Great location near all the sights and plenty of places to eat and drink. Close to the tramway but not noisy. We would stay there again and that is the best recommendation you can get! The latex matresses beds were some of the best we have slept in! Excellent value for money. Rooms a touch small but still okay - did not spend many waking hours in them. |

Excellent location - close to all major sights of Sultanahmet! The hotel staff were very helpful and hospitable - they really make you feel very welcome. We had a very nice, quiet, air-conditioned room. I think there is a swimming pool in the basement floor but we din't use it. The breakfast was quite decent, maybe more fruit could be added to the buffet. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much! |

The area and surroundings but Istanbul in general is a very beautiful city. I didn't like that breakfast was always the same. Maybe some changes from day to day will be an improvement. I stayed there for 8 days. |

Hotel location was superb. Walking distance to the historical sites of old Istanbul. 5-minute walk to tram station makes modern Istanbul easily accessible. And hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and informative! |

arrived early. No rooms ready at the Sapphire, but they offered their newly refurbished sister property 2 blocks away, the Maywood Hotel, as an option for the same price. The Maywood was newly refurbished as just opened March 2, 09. Tasteful and an incredible bargain! Nothing |

The location was excellent for sightseeing and entertainment. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. The rooms were very small and we picked it for the spa suite but the steam room and jacuzzi were not operating. |

The staff was very nice and they gave us warm welcome. It was just a pleasant stay for us. And we were looking forward to have their breakfast every morning. We would come back again to stay for the next time. I had to figure out myself how to log-in with hotel computer because they had a Turkish key board which very similar to American keyboard yet not letting us sign-in because position of some letters wasn't the same. Also hotel had a very weak hi-fi signal in our room that we couldn't use our computer. It would of been nice if they made a note about the keyboard near the hotel computer. |
