Hotel Samm Bistro Spa  

Nice location (close to some good restaurants and cafes). We stayed for 2 nights only, so all the slight problems were not the important. In general the atmosphere is very nice. Staff is quite kind. Brekfasts were great.

Mirrors were everywhere in the room (above the bed, close to the bed tables etc). I understand that this was an idea of a designer. But it feels quite weird when you always see yourself whatever you're doing in the room. Toilet and bath-tube are behind the glass walls in the room. As for the bath i think it's fine, but the toilet should be separated. Whenever we took a shower we had a flood in the bathroom, cause something was wrong with the floor in the bath tube.

There was nothing there to like.

I did not like that for the first two days there were breakfast buffet but starting Sunday there were no more buffet. The swimming pool was not working, the jaccuzi was not warm, it was cold, the work out room had the least of the facilities. The operating hours were from 10 am

Absolutely helpful staff, even though they don't speak very good English

The design of the rooms is fantastic the area is well nice with so many good restaurants around this hotel. I suppose its a nice place for businessmen and women who want to chill by swimming after a hard business events. Staff are kind and effective. The view from the balcony - upstairs room (luxurious rooms) is amazingly good.

The facilities in sam spa hotel can not be explain as Spa. Communication often appeared difficult due to lack of spoken English skills on the staffs behalf.

Very friendly staff, clean room with a private balcony in the suite. Very modern design and comfortable at the same time. They even had a work desk which is good for business people traveling to Ankara. They provide everything in the rooms, towels and robes, slippers and many selections of tea. I requested a massage and they had the massage therapist sent to my room and she did a fantastic job, better than anyone in Turkey and for only 100TL for an hour. Their food is good, it is also near many restaurants and central to everything in Ankara. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we enjoyed our stay. It is by far the best hotel in Ankara for the price and design and everything you get. The also have good cheesecake.

Only issue was the elevator, which I would have not been an issue if I was not 37 weeks pregnant. Otherwise walking up stairs would be great exercise. They did fix the problem however the day that we left.

Spa kapali havuz kullanilacak gibi degil Odalar dar bunu aynalarla kapatmaya calismislar Eger birgun sonra saat 9 civari ucaginiz kalkiyorsa kahvalti yapamiyorsunuz (gec basliyor) Odada bir tane el havlusu vardi Resepsiyon diye birsey yok giris yapinca anlarsiniz.

Hotel Samm Ankara'da kalınabilecek en güzel otel. Konumu, hizmeti ve odalarının kalitesi birçok 5 yıldızlı otelin çok önünde. Rahat ve huzurlu bir konaklama için kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz. Ankara'nın en seçkin restoran ve barlarına yürüme mesafesinde olmasının yanı sıra elçilik ve vize merkezleri de 5 dakikalık uzaklıkta.

Gece uyuyamiyorsunuz çok gürültü var.tesi̇si̇n i̇çi̇nde de gürültü ve odalarda ses geçi̇ri̇yor.sabaha kadar kori̇dorlarinda dolaşanlar ve olduğu gi̇bi̇ ses odanin i̇çi̇nde ayrica otel de boya ve vs i̇şleri̇ yapiliyordu. Sabah erken saatde boyacilarin sesi̇ne uyanmak zorunda kaldim.tek keli̇me i̇le rezalet. Gece uyuyamadim lobi̇ye i̇ni̇p orda oturmak zorunda kaldim.hi̇çbi̇r yakinima kesi̇nli̇kle tavsi̇ye etmem.

Otel calisanlari cok ilgiliydi. Odalar gayet temiz ve duzgun. Ayrica otelin konumu bizi daha da memnun etti. Her zaman kalmak istegecegim bir otel..

Sevilmeyecek pek yönü yok. Tam ana cadde üzeri ve ulaşımı çok rahat.

Odanın tasarımı, otelin merkezi ve güzel bir semtte yer alması.

Otel çalışanları çok ilgisiz, otelin kapısına geliyorsunuz karşılayacak bir vale bir bellboy yok, arabanızın anahtarını ancak resepsiyonda bulabildiğiniz valeye veriyorsunuz, 5 saat sonra odanızdan çıktığınızda, tüm uyarrılarınıza rağmen, arabanız hala bıraktığınız yerde 2. şeritte dörtlüleri yanar vaziyette bekliyor. Odaların camını açtığınızda ciddi bir yol sesi mevcut olduğundan gürültülü ve rahatsız bir ortam oluşuyor; klima ise direk yatağın tepesinde olduğu için sürekli çalıştıramıyorsunuz. Her iki durumdada odanın ısısını düşürmek yada havalandırmak istedğinizde rahatsız bir ortam oluşuyor.

Calışanlar nazik ve yardımseverler. Otel odaları rahat ve temiz.

Otel "Spa Otel" olarak tanımlanmış oldugu icin, tesisten bu anlamda faydalanabilecegimizi dusunerek gitmiştik. Spa kismi zayif, kullanim oncesinde haber verildigi takdirde sauna vs calistirliyor. Ilk gittigimizde yarım saat kadar geldik, ertesi gün hiç kullanmadık. Eger standart bir sehir oteli beklentisi ile gitmiş olsaydik memnuniyet derecemiz daha yüksek olabilirdi.
