Seven Hills Hotel  

All the staff including the restaurant staff went out of the way to be helpful & ensure our satisfaction. They assisted with tours & provided helpful hints The food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent & the view could not be better. Great location close to all the historic sites and to the metro and tram. We were greeted with friendliness and great service.We would stay here again without a doubt and recommend to others.

We stayed in Seven Hills Hotel for 8 days. This hotel is amazing and hotel location is perfect. We had a very good room with the most beautiful view. Our room was very big, clean and comfortable. We are very thankful to reception staff, that was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Seckin Keles for very good service. We highly recommend the Seven Hills Hotel. I stayed at the beginning and end of my recent stay in Turkey. The first time I was "upgraded" to a beautiful beautiful room ! On the end stay, it was a regular room, but still very nice - and good value for the price. The staff was incredible, courteous, and helpful. The location - across from the Four Seasons Hotel could not have been better. The rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view had a very good breakfast buffet and good dinner as well. I would definitely stay again !

It's location was very good and stuffs were helpful.

It is too costly compared to it's facility. I have stayed in other hotels in Istanbul with much better room and view. But they cost less than this one. The breakfast was not so good with very similar items. In short the hotel does not give you the value of your money. Saying that don't think that it is a bad hotel. It is good, but not as good as it costs. Find carefully and you will get better deal than this.

Best location!!!!!!! It was wonderful scape from roof top!!!!!! I felt luxuary to eat breakfast on rooftop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the staffs are also kind^^nice hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful The rooftop dining was a highlight and highly recommended.

The Tv Reception was very poor. They were unable to fix the problem while we were there and it was during the Rupert Murdoch investigation which we were very interested to view.

Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse, très cordial et convivial, cherchant vraiment à rendre le meilleur service ou à trouver des solutions à vos problème. La situation de premier choix dans le vieux Istanbul et la vue exceptionnelle sur Ste Sophie et la Mosquée bleue. Wifi gratuit partout.

Nous avions choisi la suite dite "Présidentielle", qui n'en avait que le titre et pas les attributs. Prestations pas du tout en rapport avec le prix élevé et les vertus annoncées : Décorations et mobiliers de la chambre tristes avec finitions laissant à désirer ou de qualité très standard, chauffage en panne (résolu néanmoins avec réactivité par le personnel avec chauffage électrique d'appoint), douche sans pression avec eau chaude devenant rapidement froide, pas de rangements suffisants pour les vêtements, pas de couverture sur la couette d'été à notre arrivée alors qu'il gelait dehors...Je précise que le personnel nous a très gentiment obtenu un discount significatif sur le séjour, mais le rapport qualité prix reste malgré tout insuffisant pour cette suite.

Posizione eccellente a pochi metri da Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia e Basilica Cisterna. Le stanze non sono di lusso ma sono comode e pulite, pertanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Staff molto cordiale. Vale la pena menzionare la bellezza della vista panoramica del ristorante in terrazza (dove si tiene la colazione e, volendo, si può cenare).

Forse la colazione in stile poco internazionale.

Sa situation géographique exceptionnelle, le calme, le personnel attentionné.

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas top (+200 Euros la chambre !) La surface réduite de la chambre Le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur Hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation

高台に立地してるので、屋上レストランからの眺めは最高でした。(他のホテルの屋上レストランが低層なので- 眺望に関しては完璧です)アヤソフィアもブルーモスクも目の前に見えて誰にも邪魔されず写真撮影できました- 。また路面電車の通りには面してませんが、十分歩いて行ける距離に駅があり、市内観光にも適してます。飲食- 店も周辺に多数あり、まったく不自由はありません。次回イスタンブールに行く機会があればまた宿泊したいで- す。

とくにありませんが、人によっては下記の点を気にする方がいるかも知れないので、書かせてもらいます。 ①ホテルの周辺道路が石畳になってるのでヒールの高い靴をはいていたら慣れてない人には歩きにくいかもしれ- ません。 ②ブルーモスクのすぐそばなので、朝のお祈りの時間の大音量がまともに聞こえます。気になる人は気になると- 思います。私にとっては良い「目覚まし時計」でしたが。

Hôtel merveilleusement bien placé à deux pas de la Mosquée Bleue et Sainte Sophie. La vue à partir du restaurant sur le toit de l'hôtel est unique. Nous avons eu la chance d'être upgradé dans une très belle chambre au dernier étage, pas trop grande (centre ville oblige) mais bien aménagée et confortable avec balcon. Accueil très sympathique. Je garde l'adresse précieusement pour une prochaine visite à Istanbul.

فندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع والتشطيبات، علماً بأنني أقمت في جناح رئاسي، وهو قريب جداً آيا صوفيا والمتحف الاسلامي ومتحف السجاد والمسجد الأزرق وقلعة توبكابي، وخلف الفندق حديقة بها نافورة ومحطة ميترو والعديد من المحلات التجارية

لا يوجد أمام الفندق مكان لركن السيارة (إذا كنت تمتلك سيارة)، ولكن لا تحتاج إلى سيارة في اسطنبول فمحطات الميترو تنقلك إلى الأماكن كلها.
