The situation of the hotel was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful about the area of Istanbul. Relaxed atmosphere of the dining area. Loud music at breakfast. Not necessary and does nothing for the ambience of a dining hall. |

Covneniently lacated in the middle of the Old City of Istanbul. Close to many historical places. Excellent restaurants near by. Freindly staffs. Good breakfast too. Excellent General Manager and Receiption Manager. |

The hotel is very clean, very well located in central Istanbul. The rooms are very small, it's not a four stars hotel, decorations is a bit tacky, breakfast is everyday the same. |

The staff we very friendly. We booked a double, but ended up with a triple with a balcony. The hotel is clean and well located. Another reviewer on this site complained about the wireless only reaching the first floor--they have rectified this by having a wireless router on every floor now. The springs in the beds were uncomfortable. Tram and construction noise were only partially blocked by the double-glazed windows. The shower would keep you on your toes by randomly giving scalding hot or freezing cold water for a moment in the middle of an otherwise normal temperature session. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location is excellent, minutes from the main tourist sites & right on the tram line. The rate is also goo for the location. The hotel was not 4 star - facilities & room are 2.5 or 3 star at best. |

The location was excellent, the breakfast was good too. Nice staff and very clean room. The wireless connection didn't work which was a nuisance as I had work to do. The reception informed that the wi-fi modem was on the first floor and only there was the connection ok. We were on the third. Also the rooms look bigger when we look at the photos but in fact they are quite small. |

El hotel está en un sitio estratégico, puedes ir a pie y a pocos pasos está el tranvía. El trato del personal del hotel es excelente, todo el personal, desde los chicos de la limpieza hasta los q trabajan la cara al público. Los recepcionistas son encantadores y te hacen sentir como en casa, hablan inglés y castellano perfectamente, aparte de idiomas q yo no conozca. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y son confortables. A pesar de ser un sitio transitado, se puede dormir perfectamente sin ruidos. El desayuno, está bastante bien, tiene de todo para elegir y los camareros son muy profesionales. A pocos metros se encuentran supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas de recuerdos... de todo. Pienso volver a Estambul y me quedaré en el mismo hotel |
