Location on beach. A few of the staff. Rooms were very small and not very clean. Air conditioning did not work well. Buffets were the same every day and they were not replenished. If you arrived close to the closing time and there were no plates, utensils, etc., staff was not at all helpful in getting these items so you could eat. Entertainment provided by "animation team" was very amateur and not appropriate for families/small children. Show consisted of competitions between 3 female guests who were asked to carry eggs between their knees and cluck like a chicken, get underwear (bras & panties) from other guests which the emcee then put on his head. Staff for the most part was not very friendly or helpful. Most could not speak any English. This is definitely not a 5 star resort.

Nice swimming pools First 3-4 days I liked the hotel but after that it gets boring nothing to do except sit and drink, stuff does not know English so its hard to communicate with, no variety in food almost same food every day but a little bit changes, beach is not included with the hotel you have to cross two sided streets to go to the beach which let one of our group hit by a car and spent a whole day at hospital broke her front teeth and ruined her vacation, By the way the tv has no English programs all are in Turkish language that nobody else except Turkish people understand.

The lady at reception was very helpful. The food was good and the waiters in the eating area were very attentive. The people looking after my room were very good. Lots of cleaning going on all the time. My first room had twin beds which wasn't what I wanted, however I was given a double bed room next morning.

Close to the beach This is a good 3 star hotel. Small and simple rooms; very very small and simple bathroom; bad and cheap food. Cost benefit not ok. If you expect a 4 or 5 star hotel (facilities, staff, rooms) do not book.

The housekeeping took days to visit your room in section B . They do have problem in management I made reservation of 2 rooms and they give me one big room instead . The breakfast is same everyday nothing change lunch and dinner maybe have few new things daily , I faced problem in my AC told them about it 3 times they visited my room and the 3 eng fixed the problem after one day I spent with hot AC , the reception guy lie to me to save there mistake because they charge me for 2 rooms and they give me one family room instead and when I accept i asked them because the price of 1 family room is cheaper than the 2 rooms they said we are giving you suite family room witch is not in booking.com while there is nothing called suite family room they said that so I don't talk about the diffrent in prize after all it's worth 1 star instead of 5

I maked reservation for a 5 stars hotel but its rank is 3 max 4 stars. So, nothing was so I expected. - room cleaning personal not enough. they try to clean my room more often between 2 and 4 pm. -if you want barbeque try other location. - payment just at check-in, not enough space around each pool,

The staff who struggled to improve our experience despite their limitations The AC in the room and all over the hotel: it was warm everywhere all the time, guests and staff were sweating throughout the day. The hotel was so crowded that it was not possible to enjoy its amenities: buffets were messy, unclean and undersupplied around the clock. The a la carte restaurants were of limited usage (once per week stay making it even worse. It was difficult to meet english speaking staff, though you may get along with russian, german, turkish.

The location of the hotel was good, very close to the beach, city center and “migros” shopping mall. Prices were reasonable and the hotel was clean. Rooms serviced every day. The reception staff was very nice, friendly and always helpful. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, free drinks and poolside snacks were excellent. The hotel was full of families with children, so if you travel with kids they will definitely not feel bored there. All three pools were lovely and busy. One of them had slides for kids. The animation team was great. They had all different types of entertainment for all ages and genders. Special thanks to Mr. Fatih, both Svetas and of course Mike! If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday this is the place to go! I was traveling with my family (me, my wife and two kids) and booked a family room (all inclusive) facing the sea, but never get one. We were placed in a standard suite the first night when we arrived and moved to the family suite only the next day after complaints, but it was not still facing the sea as it was described and booked. From the tiny balcony you could view mainly mountains on the west and some part of the sea. The bathroom was small with overhead, not adjustable shower, so you had to move yourself under the flow and take some weird poses. Not bad if you have some good gymnastic skills. The main restaurant was always full and it was really hard to find a table to eat. The tables were dirty most of the time and almost every time I had to call and ask the waiters to clean the tables, change covers and set. Hotel has free wi-fi but it is completely useless. I kept trying to connect to the network first three days and finally gave up when receptionist said that there was an issue and they were working on that. During 8 days could only get connected once at the poolside. All rooms have safe but they are not electronic and not free. You have to pay 4 TL per day and get a key from the front desk. The most frustrating thing was that they somehow managed to run out of the plain bottled water in the entire hotel. It was 11PM and there was no water in the room so I went down to the lobby bar to grab a bottle of water for kids. The bartender told me that they have no any bottled water left and suggested to take water in glasses. I informed the receptionist and he called the manager of the bar. After several minutes the manager came with excuses saying that there is no water left in stock. So I bought few bottles in the local supermarket across the street. This is definitely not the 5 star service I have to say.

The location of the hotel was very nice. The rooms were actually fine for a small family. The quality of food was very poor. The service offered by staff was very poor. Staff were very unfriendly in many occasions and could not speak any English (or other language than Turkish).

The room was good and spacious with 3 balconies, lot of wardrobes and two washrooms. Very close to the beach. Most of the facilities like swimming pools & water slide were closed at this time of the year. Only one restaurant was operational which left us with very little choice. Most of the tv channels were in Turkish language, especially kids channels / cartoons were not available in English.

Staff were very helpful and good. At booking.com, it was mentioned that Sealife asccepts amex. When I got there, they did not accept my card and I had to pay with a vosa card. Second this conversion scam is going very well. They give you price in Euro then they convert it to tl, own exch factor, and then you pay in your home currency.

I really liked nothing!! We booked as all inclusive and it wasn't all inclusive at all. Room was dirty with lipstick smudged on the chest of drawers, no shower in the rooms just a bath which wasn't clean either. We went to complain to the manager who told us that he wasn't the manager but actually he was. If you ask something to the staff they send you from one person to the other with no one committed to help you out. I wonder where the nice pictures of the hotel with the nice looking food and live cooking chefs were captured. Just dont be impressed by the location and nice pictures at the time of booking because nothing is real at all. This Hotel is not 5 star standard maximum its comparable to a 3 star Hotel.

The hotel are staff are unwilling to resolve problems with rooms and service, however with a good location there are plenty of other hotels near by offering better service. I will never stay there again. No complaints were resolved during my stay. I will now try and resolve these upon return to the uk

It was a fair hotel but it is on a rocky beach as opposed to a sandy beach. It also has e nice pools but they kick you out at 5:30 to 6:00 p.m., and not everyone want to stop swimming at that time. It also had no hot tubs or sauna or gym! I said it in the last statement!

The food was pretty good - up to the level of a 5 star hotel in Turkey. The rooms are spacious. The hotel has a good feel about it - full of light and spacious. The cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. There was mold in the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures and room furniture in general was rather old and dented in places. Also, not directly relate to the hotel, but rather location - the road between the beach and the hotel is very traffic heavy.
