Location and staff were fantastic. Great value. Terrible beds that hurt both my wife's and my back; still hurting a week later. But other than that, everything great. |

Central, and very nearly tram stop to get to other parts of the city. Nice to have pool and sauna. Jacuzzi not working. Rooms on the small side (though we were warned about this) |

Very helpful and welcoming staff, they helped us book some tours, gave us maps, etc. Location is unbeatable, within 10 minutes walk of Aya Sofya and the Blue Mosque, and only 5 minutes walk to the quay. And they have a parrot who speaks English in the lobby. We got a room with two twin beds, instead of one large bed that we wanted. |

It was a pleasure to stay there, both exceptional and memorable. The welcome was excellent, the surroundings were sumptuous. The food and service were all that you could ask. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The location is proximate to the sight-seeing points, Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and in walking distance to the Eminönü waterfront. There was no rooftop terrace restaurant as promised on the website. More English channels on the satellite TV selection. |

Had a good stay at the hotel. Pick up from the airport was extremely welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful about trips and other details. Buffet breakfast was good. I also enjoyed being able to have a swim in the hotel pool after sightseeing all day. The situation of the hotel was excellent - easy to walk to most famous sites. |

Comfortable beds, well decorated, convenient to major tourist interests. Good breakfasts in the morning and a nice sauna with nice pool in the basement. Rooms are small but manageable. |

The hotel is very well located for the sights in Istanbul. The staff were very polite and helpful - the manager contacted me by e-mail before our visit to arrange a free pick-up from the airport. The breakfast buffet is very good and although the rooms aren't huge they are perfectly adequate given that most of the time we were out sightseeing. |

The room was nicely updated with modern amenities and very comfortable. The location was on a quiet, charming street and it was absolutely perfect for our needs in that we were in the historical area and were able to walk everywhere. The staff were extremely nice and friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed (directions, suggestions, local transportation, airport transfer, etc.). Hotel food was very good, but we mainly ate at the various, numerous local restaurants in the area. Not really. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others and would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Istanbul. |

Hotel staf was well trained with consistently high customer service skills. The manager brought me into his office to help reconfirm my flight with Turkish Airways. The breakfast spread was fantastic. Great location. |

Everything was as advertised. Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. The street in front of the hotel is closed to traffic. It can be a long walk, with bags, to the hotel. |

The location is great, very close to the major sites. It is on a quite side street with many resturants close. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff was very accomodating. They arranged an Airport Shuttle in the middle of the night that worked well. It was a little hard to find. The street becomes more of a walking street so the Taxis are unwilling to drive down it. |

Staff were very friendly and helped a lot. Location was perfect for major attractions. The internet access was always available but was slow and had no printing capabilities. Hence no printing of boarding passes after on-line check in. |
