good sea view, average food, clean room

many room service staff can not speak English. The services are just so so. I once asked a room service breakfast because i needed to catch the early flight, they said yes but provided me nothing in the following morning.

we didn't stay too much at the hotel

of course , many things to mention : 1-swimming pools & surrounding spaces are too much small to satisfy us with this much croudy resort . 2- food & beverages are too much poor for a 5 stars hotel , and the smells in the restaurants , bars & restrooms are not good . 3- staff doesn't understand english well .4-the hotel is too much crowdy.4-prices are too too too too much variable between a period & another , so i had to pay double price ??????

Well done Sea Life Resort Hotel!!! We really enjoyed our holiday. This resort really is great value for money.The rooms are cleaned to perfection,all staff are friendly and meals are mouth watering & included in the price.Sea Life poolside & nightly entertainment was a highlight the resort was also showing all the 2010 worldcup matches on big screen & throughout the hotel which I loved,kids area was catered for as our infant really enjoyed the play area'S.The client relations staff member filiz was very helpful & greeted us on arrival & showed the family around the hotel once we were settled.I Would definately recommend this hotel & would return again once again well done Sea Life Resort.

One thing we paid more to have sea view and we were on the side of the hotel and we need to be on the small balcon and move the head outside of the balcon to be able to see the sea...

Beautifull place for holidays with family and friends. e have great holidays, nice staff, good food and drinks, we are going next year to go in the same hotel for 2 weeks.

The staff was very professional and courteous. While all didn't speak English, they could connect me with someone who did within seconds. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

swimming pools of hotel were great . friendly behaviour of staffs. All inclusive services were very good . Animation programs after dinner were good but not excellent . Hotel was very clean . Family suites were large and comfort . Totally we enjoyed of staying in this hotel .

Most of the staffs don't know english language and it's not good for a 5 star hotel who has guest from many countires . There was not shower-bath in area of swimming pools . They have to install clock in public places like swimming pools , resturants and also in rooms . Beach was far from hotel and it was not very clean .

The staff were very helpful.

I did not like that there were people everywhere drinking alcohol from morning until night. In two days I wintnessed two very loud arguments - I do not like staying where it is not calm. Also, I did not like that the canteen was like a very noisy school canteen - hardly appropriate for business travellers.

Nice food, friendly and useful stuff, clean room. My daughter liked the animation team very much.

Sometimes eggs-cups were dirty.

I first was concerned about "the beach across the road", but it worked fine and I really liked the clean beach, though wouldn't mind some more versatality in the records they were playing there. Also everything in the beach caffee was "extra", regardless of our all inclusive. The other option was staying at the hotel two swimming pools, spacious and clean, but it was also the place for entertainment, and we prefered the calmer beach. Really liked the food in the restourant. The hotel is close to the city, 10-15 minutes on a commuter bus operating regularly 6-23. Good value for the money if booked in advance.

As it was already mentioned in the comments by someone else the hotel staff doesn't stand up to the expectations you would have towards 5 star hotel. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, whatever temperature you set up, it seemed to produce a steady 24 C, it was quite stuffy, open windows or closed. A couple of nights we couldn't get to sleep until midnight becouse of the poor suit sound isolation and a thumping base coming from the restourant on the terrace over our suit. The restourant was good in terms of starters and apetizers, but not in case if you are a fan of pork or beef. They usually served either turkey or chiken, and only one kind of fish, so the choice was quite poor, not as it would be expected from a 5 star
