Localization is wonderful and everything runs good. The hotel is clean, pretty and warmy. We 3 felt very happy in our stay there. We reserved a triple room for 6 nights and when we arrived they gave us a duble room with an extra bed. So, the first day we slep very bady. We talked about our disagreement and they changed us to a triple room. After that we did not have any trouble. Also the breakfast can be a bit better, but is not bad. |

This hotel is quite convenient because it's close to the tourist spots.This breakfast is poor, but baguette bread is so great because they buy it from a local bakery next to the hotel. According to their web information, they have a roof balcony restaurant with a good view of sea. But in reality, the restaurant was in underground.The room is so dark due to a small window.The shower room is very narrow, so the lavatory becomes flood whenever we use the shower.A garbage box is only one in the lavatory, so it's inconvenient. |

a very welcoming hotel, clean, furnished and decorated to a high standard the service was excellent from all staff, they gave us good advice for our first visit to istanbul that made our trip very interesting and rewarding will definitly stay there again and will reccomend to all who ask |

The hotel is comfortable and close to sights in Sultanahmet. When I left the hotel I asked them to call a taxi. When the taxi arrived a member of staff told me the taxi had arrived and then proceeded to watch me (with two other members of staff sitting in the foyer too) carry my own luggage down the stairs from the foyer to the door. |

the free internet - I had my own laptop; very good service; good books/guides in the lobby;very clean; very close to sights and bazaar; good view of Mosque from outside the hotel. Fair sized rooms. |Very good value; Friendly owner; Time out magazine in the room; leaflets about thgs to do; location - although close to touristic sights, really quiet at night; Hotels in Beyoglu much better positioned as trendy, very late opening - after midnight.Really loud noise from 8.30/9 am as building work in progress; basic breakfast but fine; not a 4 star - but thats to be expected from Turkey |

excellent location by the blue mosque and hagia sofia. rooms were quite modern and showers were perfect. room serviced everyday, and very clean. awesome breakfast every morning with great services. free internet. beautiful view from the terrace. thumbs up! |

Front desk people were helpful and it was a good location. I liked having candy (Turkish Delight) waiting for us in our room. Free Internet access. There was construction going on across the street and it was noisy. Not the most comfortable matress. |

Wonderful place to stay,close to everything and the staff was very helpful with information and arranging transportation etc. Breakfast was great. Would highly recommend it to others. |

Fijn hotel, gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in het oude centrum van Istanbul. Nette kamers, schoon en voorzien van airco. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. |

die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr angenehm, Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten, Zimmer hat Minibar, TV, sep.WC und Dusche, freie Computerbenutzung Leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht benutzen, weil gerade ausgebaut wurde, deshalb konnten wir die Aussicht nicht geniesen. Sonst keine Beanstandungen |

Erinomainen sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ensimmäisen yön jälkeen saamamme huone sänkyä lukuunottamatta aivan hyvä. Aamiainen aivan riittävä ja hyvälaatuinen. Alussa saamamme huone pieni ja kuuma, ikkuna aukesi talon sisällä olevaan kuiluun, ei raitista ilmaa. Ilmeisesti ajankohdasta johtuen ilmastointi ei toiminut. Molemmissa huoneissa erittäin kova sänky, tunne kuin nukkuisi lattialla, nukkumisen laatu huono. |

Otelin 4 yıldızlı olduğunu söylemişsiniz. Sırf bu yüzden tüketici haklarına şikayet etsem sizden yüklü tazminat kazanırım. Otelde 3 gece kaldım, 2 gün internet yoktu, son gün de kablolu tv kesildi. Oda ve yataklar minyatür gibiydi. Yatak örtüsü ter kokuyordu... Büyük bir hayal kırıklığı. Tek olumlu şey, personelin ilgi ve alakası. |

L hotel est propre, le personnel aimable et gentil. L Hotel est idealement situe: au coeur de Sultanahmet a une centaine de metres de la mosquee bleue, Hagha Sophia ou des bazars. J y suis partie avec ma mere et elle a aime la localisation, la proprete et la gentillesse du personnel. Pour des bourses moyennes qui veulent allier confort et prix c est l ideal. J aurais aime que toutes les chambres donnent sur la mosque bleue malheureusement ce n est pas le cas. |
