It is a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay there very much!
staff is friendly..
location is no good.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff (just one guy actually). Looked like he managed everything! He even made some sandwiches for us when we got there at midnight. The Green tour of Cappadocia was recommended by him and it was brilliant!
No ventilation in the bathroom
friendly, helpfully staff, alway tee and coffe, terasse with a beautiful few
Hospitality was very good; terrace has a great view. Breakfast was very nice too. A good stay.
Room could have been a little cleaner.
The stay at this cave hotel was amazing. It was nice and cool. The size of the room was fairly large and very comfortable. It was very close to the main road. Also, the breakfast was nice, they had a menu with a variety to choose from.
I didn't like the shower. It didn't have a shower curtain so the water went everywhere. Other than that it was great!
- great, extremely helpful staff - good views - nice rooftop patio - good location - great breakfast - historic in historic building
-given the age of the building not all the electrical and mechanical systems work well
nice room in an old house
staff wasn't really interested in their guests beds were bad too expensive for what you get
Great location, lovely breakfast, lovely view over Cappadocia, very accommodating
We stayed in a cave room for two nights. From the picture I wasn't expecting it to be very nice, but it turned out to be a very pleasant, comfy, and cozy room. Because of staff, its laid back atmosphere, and wonderful view, we had a great time. We also signed up for Turkish night which was very fun and we loved it.
Beautiful cave room with a window. Very confortable bed and bathroom. Spent 4 days there in absolute relaxation. Beutiful view from the terrace/dining area. Facilities may be basic, but my impression is you get more than what you pay for. Here's the best part - superb staff - non-intrusive and helpful.
We can choice a breakfast menu and it is delicious. And it have very good seesight. Also it is close to bus station and supermarket. and lastly room is big more than my expectation.
Bathroom's holl was stopped. So whenever shower, a floor was full with water. And I think that room was aloned long time, So room have some dust.
Great location, central to town but I cannot recommend this hotel ... you can do much better elsewhere.
We had pre-arranged airport pick-up with hotel - after numerous phone calls and 3 hours later, they told us to take a taxi, by which time no taxis were available... Not a good start to our stay! Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, wet bathroom didn't drain and water was constantly underfoot, room was musty (staff stated they had spilled water on rug and forgotten to take it out to dry). Upon departure, we were overcharged 80 Euros; fortunately, we had booking.com paperwork to verify correct charge.
