Great location. Friendly staff. Good price.
We were here in winter. The rooms were a little bit cold. Otherwise, everything was great.
Location and the view was superb. Great hospitality from the hotel owner Mr. Ali and his family. Feel very warm with the treatment from the family. Walking distance to famous spot at Pamukkale.
Amazing location, friendly family runs establishment, spotless, up front view of Pamukkale mountain, very reasonably priced.
Online pictures don't do the property justice. Much better than expected.
Fabulous friendly owners. Great comfortable and very clean accomadations. Location was the very best in town. The food was excellent.
The owner of the hotel was exceptionally warm n courteous n accommodated to quite a few of our demands.
Some selected rooms (at a higher price) have unobstructed views of the travertine pools that Pamukkale is famous for.
The facilities are basic - poor value for money. Very lousy wifi signal.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean with an excellent view (balcony room). Typical Turkish breakfast available. For the price paid, this is a hotel that offers adequate facilities.
Room was small and decoration dated. Bathroom very dark.
View of the thermal springs was the best in the area. Room was comfortable, wifi worked well and shower was good. owner was very personable and helpful.
Rooms are a little narrow but not bad for the price. curtains don't quite cover entire windows.
Location is excellent n good value for its price. The room is clean n everything work properly. The staff are very helpfull. Had 1 night only and i used the room for sleep only as during the day i went out for photo hunting, worth to wait on the pamukkale until sunset t price. The staff are very helpfull. Had 1 night only and i used the room for sleep only as i went out during most of the day. If you like photograpy, worth to wait on the pamukkale pool until sunset.
Walked across street to travertines. Winter is a bit dead around town because everything closes early but the hotel owner was lovely and very accomadating. Lots of information
The best location in town! Right across the road from the Pamukkale travertine with balcony views to enjoy the attraction anytime of day. Easy to find from the bus stop in town, close proximity to a few restaurants, helpful staff and a mediocre/sufficient breakfast to start the day.
Small cozy family hotel. Located right next to the travertine. Hospitable and friendly hosts, ready to help at any moment. The hosts provided the family room with an extra bed at no additional cost. Great home made cheese rolls for breakfast!
WiFi had a good signal, but worked with long breaks. Obviously there is a limit on the number of simultaneous sessions.
GREAT LOCATION FRIENDLY STAFF FAIR PRICE
NO ELECTRICAL KETTLE ROOMS ARE SMALL NO TABLE
The Manager was helpful and his family was friendly and accommodating. His Hotel is a must stay Hotel as it is seconds literally seconds away from the tavern. When you stay with him, do not book a tour he will guide you around his beautiful town.
- Hospitality of the owner and staff - Excellent location - Good comfort and cleanliness room, they are worth for your spent
Good location, nice view!
We left the cell phone under the pillow. When we called the hotel to check if they found it, the hotel never answered. BOOKING gave me another mobile number to contact, but when I asked' is here hotel sahin?' He answered:' no,wrong number.' Then another local guy in next hotel helped us calling again. He answered:'yes, this is hotel sahin, but we didn't find any phone...blablabla!'
Mr. Ali is a very friendly, helpful and wonderful guy. I like this hotel very much. It very near to the entrance of park.
Staff was very helping and friendly
Heater can be a good addition Cleanliness can be improved
The staff were friendly, the cost was minimal and the location was EXCELLENT!! They had breakfast and were accommodating to our needs. They arranged a shuttle to the airport (that let us down) but from the hotel, taking the cost, location and friendly staff into account - i can hardly fault the place for short stays.
The shuttle arrangements went horribly wrong - though we did end up at the airport just making our flight - we had paid and arranged a direct shuttle to the air port, instead we got moved to various buses and eventually stood in the cold waiting for the BayTUR bus to the airport, rather than a dedicated private shuttle bus directly to the airport. This was not teh fault of teh hotel - but we accepted and paid for a service on their recommendation. The hotel is small, but clean and well run. Hot water takes a little while to come through and they could install more power points to charge phones and cameras. Also some english TV would be welcomed. BUT this is a good hotel for short stays as its location is the best in the area.
Amazing view from roof top terrace. Short walk to entrance gate. Restaurants near by. Supplied breakfast to go for our early departure. Rooms are basic but suitable.
Steps were a bit awkward.
We loved the view and were able to sit out on our balcony to watch the people walking up and down the rock formation, the pond, the buses arriving and leaving, the balloons and the hang-gliders. The staff were the best! Very accommodating and kind. The breakfast was substantial.
A large noisy group arrived and woke us up. The sound-proofing is not great.
It was a short walk away from the entrance of the travertines, and right in front of the nature park. It was also very accessible to different restaurants. The staff and owner were very helpful and accommodating, even allowing me to have an early check in as soon as the room became available.
The location, the bathroom.
Breakfast was okay. The bedsheets are clean, but the bed itself not. I got a couple of bites from bed bugs on my hands.
This place was perfectly located with an awesome view of the town from the rooftop. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with providing information about the town. The room was clean, wifi great, breakfast was good and bed comfy. Great for our 2 night stay.
Walls are a bit thin. A group of other guests arrived late at night about 11:30pm and were talking by the pool loudly for about 30 minutes and walking up and down the steps so the sound carried and was hard to sleep. Not the hotels fault but would have been good if they'd been asked to keep the noise down.
Everything was Perfect！Highly recommended place to stay. The dinner was the most delicious meal I had in Turkey.
