We like the hotel very much after the first nights stay after there was a party until 11PM in the main lobby. After that very well. Pool water is a little cold for me. The food is outstanding and I would recommend the Half Plan.

What I liked most about the SECH is the relax environment. It is if you are on vacation at home. Plenty of space (with two chairs and a table) in front of the 'hotel'-room where you can sit and relax after a busy day of sightseeing in the area of the marvellous peri bacalar. Also the dinner provided by the hotel was great. A huge choice in appetizers, main dishes and desserts and that for the price of 30/35 lira (12 euro).

We all liked the peace and quiet and ambience of the hotel. A special thanks must go to the manager Yasin who was helpfull and attentive way beyond his call of duty. Infact the hotel complete was excellent as was our stay we will definately be back again in the near future and I shall recommend the hotel to all our friends who come here to Turkey. Thanks once again for a great stay Michael Nothing everything was great.

The hotel and the room were gorgeous. The jetted bathtub was a real treat and a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic with two cooks making gozleme (Turkish pancake) and eggs to order. When we asked the hotel staff about renting ATVs, they told us it would be 200 lira and that it'd be better to rent a car instead. We agreed to rent a car through them and they charged us 100 lira. When we got to Goreme, we found out that ATVs were 50 lira only (for 2 hours) and a car was only 80 lira. We felt a bit ripped off. Also, the hotel is on the outskirts of Urgup and we didn't get to see much of the town itself as we were travelling to Goreme for most of our activities. They don't have computers in the lobby, you have to go to the hotel next door.

das Frühstück; obwohl wir zeitweise die einzigen Gäste waren, war das Frühstücksbuffe komplett aufgebaut. Sehr schönes Zimmer, eigentlich Suite (kostloser upgrade), Himmelbett, Bad mit Wirlpool, Tee/Kaffeekocher, die winzigsten Details stimmten, eigentlich rundum perfekt. Daher haben wir unseren Aufenthalt um 4 weitere Tage verlängert. keine Kritik, wenn alle nur so wären !

Dekorasyon, temizlik, konum, personelin samimiyeti, Eski türk evi konseptinde dekore edilmiş. Bu çok güzel ama yieceklerinde ve içeceklerinde buna dikkat edilmemiş. Kahvaltıda yöreye özgü yiyecek ve içecek olmalıydı. En önemlisi de çayın Türk tipi demlikte veya semaverde demlenmesi ve ince belli bardakta servis edilmesi daha şık olurdu. Peynir çeşitlerinin daha kaliteli olması, ekmek çeşitlerinin de daha yöreye uygun olmalı. Sıcak servis edilen gözlemenin de daha doğal bir un (rafine edilmiş beyaz un değil) ile yapılması daha iyi olurdu. Umarın otel yönetimi bu eleştirileriı dikkate alır.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel. Der Eigentümer persönlich entscheidet über Kosten von Transfer zum Flughafen oder verspätetes Auschecken. Um 7h späteres Auschecken wird als volle weitere Nacht berechnet. Kein kulantes Verhalten, argumentiert: Das ist Hotelbusiness.

El hotel era precioso, la habitación estaba muy bien, y Urgup es un punto bueno para visitar la Capadocia. El desayuno fue de lo mejor, quitando el café (como es habitual). Al hacer el checkin, vino un guía turistico que nos indico unas rutas para hacer en coche (y de paso intentar vendernos un vuelo en globo). Cenamos un día allí y recomendamos muchísimo el Pottery Kebap (espectacular). El personal súper atento y cordial Dos tonterias despreciables: El agua caliente tardaba un par de minutos en salir (igual es porque nuestra habitación era la mas alta) pero luego salía en abundancia y sin problemas. La iluminación del baño es escasísima.

Tutto ottimo. Nulla da eccepire. Solo il primo giorno, al momento del check in siamo stati accolti con un pò di freddezza dal receptionist. Ci siamo chiesti dove fosse finita la favolosa accoglienza turca. Poco dopo però siamo stati fermati dal proprietario della struttura: simpaticissimo e disponibile. Di nuovo in turchia insomma. Consigliatissimo.

Dit hotel zou ik zeker aanbevelen. Het is een prachtig hotel, het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en ook de eigenaar van het hotel nam de tijd om zijn gasten persoonlijk aan te spreken en van toeristische informatie te voorzien. Heel opvallend was dat deze eigenaar vergeleken met andere hotels meerdere talen sprak wat zeker een pluspunt is. De kamers zijn netjes verzorgd en van alle comfort voorzien en ook de maaltijden waren prima verzorgd. Dit hotel is niet geschikt voor minder validen. Het naast liggende hotel (Surban) van dezelde eigenaar is dat wel.

Bien place sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une très belle vue une chambre très bien meublée et calme. Le personnel est assez neutre il fait son travail efficacement mais on n'a pas le sentiment d'être les bienvenus.

“Charming location and wonderful hospitality. The staff were always eager to help and the small things made a big difference. For example, helping us plan a day hike through the Rose and Red Valleys and picking us up afterwards. Location was close to the main square and was up high enough to have great views of the town.
