Inclusive meals; pools were terrific; beach access great; modern facilities; fitness center
Apartments were a bit far from the hotel
The room was great with excellent sea-view. We were in one of the resident apartment and it was an easy walk to the main hotel and facilities. Transport was available although we preferred to walk. The Gym was very good with many new equipments. There need to be an instructor to demonstrate the use of the equipments however. All staff were friendly and polite and responded quickly to any requests.
Sea not very good as there were very large stones and my partner step on a sea urchin within the first 15 minutes in the sea and had to visit the first aid. Beach not large enough for the number of people and it was difficult to find sunbeds. At dinner time it was difficult to find a table and had to wait for a table to be free.
Thought this resort was very over priced. Breakfast was ordinary and even though advertised to start at 7am we were kept waiting 1/2 hour because they were not ready, generally this would not have been a problem except we had an early ferry to catch. Stung with a 60 Euro fee for a rollaway bed on arrival, even though the booking was for 5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. Ordered room service that was advertised as taking 20mins which took an 11/2hr.
Sea view room is a must
Old facilities. Staffs were not as friendly as what we would have expected.
Amazing massage Great views Impressive building Lovely food, once I got to eat it a kind gesture of a small bottle of wine and fruit as a birthday gift
The al a cart restaurant was fully booked for both nights of my stay so I had to go in to the town to eat if I wanted. If you want to eat I advise booking in advance! Staff were not helpful on reception, to the point of asking me to use the internal phones to book spa services when there was an obvious language issue. I had a disastrous and expensive leg wax. I was so burnt on my legs I could not use the sauna of jacuzzi...... And it cost me 90 tl for the pleasure! For a resort in this kind of tourist area I was suprised at the communication issues. Ordering room service was difficult and when a bottle of wine arrived as a gift I was unable to obtain a wine opener to enjoy it that evening. Wifii was not great. You had to log in every time with your passport number. Mini bar was limited, ice cube trays empty. No facilities in room to make a cup of tea.
The vıew and locatıon are awesome . Stuff ıs helpfull food ıs Good
Wıfı !! At all !!
This is a big and overall very nice hotel. I especially liked the swimming pool area which has a luxurious feel – with some desk chairs, beds and plush pillows. Lounge music is played around the pool which made the ambiance even better. The water was not over chlorinated and felt perfect. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so good in a swimming pool. The hotel has 3 levels where you can sunbath – a beach, a grass area and the swimming pool area. The beach is small but it was not difficult to find parasols even at 11am. Great sea view, even if from a bit afar. Food was good, although perhaps a bit too many salads. We ate out in Bodrum a couple of nights. There is a water taxi (boat) that can take you to Bodrum’s port for 6 TL. Overall a great relaxation.
The biggest problem at this 4-star hotel was that most of the staff spoke English badly (or barely). This is especially the case with the staff at the main restaurant and the pool and beach bars. There were a few comical situations – when they didn’t have 10 TL change and I wanted coffee (and their coffee maker was broken) so the beach bar staff sent me to ask for FREE coffee from the pool bar staff. Being not all-inclusive the pool bar staff refused so it took quite a bit of “explaining”. In the end, getting nowhere, I just had to take the lady upstairs to explain in Turkish what’s going on. Overall there was a language problem. They could handle only simple orders, any complex clause and we were at a wall. I felt frustrated at times because together with my partner we speak 9 languages and these guys couldn’t speak any single of them OK. I felt that this should not be happening in a 4-star hotel. The restaurant staff didn’t seem attentive. There was one exception – Engin – he was the best. He introduced us to raki and generally looked after us. He spoke very good English and I saw that not only me but other people were going to him to ask about things or chat. This is how it should be. The Wi-Fi had strong signal but only one of us could login and the connection to the Internet was very poor.
Stayed in the Junior Suite. Fab view from French windows in both rooms. Luxurious bathroom with spa. Could not fault the selection if food for breakfast or dinner, had half board. Pool, beach, sun beds evening entertainment fantastic. Staff excellent extremely professional and helpful. Loved the boat taxi to Bodrum for a mere 6 TL. Highly recommend this resort.
Would have enjoyed own balcony but did sit by the windows and enjoyed view and used variety if balcony areas near reception.r
The food was incredible. The selection on the buffets for each meal was wonderful! The staff were so helpful and friendly and always smiling and friendly. Loved the pool and beach area as well! Enjoyed the Turkish Hammam....don't miss this!
The WiFi did not always work, and you had to constantly re-log in every time you opened your phone. The gym equipment needs a bit of maintenance, but otherwise served their purpose.
Although the website mentioned my room was located 100 m from the hotel, it did not mentioned it was outside the property, with direct access to the main road. We thought it was away from the main building, what would be fine, but it was out of the surveillance area. Very disappointing, even more because the manager was very rude when we complained about it. The staff was also very unprepared and many of the employees did not speak English.
The hotel were more than happy to provide a golf buggy to take us up and down the hill separating our accommodation from the main hotel. We also had a brilliant small pool right next to our accommodation which was great for early morning and late night dips. The accommodation was amazing - huge, stunning views over the harbour and sea, well fitted, giant TV efficient air con throughout the huge apartment.
Ramps where provided were often very steep and therefore difficult to use.
I stayed in the apartment block (Residence 6) which is separate to the main resort, with my 68yr old mum and 10yr old son. Apartment was spacious and clean. We had access to a separate pool and also the main resort pool/facilities which my son loved. My mum has bad knees and can't walk far so they offered the golf buggy to transfer us between the apartment block to anywhere in the main resort. Location was a little far to walk to the city but we were easily able to catch a short boat ride across for only 6tl each. WiFi worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
We did B&B. the food in the Hotel was not great so we caught a boat each night to Bodrum which takes 10 mins and runs every 5mins Bodrum Had lots of choice for restaurants and it worked well for us.
Entertainment team great and seemed more geared to young adults than children
beach and pool have plenty of space for everyone and food is very good.
Bathroooms need renovation and being close to seaside humidity has affected.
Perfect for the adults and the kids. Enjoyed very much.
Wifi would work most of the time but not all of the time.
Close to bodrum, all amenities are good as well... Recommend for base location while visiting bodrum and area.
Hotel village relax
Service topic people food
The beach was amazing, water was tremendous. Pool area was also extremely nice, although we spent most of the time enjoying the Aegean. They had a great little playground, which my daughter (21 months) loved. The wait staff was attentive and always helpful. The spa area was also great. I got two massages because they were awesome. I recommend the 4 hand massage, the massages were alittle expensive, but you should expect that at a resort. We had a sea view room and it was totally worth the extra money. Food was also delicious, with a wide selection everyday.
The front desk wasn't as friendly as the he rest of the staff, but still met all of our requests. The furniture was a little old. I would have preferred more modern decor. Even after cleaning the room the beds always had some sand or dirt in it. Maybe it came from the blanket. Otherwise it was pretty nice experience.
Pool, sea, boat transport to Bodrum.Seaview rooms too far away from beach
Too large, not enough staff, rundown. Adequate for family holiday.Disco boat at night is too close to Hotel.
Food, People and most amazing is the quality of stay
WiFi connection More Games for the kids
- very relaxing - helpful staff - the service is OK in general - has private beach, so not to crowded even the hotel is fully booked
-internet is very slow -they effectively debited some nights (more than penalty in case of no show) our credit card 4 days before arrival, even if we booked something specific: PAY UPON ARRIVAL! We made complaints to booking.com but that changes nothing, booking.com just told us to pay up the rest upon arrival...not so helpful of booking.com, and not so trust worthy from hotel's side. specially we are regular summer guests, we spent consecutively several summer vacation in this resort hotel.
Pool, food and spa
Very poor/none existing wifi, dirty rooms, unhelpful receptionists staff
good beach good pool (indoor and out door) food perfect
the room I got was supposed to be Sea view but it was S view since most of the sea was covered by a building in front of my window for beach and food I had to walk a lot mostly from steps to get to the beach and also restaurant entertainment was not fulfillment enough just 2 hours and then the rest of night nothing to do hotel is not in a place to commute easily to city, so staying in hotel is somehow mandatory!! air conditioning system was good but not what I expected from a luxury hotel ( a very old air conditioning fan which even the remote was not showing anything)
Wifi was poor Food was not wow
Managment horribly inadequate. Room service 0/10 Not bothering to revisit hotel ... Not even 80% off. I booked the expensive Only King Suite .... Not impressed at all. Including the foul smell --- dead animal They can (all) pretend to speak English. But I can write a book about our neumerous wrong breakfasts And portage / oatmeal
