I like location because it's near the Bar Street and town center(5 min. by walk). The price is cheap.

The noise in the hotel especially at midnight there are some squeals. The recepcionist doesn't seem safe and the owner(i think it's the owner) also. The room isn't clean enough. The last one is Breakfast. The worst thing in the hotel is breakfast. I suggest you; if you go to Sezgin Hotel don't eat the breakfast, even it will be free.

    Location, price, very helpful staff.

Pillows too thin and my daughters beds were full of springs sticking out.

Staff very helpful and even organised tours for us. Nice but small swimming pool. Managers cook excellent dinners.

Wifi reception in room was bad. Room much smaller than mentioned on website.

Close to the center of the city. Supporting staff.

Poor internet, noise, they charge loundry and take 2 days, inovative exchange rate and prices. Hardly to recomend. Not as advertised.

    The room is big

Staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was non existence. We slept 2 nights and have to leave at 8 in the morning both days. There is only one guy that clean, make breakfast etc. He could not manage to prepare breakfast that early. Breakfast was included in our room rate, but we did not receive anything. This was the only hotel we have stayed in Turkye which did not service the rooms every morning.

The hotel has a pool and nice sitting area in the back where they give breakfast. It's also very reasonably priced.

The staff was in some ways very unhelpful. When we checked in with them a few days before arriving they said that the reservation was confirmed and that they would come get us from the bus station. When I called in the morning after arriving from Istanbul they told us they had no free rooms and that we should just take a cab from the bus station. Once we finally got there and settled everything things were okay. Later, one member of our party took a shower and couldn't get out of the bathroom. There was a problem with the doorknob. After yelling and trying everything to escape he was finally able to tear the door-handle off and escape. The staff weren't particularly apologetic about this. In fact, it seems that it has happened before. The air conditioning works well in the room, but it drips everywhere. Finally, a few days after leaving I got an email that said we had never showed up to the hotel. Just now the hotel finally responded and set things write with If you want to save money and don't care about comfort, come here. Otherwise, pay a little bit more and go somewhere better.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They had great recommendations for us, re: dinner and sites. They picked us up from the bus station and even took us to the port and arranged tickets for us.

Friendly staff, especially Deniz who really make you feel at home. Has a swimming pool which is good especially after hot days of sightseeing. Breakfast included and a good variety on offer. Staff can arrange transportation and trips if needed. Rooms spacious with a fridge and air con. Quiet during our stay however it was Ramadan do no evening meals or belly dancing as advertised. Good value for money.Very central to everything. An enjoyable stay and a big thanks to Deniz and the others.

There are steep hills to climb either side to get to hotel, was not really a problem but not suitable for people with mobility problems.
