Rixos Premium Bodrum    

We loved this hotel! We only stayed a couple days but wished we would have stayed our entire holiday here. We were traveling with our small children and the kids club, water slides, pools and beach were so much fun for them. It was the off season but we had beautiful weather and the hotel was really quiet and the prices were incredible. The location was great as it is near the turn off to go down to Bodrum and also easy (2.5 hour drive) to Ephesus. The water at the beach was crystal clear and the hotel was a beautiful compliment to the natural setting. We visited some of the other talked about beaches on the north side of the peninsula but this beach and water was by far the best of what we saw. We also liked the beach just to the east of the castle in Bodrum. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with small children. Just beware that the Turkish seem to really love children and ours were covered with sweet kisses from the staff by the time we left!

Everything was great except the Internet was over priced

It looks luxurious. The welcoming was good. You leave yr car in front of the reception and they take you to your room by shuttle. It is not a hotel. It has doublex houses. But you stay on one floor. If you stay on the top floor you pay extra.

It has a tiring decoration. The rooms are very dark. You dont need to pay extra for the sea view rooms because the view is blocked with trees. If you want a shuttle to go to the breakfast room, you wait for a long time. For its name or fame I can just say appearances vs reality. It is a good resort but you do not get what you expect from it.

I've been here 2 times. Checkin took less than 5 minutes. Full Board was great and much much better than the previous time. The main restaurant overlooks the sea and there is a low range of hills in the distance. Makes for a lot of stuff to look at if you are a lonely traveler. The rooms are extremely clean, and so is the toilet ant bath/shower. There are 4 restaurants and a nice little bar area and the seating area near the reception are nice as well. I visited the fitness and spa center, and it seemed very well maintained. There is very comfortable beach area with wonderful relax music. Thanks a lot for our holiday.

they have given me A suiet diffrent than the discrption mencuned in booking.com websait (location of the suiet at the back of the resoert , while the websaiet claemed the sueit have A panoramic view to the sea).

The hotle was a peace of haven and really me and my family was enjoying the all trip because of this hotle Loay arif

Nice facilites and comfort in the rooms.

1 - only 2% of staff speak English or any other language other than Turkish. Very devastating and degrades the quality of service because you do not get what you asked for, or can't explain what you want. 2- Very low value for money. Compared to the Caribbean or other destinations the prices in Bodrum are insane for what you get. 3- On check- in I was given my room access cards and not a work was said to me by the non English speaking staff about a- breakfast when and where. B- The resort program of activities nor a hotel map nor even say anything about the hotel. In other resorts one is given a map and all activities and programs and their locations are pointed out. I had to ask for all of that and it was not explained to me well again because of the English language problem. 3- very slow golf car service due to a small fleet. Waiting times can exceed 30 minutes! 4- Activities are not well advertised, activity team very small and very quite and not interactive with the people in the resort simply because they cant speak English. 5- Beaches are not sandy unlike what the pictures show. Sand was brought in to cover the rocks, and as soon as you step into the water you feel how bas it is. 6- There are no empty space on the beach because it is very small and they have permanent umbrella fittings which leaves no space for one to "walk on the beach" per say, nor play any beach ball games...etc. The volleyball court is not on the beach and is placed next to the spa.

Location, luxury and staff friendliness. The spa and turkish bath were amazing. It is a beautiful place to spend a restful and pleasant vacation. It was really a lovely and unforgottable experience.

Great hotel, food was first grade(big salute),calm location and superior amenities..i really liked it

They should bring back entertainment activity..... Plus when you book full board it really doesn't mean full board.

The Hotel has something for everbody. Spa, Sport, Cinema. The food was very good and the rooms clean. The whole facility and the location is beautiful.

очень шумные вечера - дискотека на терассе до позднего вечера почти каждый день. в отеле в основном семьи с детьми, нам это диско только мешает. проведение семинара компании Cisco. очень много людей, использование общих зон только для сотрудников компании, очень шумные вечера - дискотека до 00.30, не прекращалась несмотря на просьбы сделать тише, так как дети не могли спать я бы не советовал семьям с детьми (а также всем, кто не может спать на дискотеке) все номера, которые расположены близко к основной терассе из-за шума.

Herşey dört dörtlüktü..Çalışanlar tamamen iyiniyetli,güleryüzlü ve yardımcı,yemekler lezzetli ve bol çeşitli,odalar inanılmaz derecede konforlu ve büyük,temiz ve rahattı.Otelin konumu muhteşemdi..sahil ve deniz tertemiz ve herkese yetecek sunbed mevcut...mutlaka gidilmesi,görülmesi ve yaşanması gereken bir tesis....

Çalışanları, tesisin bakımlı olması. Doğayla iç içe olması da ayrıca son derece güzeldi.

Gece geç saatlere kadar (3:00) yüksek sesle müzik yayını vardı odanın kapıları kapalı olmasına rağmen biraz rahatsız ediciydi.

L hotel super tres belle chambre bien grande ! la nourriture le top ambiance de la disco super classe l hotel en lui meme a des endroit tres romantique c magique et magnifique etant klk 1 de tres difficile et exigeante je le conseille fabuleux !

This is a fantastic hotel, with its own beach and a private island. The location is nothing less than spectacular, and still very close to Bodrum (easy to get there on your own, with dolmus or taxi) . Beach area really clean, very child-friendly also. Rixos has stunned me with the flawless interior design of the rooms, the richness of furnitures, wallpaper, lightning and bathroom. The design is truly 5 star. I was a little less impressed with the fullboard meals, maybe because there were so few waiters (and those who were there did a fantastic job to handle 120 + guests on very few hands) . Quality of food was excellent, but a few more top waiters (with smiles and charm) would make the difference and give the feel of a 5 star luxury resort .

It was annoying to have to pay for internet access - at 5 USD/hour or 25 USD/ day use . The room rate was expensive enough so expected WiFi to be included. But good thing is that WiFi worked really well.

Персонал плохо владеет английским и русским языком. В течении последних дней перед отъездом персонал на рецепции неоднократно пытался убедить меня,что я должна заплатить дополнительную сумму за еще одну ночь проживания, хотя всю необходимую сумму я оплатила при поселении в отель. При отвратительном знании персонала на рецепции английского языка и полном незнании русского - это было очень сложно. Сотрудница Вера, которая принимает русских гостей, как только начинались спорные ситуации и я просила ее перевести проблему на турецкий - вежливо удалялась "на минутку" и не возращалась через полчаса. Большой ассортимент на завтраке, однако многие продукты плохого качества ( несладкие арбузы, дыни, горбуша - вместо семги, не всегда свежий хлеб). В номер всегда давали 2 бутылки воды, хотя мы проживали втроем. Персонал вяло реагирует на какие-либо просьбы, неулыбчив, часто-невежлив. За день до отъезда мы заказали на рецепции трансфер в аэропорт на 11 часов, однако в момент отъезда нам сообщила, что машина возможна только в 11.45. При выезде из отеля мы сами вынуждены были нести наш багаж, тк на мою просьбу по телефону рецепции о доставке багажа никто не пришел в течении 15 минут.

El hotel es muy superior a cuatro estrellas, tiene playa privada y está todo en prefecto estado. El buffet de desayuno es muy amplio y de gran calidad.
