The Hotel was comfortable, hospitable, value for money and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly/helpful whilst the location was quite yet handily located for everything we wanted, including good cafes/restaurants close by. We'll stay there again without doubt.

The room air conditioning at night switched off after an hour or so (there was no override capacity). We were there in July when it was warm to hot - getting up a few times a night to switch the unit back on was annoying!

    Staff, location, and bed

Nothing, but must be a little more generous with shampoo and soup. Would like to have weight scale at room and suggest to keep hotel restaurant for more hours.

I liked the wooden floors and the decor.

My first night I was placed in a beautiful room however it was below the roof garden which was unbearable from the noise. I was accommodated the next day to the saw room on the 2 nd floor.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all attractions. Restaurant and roof top bar very handy. Breakfast included which was delicious. Lovely courtyard garden. Very pleasant helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

misinformation: no free parking, the hotel does not have any parking. wifi unreliable to the point of useless most of the day. small room with big furniture. hard to move around if bigger than a hobbit.

The location was excellent, although a little hard to find (hotel has 2 parts to it - Premier and West and it was not clear that they had the same entrance). However, it was very clean and with all the essential amenities (plenty of hot water and water pressure in shower, comfortable enough bed, good breakfast, Wi-fi, etc.). The staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. A very good value for the money. I definitely recommend the hotel. It is not a fancy hotel but one of those really good although small European style ones that I enjoy staying in. Can't beat the location.

Location and the breakfast were fantastic.

Room is rather small. Be aware of the mosque nearby: nowhere during our stay in Turkey were we woken up by such a noise of the praying muezzin. It adds a flavor to your trip but it was really loud.

The rooms were well-soundproofed. The cleaning lady was friendly and efficient. Certain of the staff - especially the Front Desk person in the mornings, as well as Islam - were helpful and informative.

in general, the level of English of the staff was poor, making it difficult to communicate. The breakfast was adequate, but did not vary from day to day.

    Good location and breakfast coffee.

Leaking shower that made the bathroom floor dangerously slippery. General worn state of furniture, towels, etc.. Noisy late into the night and early morning. Very small rooms. The menu at the rooftop terrace restaurant is very restricted and the food not very good, fortunately there are good restaurants within a short walk.

It was within walking distance to many must see destinations which was very good. Breakfast was good but closed down as people were still coming in.

The cost of the room was too high for what we received. We were supposed to have a suite with a view of the Blue Mosque. We had a tiny view of the top and the room had three beds in it. It was not what I would consider a suite. It cost us $672 American for two nights. Not happy with that. Came back to Instanbul after our cruise and stayed in a different hotel which had a better view and amenities and was $170 per night.

    Excellent location

Two friends (in my group of 9) were put in basic hotel rooms and one was put in a completely different hotel for the first night despite all of us booking into the Sarnic Premier hotel. This was not handled well by the staff.

Location excellent, rooms small but city location. We had a great view of the mosque thank you. Staff very helpful with all our requests.

The breakfast spread was a bit basic.

Hotel taxi service extremely expensive, more than double for the taxi called at the street!!!.
