Hotel is situated near sea side, all you need is to cross the road and you are there, It is 10 minuets walk from the center of city with its restaurants and shops. Grate benefit of this hotel which I found is position, nothing else that impress me much. Breakfast was totally bad for 4 star hotel, there were no fruits, I stayed in 4 star hotel in Turkey a month before this trip, I thought that breakfast was rubbish, I was wrong, breakfast in Royal Maris is worse. Rooms are good, carpets dirty. They have got a sort of policy regarding it you are not allowed to bring food to the hotel, I was a little bit upset about it, because I always need to have fruits during the day. |

I love this hotel. I dont remember the no of times I have stayed there. I would like to thank the staff for thier friendliness and discretion that they show to me. I think that all the times I have stayed I deserve a better rate :-)))) |

Exsellent location, view, offering halboard, good food. I didn t like that they didn t offer at least glasses and one bottle of water with the dinner. |

Close to everything, food not bad and staff was excellent. Carpets in the rooms need to be changed...I felt like I had to wear shoes inside all the time....filthy would be kind. |

Thinking about leaving - wishing we were still in Kas- they got the harbour,hotels and traffic right. ARriving to find that despite a booking of long standing no room was ready then being given one with two single beds.. The alternative- an uncleaned room, designated smoking, which was meant to be cleaned after we had settled in and wasn'T. Front desk was helpful in arranging our ferry to Rhodes.Pool refreshing. |

the staff were fantastic. The best staff in a hotel in all Turkey ( we have stayed in 7 hotels) the room was clean. the pool area was good Great view from our balcony.. the breakfast was a bit basic. the carpet in the rooms needs replacing |

The reception staff in the hotel were very good and considerate, especially with my young children. The hotel was in a very good location, for the beach and access to centre of the resort. Just because of the front line staff in reception - I would recommend this hotel to families. The breakfast in the hotel did not cater for all - mainly turkish style breakfast everyday. The buffet dinner was slightly better. Even though we paid halfboard - we ate out of the hotel on most nights. The restuarant staff were not very helpful and most spoke very little english which at times was frustrating. Although the hammam was nice the massage table was shabby and kept moving and the tear on the table was uncomfortable. The lady in the hammam did not understand our request and my sister ended up getting a more expensive massage rather than the hammam she requested. |

Rooftop pool view, new building, bathroom Cigarette smell in the room, noisy roads around hotel. No car parking, you should search for parking on the streets around. Fitness center is very small (pool 2x3m and 2 cardio trainers) and was not working. |

rooftop pool with view, well designed bathroom, simplicity, very pleasant and comfortable, easy to be in, would have been happy to stay a few days or longer, good food I liked it a lot. A tile floor in the room instead of dingy carpet would be nice. . . . |

I was very impressed with the staff,wonderfull service at the reception and breakfast. I would like to thank the staff for a great time. I was though a bit disapointed in the housekeeping. I was not impressed with the way my room had been made up the next morining. My bed cover was thrown to one side on top of my suitcase,not even folded. And the blanket is too small for those bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Really good hotel locatıon. Excellent breakfast. No problem havıng water ın the room. Helpful staff ie. phonecalls and gettıng laundry done. The pool and hamman weren,t open. |
