- Staff were on the whole very friendly, polite and informative. When there was a question or feedback they were very quick to try and resolve it. The staff are the beacon of this hotel - they're fantastic. - Hotel was quiet - Breakfast was quite good - the breads and pastries were amazing and fresh. The biggest issue for me was that the gym wasnt free. Fair enough that the massage/turkish baths require a fee but 10€ for a single use of the fitness room was too excessive for me. - In our triple room were three single beds. One of the beds had ripped sheets - not what you expect from a 4* hotel. But when we mentioned this to the cleaner - the sheet was replaced immediately. - Hotel was difficult for cab's to find (it's on a side street) - I found the prices in the hotel bar a little over the average rate for similar hotels in Istanbul

The property has been completely renovated since my previous stay quite a few years ago and the rooms are clean and modern. The included breakfast was excellent -- a large variety including hot foods -- far above the Continental breakfast that one might expect. The dining room had a great a la carte dinner menu with reasonable prices and outstanding waiter service. Alas, every establishment serving alcohol has outrageous prices, including the Best Western Senator. During my previous stay when us$1 equalled 1.2-million Turkish Lira, a glass of wine at the hotel bar was approximately us$2 to us$3. It is now approximately us$18.

We stayed here for 5 night and couldn't been happier. The staff was so accommodating. They help us many times and were generous with that time. The location is near the tram about 15 minutes to the sites Topkapi & Blue Mosque, we walked more often that not, but it was about a 20 minute walk. I was happy not to be close to the "tourist" area. The rooms were a nice size. The breakfast was full and had many assortments. We would stay there again. If you want to be very close to the the sites and don't like walking this would not be the place for you.

The position of the hotel is quite central, there is a taxi stop nearby and the fast-tram stop at four blocks. The brakfast is ok, the room confortable, the staff quite kind. During my stay there were renovation works, so there was a lot of noise; I was obliged to complain three times, then the Director gave me a discount.

The location and its proximity to the tram line, the main shopping district and the tourist sites. The rooms are generally clean and spacious enough for an individual. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and a jug for boiling water could be provided.

Servizio ottimo, internet wireless gratis, buona colazione, camera molto confortevole.
