good hotel for any

The hotels facilities is very good with one being able to spend the entire week in the hotel without getting bored. The animation team really go out of their way to make sure the guest are enjoying themselves. The reception staff were very helpful. All in all a fantastic hotel to have a relaxing time.

The Very few negatives are: 1. Staff lack speaking in English 2. Off season night time entertainment was limited.

Comfortable and very spacious standard rooms in main building with very wide Kingsize double beds (healthy hard and flat mattress) and free mini-bar. Rather quiet rooms and interiors in February (important for families with babies like we are). Big enough territory for walking with pine trees and nice gardens, kids playgrounds, clean and even grass fields, mini-zoo. Good animators for kids able to communicate in few languages inlc. Turkish, Russian, English and German - efficient and reliable service to release parents of 4+ y.o. for some time. A variety of swimming pools (outdoors+aquapark and heated indoor - alhtough in February outdoors are closed). Beach is long enough, alhough rather narrow (sand and some pebbles). Very nice food at buffet restaurants with attentive and helpful care by staff and sufficient possibilites for snacks during entire day (how it was at off-season period). Variety of choice covers some fast food, soup-purees, fresh vegetables & salads, fruits, tasty grilled and staffed meat/fish/sea foods, cheese selection, very nice Turkish sweets. Our 1,4 y.o. boy was also very happy also thanks to much care and patience by restaraunt staff to him. Many bars & cafe for good relax. Any issues (low batteries with room safe or other tools) were fixed properly and fast.

Too expensive Wi-Fi (although for such a premium hotel it might be for free at least at public areas or/and Internet cafe should be available). A little bit dark in bedroom. Central air-conditioning system allows an air from neighbouring roomswith all possible smells to penetrate into yours: very bad if somebody smokes nearby (although officially it is prohibited) - you feel youself inside smoking room.

Stayed in November, so off-season. Absolutely first-class. Room was very spacious, bed was enormous (wife was six months pregnant so we needed it!). Balcony with views of the sea and mountains, bathroom with large bath and two showers... Perfect. Food was great in the free restaurants. Almost all the drinks were included in price, from fresh-made juices to cocktails and spirits - the food and drink alone would've justified the price we paid, let alone the room and all the other facilities. Plenty to do for all ages. Was warm enough for sunbathing, swimming pool (indoor) was lovely, activities like tennis and billiards are free and there was a free cinema showing twice daily. Conference facilities were excellent.

Because it was off-peak, some of the major kids' attractions were closed (the waterpark, the go-karting, the large children's entertainment area and club, the outdoor swimming pools). Having said that, in peak season we'd have serious reservations about staying there. The little ones would probably love it, but the resort is massive (thousands of rooms), and could be seriously hot and overcrowded in August. Would also be very noisy for families - there's a nightclub on-site and the rooms aren't well enough sound-proofed to protect you from noisy late-night revellers. Finally, the resort has beautiful views but is a bit isolated. If you want any culture, you need to go to Antalya (half-hour bus ride, which might be unbearable in the heat of summer). Taxi from airport cost us £60, so organise transport beforehand! (If you can hack it, bus to central station then on to Beldibi would be MUCH cheaper.)

We just returned from a 10-day stay at Rixos Sungate and already cannot wait to go back! It is an amazing resort, especially for a relaxing vacation with children (young or older). There are so many activities and things to do, it can be difficult to make up your mind. Our boys loved Rixy Kingdom and Rixy Club - there are always many games and shows planned for kids of all ages. The pools are fantastic, the main restaurant is awesome (plenty of other restaurants and bars, too), there's a movie theatre, an 8-d showroom and more.. The staff try to do their best to accommodate every guest's needs, while the guest relations personnel take personal care and make you feel very special - thank you Oksana and Maria! All in all, a heavenly place with royal treatment!

Me parecio un exelente hotel. La habitacion era espaciosa limpia y muy comoda. . La comida exelente, variada y bien presentada. El personal sumamente atento, destacando la recepcion y acompañamiento hasta la habitacion como tambien la celeridad con la que contestaban nuestros pedidos.Tiene un spa muy espacioso y completo asi como piscinas exteriores y parque para niños.

Plaj muhteşem, 3 farklı plaj tasarlanmış (çok romantik ve lüks). Eğlence organizasyonu muhteşem. Cocuklar icin özel dev bir alan ve aktivite olanakları mümkün. Tek kelime "Lüks".

Прекрасная зеленая территория. Организация детского досуга, детские площадки. Горки аквапарка. Теннисные корты. Питание.
