Rixos Sungate  

It was excellent for every body especially for babies and children.there was variaty of food

Only the air condition in hotel was really poor and from 9 oclock pm to 1 am you can not find any food only room servise was available

Stayed in November, so off-season. Absolutely first-class. Room was very spacious, bed was enormous (wife was six months pregnant so we needed it!). Balcony with views of the sea and mountains, bathroom with large bath and two showers... Perfect. Food was great in the free restaurants. Almost all the drinks were included in price, from fresh-made juices to cocktails and spirits - the food and drink alone would've justified the price we paid, let alone the room and all the other facilities. Plenty to do for all ages. Was warm enough for sunbathing, swimming pool (indoor) was lovely, activities like tennis and billiards are free and there was a free cinema showing twice daily. Conference facilities were excellent.

Because it was off-peak, some of the major kids' attractions were closed (the waterpark, the go-karting, the large children's entertainment area and club, the outdoor swimming pools). Having said that, in peak season we'd have serious reservations about staying there. The little ones would probably love it, but the resort is massive (thousands of rooms), and could be seriously hot and overcrowded in August. Would also be very noisy for families - there's a nightclub on-site and the rooms aren't well enough sound-proofed to protect you from noisy late-night revellers. Finally, the resort has beautiful views but is a bit isolated. If you want any culture, you need to go to Antalya (half-hour bus ride, which might be unbearable in the heat of summer). Taxi from airport cost us £60, so organise transport beforehand! (If you can hack it, bus to central station then on to Beldibi would be MUCH cheaper.)

Beach was great , although there were lots of stones in beach and sea . Bar and drinks were betterr than same ratedhotels

Wifi was not available in pub , and it was not free. I was 10 days in sungate , almost all the lunches and dinners were the same , so last days we wre eating fruits instead of same day foods and that was really annoying . For any alacarte restuarant you have to pay money just like normal restaurants in city . Cinema time was 23:00 which is very late for families . And night shows were not on time.

Ala Carte restoranlarda çalışan, servis elemanlarından mutfak ekibine kadar herkes 10 numaraydı. Ala carte yemekler de çok başarılıydı.

Burası büyük bir kongre veya iş toplantısı oteli olabilir ama bu durumlarda münferit kalanların haklarına da dikkat edilmeli, tüm imkanlar otelde çoğunluğun eline geçmemeli. Çocuklar için büyük bir açık hava alanı ayrılmış ancak, kapalı alanda daha çok çocuk için aktivite alanları olabilirdi, mesela kapalı alan oyun istasyonları veya çocuk parkı gibi. Ana restoran yemekleri daha lezzetli olmalı. Odalar, özellikle de banyolar renovasyona tabi tutulmalı.

очень понравилась территория - большая, хорошо гулять с детьми. Прекрасный вид из окна, приятные номера, сам по себе отель очень симпатичный. отличный детский клуб.

Сервис - персонал отеля не справляется со своими обязанностями, в ресторане грязные вилки, ложки, бокалы. не смотря на то, что была прекрасная погода, детская площадка была закрыта. Охрана отеля тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Рум сервис только с третьего раза понял, что ребенку нужно принести горячее молоко, до этого дважды приносили холодное.

шикарный отель, сочетание море, сосны и горы, огромная и ухоженная территория. отель вполне отвечает категории пять звёзд. каждый год отдыхаю в этом отеле с года его открытия.

очень мало может не понравится в этом отеле, отмечу только достаточно изношенные пляжные полотенца и халаты.

Kaliteli dizayn, Sorunsuz konaklama, çok tenha.

Sahilde otel sınırlarının dışına, kıyı boyunca yürüyüş yapılamıyor.

Me parecio un exelente hotel. La habitacion era espaciosa limpia y muy comoda. . La comida exelente, variada y bien presentada. El personal sumamente atento, destacando la recepcion y acompañamiento hasta la habitacion como tambien la celeridad con la que contestaban nuestros pedidos.Tiene un spa muy espacioso y completo asi como piscinas exteriores y parque para niños.

de bediening is slecht tenzij je uit rusland komt. niemand spreekt geeneens maar matig engels. alleen russisch 3wkn gezeten en elke dag ellende.

Geen aanrader meer!!!!!!!!! was vroeger veeeeeelbeter. Alles iser zo duur geworden dat je een zak geld extra moet meenemen. het open buffet is achter uit gegaan. op alles zijn ze achter uit gegaan. het hotel word gehuurd door rixos voor 10jaar dus er word niets geinversteerd door rixos. 90%van het personeel is bot tegen je. wifi werkt voor geen moer terwijl je 50euro per week ervoor betaald!

Le service, impeccable ,l accès a la plage reste moyen. Je déplore néanmoins le fait que de plus en plus il y a des activités et restos. Payants, et ceci n était pas le,cas avant que l,hôtel qui s appelait sungate ne soit racheté par la chaîne rixos
