they do not speak good english. they could not do a normal invoice and the hotel is so old and no services at all

The staff is terible and we had to wait 30minutes before getting our keys-this happens at 12.30 after midnight.Can imagen what will be during normal hours.

Poor quality of furnishings and fixture and very small TV

Room wasn't clean at the time we arrive. There was full of insect in the bathroom and under the beds. Boiled eggs was off which we couldn't even had breakfast. I was disappointed how Booking.com works with this type hotel and recommend to us. I hope you consider our complain. Kind regards Eyup Salih Goktas

we have choosen it because of position near to our customer

when we have arrived no rooms available and they has proposed to stay 3 persons in 1 room. doors broken, not igenic , duster everywhere and big surprise to find cockroachs!!! Please send some igenic control and hotel evaluation services where. ubelievable

It is close to the airport

Its not 4 star as advertised but its ok if you dont expect too much.

Thisi is not a 4 star hotel. They do not speak English, they do not have no-smoking rooms, food at the breakfast was not fresh.

peaple cant take their friend in their room for even one hour and it is not 4 star at all its not even 2 star

Numbers in hotel have been ordered in advance, but at settling in hotel it has appeared that our group is not present in the hotel reservation. Despite it workers have gone to us on a meeting and have given two numbers. Why us in the list clearly, acknowledgement on the reservation came on an e-mail, here such history.

The place whre is it, not far away from the airport

The bath is quite old, no way to have a bath there, just a shower. The furniture and general aspect is it was created 30 years a go and not touched again.

Nothing. The room is too old. Nearly everything (WC, toilette, wardrobe etc.) were broken.

The room was really dirty. I couldn't take a shower. They don't have non-smoking room. They tried to charge the room fee more then I booked from booking.com. The staff were inexperienced (Even they didn't know to explain how to reach hotel)

Nothing - it is a terrible hotel.

The smell. The hotel needs an overhaul - it's tatty and damaged everywhere. It also doesn't have decent bedding so I was freezing cold.

Грязный отель!!! Рваный пододеяльник. Чужие длинные волосы в ванной! Старый ремонт. WiFi в холле, до моего номера на доставал. Бедный завтрак.

здравейте хотела е отвратителен.нищо общо няма с показаните снимки във вашия сайт.стаята беше отвратително мръсна банята също дори във ваната имаше косми.обявения закрит басейн и фитнес изобщо не съществуват.закуската също е отвратителна.този хотел не заслужава и за две звезди.

Arkadaşlar çok pis otel ve temizlik berbat. Ayrıca çok dökük ve kahvaltısı çok zayıf. Ama şuna eminim ki bu otelin kaliteli bir sahibi var. Çalışanların geneli çok sıcak.

لم يعجبني لا شي لاني لم اكون اتوقع هذا الفندق مثل ماكان مكتوب في الوصف قبل ما ابدء الحجز كان مكتوب يوجد مسبح وايضا صالة رياضية وايضا يوجد ملهى ليلي ولم اجد اي شي فلماذا كتبو هذه المواصفات لا كان ما حجزت في هذا الفندق الذي من خمسة نجوم وهو لا يستحق نجمتين وايضا مكتوب مطعم ولم اجد غير صنف واحد فقط وتم طبخه في نفس الوقت

Il est nul , je ne peux croire que le site booking puisse recommander un tel hotel . ça releve de votre credibilite. Pour resumer l'hotel est catastrophique sur tous les points de vue.Ca fait des annees que j'utilise votre site , je n'ai jamais ete aussi deçue .a votre place je le supprime de la liste des hotels à Istanbul , ou bien le presenter comme un bb, zero etoile
