The staff was very kind and polite. The location is terrific. You can just walk to Kizilay (city center) in 5 minutes. Food is available at very reasonable prices just in the vicinity. If you are visiting Ankara for sightseeing and you will return to your hotel in the night to get a nice sleep only, this hotel is for you. Start your day with an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of cheese and, deli, bread and dry fruits and enjoy visiting Ankara.

I liked the receptionist. She was nice.

However, the Booking.com wording is missleading. There is no hot tub, as stated & no sun deck, like they mention. In fact, it is a very Muslim place. Turns out they insist on a marriage certificate for couples to stay there & I think they would have fallen down, dead, if I'd rolled up to the top, in a bikini to get some sun! If they insist on that document, they should require a scan of it, before taking your money. Otherwise, the place was nice & although, expensive for Ankara, it was fine.

I found the location of the hotel to be excellent - a short walk from the busy shopping centre. It was located quietly, in a side street, though a mosque is almost opposite and may disturb you initially, but its part of Ankara life. Enjoy the difference.! The staff were polite in the restaurant, and at the reception desk. Great city view from the terrace at breakfast if you decide to eat outside. Overall? A basic, well positioned hotel that offers good value.

Ok. Let me say that my stay at the Saffron was good, but marred by an exceptional event one night when we were disturbed by the staff at 2.30am. Entering a guests room whilst asleep is frankly scary and i was undecided about the cause. In fairness the staff explained away the error as simply that. On balance, it must be noted that the hotel will refuse you to stay, ( share a bedroom), if you are unmarried....I`ll let you place the Saffron in your own mind. Only one other comment. The breakfast was "adequate". Improvements there would be helpful and make the Saffron much nicer.

no hablan apenas ingles en recepcion. Pedí pagar en cash pero ya me habian cargado el importe en la visa. en el baño ponen botellitas con jabon que van rellenando del mas barato seguramente. la calefaccion escasa, pase frio... no pienso volver.

oda yalıtımı şart sabaha kadar yan odanın banyo havalandırmasını dinledim , çocuğu zaten hiç susmadı. kahvaltı ise iyi değildi .bende bir otel işletmecisi olduğumdan fark edilir şekilde kendini belli ediyordu.günaydın diyen bir personel bile görmedim. büfe koyulmuş bırakılıp gidilmiş. bırakılıp gidilen büfede sanki hiç yerinden kalkmamış gibiydi haftalarca .yöneticilerin bilgilenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum teşekkürler...

Otel personellerine bir bir tşk ediyorum İlgi , alaka , saygı Muhteşem. Metroya 3 - 5 dk lık mesafede.

Odalardaki halılara dikkat edilmeli ayrıca merkezi klima sistemide pek fazla ısıtmıyor.

Odalar gereğinden fazla sıcak havalandırmayı kapattığımız halde uyuyamadık. İzolasyon yok çöp kamyonu adeta odanın içinden geçti. Yastıklar çok inceydi ve odada yedeği yoktu. Kahvaltı oldukça kötüydü, reçel şekerlenmiş, ekmek bayattı. Otelin acilen yenilenmesi lazım

Otel çalışanları cidden çok ilgiliydi. Odamıza meyve ikramı ayrıca güzeldi.

Duşakabin ve banyodaki fan sesi çok sinir bozucuydu , kahvaltı çeşitleri artabilir.

4 yıldızlı bir otel olmasına rağmen evlilik şartı arıyor ve otelde içki yok

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Chef war vor Ort, wenn Probleme gab.

Unsere Telefon hat nicht richtig funktioniert, trotz Hinweis bei Rezeption wurde Fehler nicht behoben. Beim Frühstück gab es keinen frischen Brötchen sondern in Tüte abgepackt.

4 yildizli bi̇r hotel i̇çi̇n berbatti. 3 yildiz bi̇le çok. Temi̇zli̇k çok kötü. Havlular ki̇rli̇. çArşaflar eski̇ ve ki̇rli̇. İnternet çalişmadi. Beni̇ yaniltan şey 4 yildiz oldu. Bir daha yari fi̇yatina bi̇le hayatta kalmam.

お部屋も綺麗で　朝食は最上階　アンカラ市街を眺めながらで最高でした。 場所もデミルテペでアタチュルク廟にも徒歩で行けるので観光拠点としてもオススメです。 またクズライにもスヒィエにも歩いて行けます。

英語があまり通じなかったけど　結果的に何とか通じたから良しとします。
