Excellent emplacement dans la ville historique avec superbe vue panoramique en terrasse. Qualité du petit déjeuner et de son service attentionné. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Hôtel vieillot, sans aucune rénovation (hormis l'ascenseur neuf) depuis des années. Salle de bains inondée par temps de pluie et entrées d'eau dans la chambre. Le désagrément a fait l'objet d'une compensation, obtenue difficilement après discussion, mais non proposée d'emblée par la direction. Tapis de la chambre pas très propre, pas aspiré tous les jours. |

Personnel très chaleureux et agréable . Hôtel très bien situé .Les chambres au 4ème étage ont une excellente vue . Le restaurant au dernier étage idéal pour des dîners romantiques! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation . |

Nous avions la suite présidentielle du 3ème étage (2 adultes et 4 enfants) avec balcon avec une vue très sympa sur Ste Sophie à deux pas. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse du dernier étage (avec vue vraiment exceptionnelle) était encore plus sympa (beaucoup de fruits). Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. L'emplacement de l'hotel est probablement un des meilleurs pour une visite des sites historiques de la ville (surtout avec des petits enfants qui ne peuvent pas marcher trop longtemps) La clim commandée par la réception (sur appel téléphonique). La baignoire qui fuit un peu. Nettoyage des sols pas impeccable tous les jours (ceci dit la femme de ménage était vraiment charmante) Le prix du restaurant de terrasse beaucoup trop élévés. Dommage! Très bon hotel malgré tout. Surement pas 4 étoiles selon nos standards français et du coup un peu cher (mais tous les hotels de Sultanhamet sont chers). Donc bon rapport/qualité. Nous y retournerions. |

La vue du toit de l'hôtel : une tuerie ! magnifique vue sur St-Sopie et la Mosquée bleue, des petits déjeûners superbes sur le toit. Le personnel est vraiment très acceuillant, serviable, souriant, un vrai plaisir. Peut être un peu plus de variétés dans le menu du petit déjeûner. Je n'ai pas essayé le restaurant de l'hôtel, la carte étant alléchante mais les prix beaucoup moins. |

Personnel de l'hôtel très aimable et très serviable et gentil, l'emplacement en plein centre d'istanbul, à distance égale entre la mosquée bleue et ste-sophie, à peine 3 mn à pieds, 15 mn de Topkapi, 5 mn du Tram, 5 mn des citernes bizantines, 10 mn en Tram pour accéder au pont du Bosphore et 15mn pour arriver à la station qui désserve la tour de Galata: un emplacement unique avec un personnel... Je trouve que l'hôtel est assez cher et ne correspond pas aux critères d'un hôtel **** de point de vue équipement, confort et infrastructures, mais ça n'a pas empêcher qu'il soit souvent complet et très sollicité. |

The roof terrace with nice view on Blue Mosque and San Sophia. The breakfast buffet with international and local food. The price for the transfer from airport: 35 € vs 24 € by taxi and the "high comfort vehicle" announced was a minibus. The excessive prices of the restaurant. |

Very kind and very good assistance of the personal.Very central place and a beautifull vieuw from the restaurant. On other places one get better fish food at lower price. The furniture of the restaurant is a bit poor compared to the pricelevel of this hotel. |

We loved the view, the convenience of sightseeing 3 major sites,midway between Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, within walking distance (@2 and a half blocks) of Topkapi. Within walking distance of public transportation (the tram) and the City Sightseeing buses.We were upgraded to the Hagia Suite, giving great view of H. Sophia! We were also able to walk to the famed Galata Bridge with its multitude of restaurants beneath it, which connects the Old City to the New. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The price of the food for dinner did not match the quality, unless we were paying for the view. Our one dinner there was more expensive than any of our other three dinners in the city. On the other hand, the complimentary breakfast was very good. |

It's not the Four Seasons, I'll admit, but very, very decent. If you've been to Turkish four-star hotels before, you'll know what I mean. The best part about the hotel is the view and the location. This is one of the few hotels in Sultanahmet that are really close to the main attractions, within comfortable walking distance. The others are further downhill, and while this may seem OK on a map, believe me when I tell you that in reality there is quite a distinction. And, of course, the view (am I repeating myself here?). Seven Hills is a couple of meters taller than all the other buildings in the neighbourhood and that makes for an absolutely breathtaking view from the roof-top terrace. Service is good, rooms are OK and clean. Breakfast was, well, scanty. Ever stayed at a Turkish 4-star? Then you'll know exactly what I mean. Forget about your omlettes and scrambled eggs (not to mention the more exotic stuff). But, if you're not too picky, it's quite alright. Also, the rooms with the Haglia Sophia view actually look out more upon an archeological site, not the Haglia Sophia itself (it's a bit to the side). Be prepared that in Turkey, the difference between an archeological site, a construction site and a demolition site is close to nonexistant (except for the sign on the wall, maybe). But, all in all, it's a great value for the money. And for those of you who are extra-spoiled there's a Four Seasons rights accross the street. For a Four Seasons price, of course... |

Amazing location in Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. 2 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia and The Blue Mosque. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably the best hotel roof-top terrace view in Sultanahmet. |

We enjoyed the boutique environment; we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very nice as well; perfect location to visit the Blue masjid and Hagia Sofia by foot as well as other tourist spots in the area breakfast was not that great - but then it was the same in other similar hotels in Istanbul os cant really complain |

The staff at Seven Hills was absolutely fabulous. They could not have been more gracious and went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is in the center of the main sites. It is not the most modern, but very charming and the views from the rooftop cafe are truly beautiful. |

Excellent location a very short walking distance and within view of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Staff always helpful. Beautiful views from balconies in room and restaurant. Room comfortable and sizable enough for family of 4. Very good restaurant. Overall a great value. |

The location was perfect!!! We could walk to almost everything. The hotel staff were very friendly. We booked a triple and they gave us a suite! The room was huge which was great for our two kids. The large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner was expensive and not very good. We found better restaurants in the neighborhood. |
