Personnel very kind Because of a seminar hold in this hotel there were many Turkys men present. They have no manners and respect for other guests in the hotel. There were no tables available in the restaurant and they took all the food which they did not eat and ended in the bin!! |

A/C was not working and hotel staff did not bother to help. When I asked to change the room they refused as i am booking through the internet and they want to reserve the rooms with A/C to other guests who might book with the hotel directly. Very loud music during up to midnight during weekends and you cant have an afternoon nap because of the aerobics lessons loud music. |

the pools , position to the beach and the facilities and services poor aircondition system, cleaning , some bathroom articuls like body gel not available, they dont clean the room everyday. it takes more than half ahoure to check inn |

Loved the aquarium needs a quiet area for adults without children or turn off music round the big pool.Maid also threw away my husbands tablets but we managed to retrieve them from bin.I also lost a small gold bracelet with elephants on while I was there please e mail me if found many thanks |

the staff are teriffic , the food is excelent, the room new and comfort, family type , they offered 3 meals a day and all beverages 24h , even u can request any special arrangement , the beach is nice and less than 100 meters , the reception was v vip , the staff assist you in any way they can . it is simply best value for the money for 5 star hotel . it would be nice if they have seperated turkish hamam for ladies and men , also it goes to sauna and other services , i would sugest they stick a label in the sealing of the rooms for direction of quibla as in dubai and most of european 5 star hotels . |

Relaxing & safely place for your kids on which they enjoy the facilities without any worry of thinking where they are? Friendly & helpfully staff. My thanks to all especailly Basak,Moustafa & all receiption staff, Hasan and chief in resturant, security and billboy Hasan. |

Everything, This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and super clean. The All Inclusive service is very good. Entertainment team is nice, not too pushy, and creative. I recommend this hotel for its price The staff is very young and inexperienced. |

The hotel is families friendly, staff service was great and food was excellent. Food was available on three meals and drinks were available in three spots in the hotel premises. My reservation package included meals and drinks in 3 bars as well as many other services all free of charge. Excellent value for money. The room rates can be made cheaper for families staying more than 5 days. |

Nice sea-view, with complementary chilled wine and fruits-basket; good on site entertainment (hello mustafa!) Desk clerk ripped us off when exchanging euros for Turkish lira's: we lost approx 80EUR in exchange rates (and could not cancel our credit card payment); Poor hygiene regarding plastic cups and glasses for inside and outside bars; Does not have enough sunbeds on the beach: it only provides a 20m x 20m area for free sunbeds |

Cleanless, very good food, helpful staff, fantastic swimming pools, Mediterranean sea very close to the hotel. Comfortable room for two adults and two kids. When had something to complain, the staff reacted quickly and put the things all right. Taxi service was on line front of the hotel and security guards made our feel relaxed. Actually small details: we didn`t get any kind of hotel manual, which would have been a great help. Usually hotels have hanbooks in their hotel rooms, but not this time. Some Russian tourists were noisy but when we complained their noisy behaviour to the hotel managment, it stopped. |
