Very well placed. Lovely lobby and rooms are very nice and clean.

Traffic is very noisy outside.

The staff and the concierge were so helpful. Rooms are cleaned atleast twice daily and everyone was so concered about comfortability.very close to istiklal street which has anything you need.

The hotel doesnt have its own transportation system. The main station next to it which is Taksim square is a 10 mins walk but didnt find a taxi willing to drive this distance so suffered with the luggage to the hotel.no indoor hotel activities to spend the night.

The hotel was bright and spotlessly clean. The rooms were attractive and well appointed. But the highlight of the hotel was the exceedingly helpful and friendly staff!

There wasn't really a single thing of which I would complain.

The room is comfortable and amazing, the staff is client-oriented and very helpful, breakfast is tasty and various. Spa center is cozy and relaxing.

coffee for breakfast is ugly, though I understand that it's not the most important thing in the choice. Also, it is implied that the free toiletries to use are Bulgari, but they are not :)

Centrally located in Beyoglu district with close proxmity Istiklal Street and other majot landmarks including Galata Tower. Luxurious design with impeccable attention to detail. Breakfast area overlooks the Bosphorous. Spa facilities are excellent and wider hotel service is generally very good..

Great convenient location and friendly staff.

This is an old building which has been recently renovated. There was a serious problem with noise either from corridor or adjacent guest. For example, whenever the guest next room turns on TV, we can hear their TV very clearly even though the volume is normal.Imagine if you are trying to get some sleep and your neighbor wants to watch TV (both are right). They need to do something about wall insulation and relocation of TV set. I have complained more than once to front desk and guest relations but they said they can do nothing about it and even relocating my room will not guarantee a quiet room. Keeping in mind I have specifically asked for a quiet room at time of booking and checking in. The room had an unpleasant smell when first time entering it and when complained to the front desk they immediately sent someone with perfuming air machine. It looked to me that they were aware of such problem in the rooms. The room became more acceptable then. Breakfast needs to include more variety of food especially when staying for more than two nights. Lobby is too small for a 5-stars hotel. I would rate the hotel as a 4-stars rather than a 5-stars. Overall, the hotel is good and convenient if you choose to stay in and around Takseem area.

Basically we liked everything about this hotel. Almost perfect. And the most important thing they understand the principle of reputation and how to make business. Smart

the design of the rooms and the common areas, the fact that they had only local wines in the roof bar, the view from the roof bar especially at night.

the golden horn view room turned to have a limited view to the sea. the breakfast room was so crawded on Saturday (13.04) that we could not get a coffee despite of the fact that we asked for it twice.

The location is perfect. It's close to walking streets. Room was so clean. The breakfast was good especially organic honey. I loved it. The concierge director, Mr. Nuri, was so helpful for us and we took some nice sightseeing tours of Istanbul.

Location, cleaness

Over priced compared to what is offered. Small rooms. Paid for Golden horn view but the view was partial and that great. Hotel is 3 stars not 5. very small hotel.

I like everything , but first night they gave me avery noisey room and I talked to them in the morning and they changed my room very fast , special thanks to the guest relation supervisor miss dilara okay because she aplogised to me about the first night and she gave me smsll present and free transpotation to the airport , thank to all

Rixos Pera was everything e were looking for in Istanbul - a great location in the Pera district, clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money. I would recommendt Rixos Pera to anyone looking to explore Istanbul from a five star hotel.

Over priced mini bar, telephone, and room service - which is why we never use such services. If Rixos (and almost every other hotel chain) would price items at even 200% of street value, they might have a chance of selling something.

Reception desk is one of worst you can meet Always they will give you the worst room as they claim they are fully booked and after making big problem and getting angry they suddenly they will find you good room It seems mangment of this hotle lack experiance Try to avoid thier breackfast bad food and bad services

Too noisy! It was a hell even at 6th floor.... Traffic just outsidethe hotel a hell on friday and saturday night...

Comfort clean well designed

to much noise from outside Poor English on restaurant personal Prices asked for city guide at the hotel were far more expensive rather then going by your one and pay loco. For those who are for the first time in Istanbul must be tricky having no alternative. For me was the third time so, it was easy, knowing real prices. Counselor hotel personal were with fair intention but mislead us twice sending us to nonexistent restaurant and second even if specifically asked for checking entrance hours, send us to Topkap when was closed.
