Ondanks voortreffelijke ligging op steenworp afstand van internationale topattracties toch heel rustig. Personeel buitengewoon vriendelijk.

Fairly convenient location, though there are better locations in Istanbul with better panoramic views of the city. The room was clean but the bed was hard, and they didn't supply a sheet on the bed for one to use as a cover. It was too hot for a quilt and too cool to have nothing at all, so we used the bedspread on an extra bed in the room, but it was too short. The bathroom was nice and relatively, good water pressure and hot water, but the toilet didn't always flush properly.

There was a lot of construction going on outside that made it very noisy, otherwise, it's in a relatively quiet part of town. Breakfast was ok if you like a turkish breakfast. The olives were delicious but the cheeses left a lot to be desired and they served the same cheeses every day. If they'd even had a good feta cheese it would have been good. And with so much cheap fresh fruit in the country, they never served any fruit. There's fresh orange juice everywhere, but they served something like Tang that was terrible. It's better than some hotels in Istanbul, but it's definitely overpriced, way overpriced. You can get a 4 star hotel for that price, I discovered.

The Boutique Hotel Saba is one of the best hotels in Sultanahmet area (old city) in Istanbul. The hotel recently made full refurbishment in all facilities and rooms which has even made staying more enjoyable. All the staff from management, receiption, concerge etc. are very professional, supportive, informative and most of all very friendly. Location right in the center of all major historic attractions in the area e.g. Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Sictern, museums as well as many more and shopping, restaurants, tram transport and few minutes walking to Grand Bazar. Highly recommended for all who are seeking splended vacation and a wonderful experience.

The location is perfect. All old cities sightseeing within easy walking distances. The view from the top is fantastic, with a complete view of blue mosque, sofia and the sea.

The reception staffs are not too friendly and entirely trustworthy. They seem more intent on getting their commission by recommending `their` package tours. They charge 20 euro per person a bus to Gotchen airport while I saw 10 euro price tag in the other hotel on my way there.

Location

Staff not so we well speaking english. Always give the worst avbl room then when you complain they change it to a better one, although so many avbl rooms. Late check out if almost impossible without extra pay!!! Even for counple of hours. Staff always give the wrong info. I stayed more than 10 times only for location and price. But now price is high the saervice is as poor as it was before. I think this will be my last stay. Not recommended at all. Beware when you ask for taxi to the airport, staff directly book you a private lemo. It is more that 15 ytl more.

Su ubicación es ideal, al lado de la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía, el Hipódromo y cerca de parada de tranvía para llevarte a la Torre Gálata, Taksim. Te llaman para ver si quieres el transfer desde el aeropuerto, diles que es muy caro, luego te vuelven a llamar rebajándote el precio.

Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen und die Servicemitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wurden wir zu spät über einen Shutteltransfer informiert, den wir gern in Anspruch genommen haben.
