel halktan seçilmiş ve eğitim seviyeleri düşük. Bölgede gezilebilecek yerleri tarif edecek bir kişi bile yok. O kadarki diplerindeki Anzer Yaylasına nasıl gidileceğini bilen bir kişiye ile rastlamadım. Temizlik berbat günlük temizlik yapılmıyor. Bulunan havuzlar dağınık ve apart odalara üvey evlat muamelesi yapılıyor.

بعد موقع الفندق وخطورة بعض المناطق الموصلة الية ضعف خدمة النت وخاصة اذا سكنت خارج مبنى الفندق الرئيسي(الاكواخ)

موقع الفندق للإستجمام وطقم الفندق جداً متعاون و لاسيما أردال فلقد وصف لي كثير من المناطق المجاورة للفندق التى تستحق الزيارة ونظراً لضعفه باللغة الانجليزية كان يستعين بالحاسب الآلي ليشرح لي جمال المناطق المجاورة بالصور ولقد زرت جميع المناطة التى ذكرها مثل جمالة بضم الجيم وفيها الكثير من الشلالات و أوفت وهي عبارة عن منطقة ثلجية كما اشكر مدير الفندق أزقور الذي سهل لي حجز بفندق زورال قراند بطربزون بسعر مغري

كل شئ كان ممتاز جداً حيث الفندق يوفر وجبة عشاء وفطور بالاضافة انه في مكان خيالي ورائع جداً باختصار شديد الفندق رائع Everything was very good where the hotel provides dinner and breakfast as well as that in the place is fantastic and very cool Very briefly wonderful hotel

فندق جميل يمر بوسطه نهر طاقم الفندق مرح وحبوب جداً يوجد فيه صاله العاب للكبار والصغار شبكة الانترنت لا بأس بها.

يوجد كثير من الحشرات وخاصةً العنكبوت منتشرة بشكل كبير. بوفيه الافطار اصنافه قليله بعيد بعض الشي عن المدينة.

موقع جداً رائع بعيد عن زحمة المدن والازعاج مناظر طبيعية خلابة خصوصاً إذا كان معاك سيارة وطلعت فوووق الفندق يوجد شلالات والجووو في المنطقة خلال سفرتنا كان رائع والفلة كانت جميلة المكان أعجبني أكثر من أوزنجول موقع الفندق يبعد عن اقرب قرية ٦ كيلو متر عشان كذا أذ ما عندك سيارة خذ إحتياطك لانة لايوجد تاكسي أيضاً الافضل يكون معك سيارة إيجار عشان تتمشى وتاخذ راحتك

طاقم الاستقبال ليس بطاقم إستقبال فندق خمس نجوم أرسلت ملابسي للمغسلة جلست لمدة ٤٨ ساعة ولم تغسل الا بعد ما شتكيت لمدير الفندق وعذرهم أنه المغسلة كانت عطلانة أكلهم كان محدود وغير متنوع وكان مشيء حالك

انا اقمت في فندق ريدوس سبعة ايام . وسبق لي ان طفت 26 دوله من دول العالم لكنني لم اجد ولم ارى مثل خدمات فندق ريدوس ولم ارى مناظر خلابه وراحه نفسيه واحاساس بأنني بين ابنائي واخواني مثل مارأيت في هذا الفندق ..... الفندق على ضفة نهر والاشجار تحيط به والهواء النقي والجو الهادئ الرومانسي كان مرافقا لنا طول اقامتنا هنا ......... اتمنى العوده اليه في اقرب فرصه ...... كما لايفوتني ان اذكر خدمات جميع الموظفين والعاملين في فندق ريدوس فقد كانت اكثر من ممتازة واشكرهم على حسن ضيافتهم لنا
