daar er de eerste nacht geen kamer beschikbaar was kregen wij een fles wijn en fruit aangeboden. de 1e nacht was er geen kamer beschikbaar en moesten wij uitwijken naar een klein hoteltje even verderop voor de 1e overnachting. |

Mooi hotel, zeer goede verfijnde keuken, wel veel drukte in het restaurant op zich, maar ze zijn wel goed georganiseerd (buffetten altijd aangevuld). Animatie-team is aangenaam en niet te "pushy". In het begin van de week was er lagere bezetting wat ook reflecteerde in de organisatie van de zaal, maar zeker niet van de keuken. De ligging was iets minder - redelijk ver van het centrum, maar wel een aangename wandelboulevard. Het keienstrand was een min punt, alsook de ligzetels aan het strand zijn te hard. Ook geen hotelbar aan het strand. Hotel gelegen aan drukke baan - moeilijk slapen met open raam, maar wel goede airco. |

we only spent one day at the hotel as we were touring round, so for that day my wife and i enjoyed it very much. |

Good position. Modern. I think that a good hotel like this could (must) do more for quality of meals and also for organization: one morning during breakfast the coffee machine was out of order; it was not a problem for them: no coffee today! Music too high until midnight!!! |

Good location: Not too far away from the Airport and the city center. Easy reach by bus. Some good Restaurants nearby (Cucurova, Mado Cafe) or a nice beach bar. Good room-service. Not really a five star hotel. European standard: 3*. But compared with the price still OK. Sometimes over-flooded with bus tourists. Kitchen OK but nothing special. They just have a watery Tuborg beer no local EFES!!!! Typical off-season set-up (50% of the facilities were closed). Staff was arguing in front of the customers - some better behavior in front of the customer needed. At the check-in no information about the Hotel was given. You had to ask for everything. |

The staff was helpful and friendly, willing to assist however they could. The food was good with good variety daily. all inclusive was really nice for food/drinks not to have to think of adding more money. |

Personnel very kind Because of a seminar hold in this hotel there were many Turkys men present. They have no manners and respect for other guests in the hotel. There were no tables available in the restaurant and they took all the food which they did not eat and ended in the bin!! |

A/C was not working and hotel staff did not bother to help. When I asked to change the room they refused as i am booking through the internet and they want to reserve the rooms with A/C to other guests who might book with the hotel directly. Very loud music during up to midnight during weekends and you cant have an afternoon nap because of the aerobics lessons loud music. |

the pools , position to the beach and the facilities and services poor aircondition system, cleaning , some bathroom articuls like body gel not available, they dont clean the room everyday. it takes more than half ahoure to check inn |

Loved the aquarium needs a quiet area for adults without children or turn off music round the big pool.Maid also threw away my husbands tablets but we managed to retrieve them from bin.I also lost a small gold bracelet with elephants on while I was there please e mail me if found many thanks |

the staff are teriffic , the food is excelent, the room new and comfort, family type , they offered 3 meals a day and all beverages 24h , even u can request any special arrangement , the beach is nice and less than 100 meters , the reception was v vip , the staff assist you in any way they can . it is simply best value for the money for 5 star hotel . it would be nice if they have seperated turkish hamam for ladies and men , also it goes to sauna and other services , i would sugest they stick a label in the sealing of the rooms for direction of quibla as in dubai and most of european 5 star hotels . |

Everything, This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and super clean. The All Inclusive service is very good. Entertainment team is nice, not too pushy, and creative. I recommend this hotel for its price The staff is very young and inexperienced. |
