The sea, the pier, the outdoor pool, the spa, the live entertainment in the lounge. The breakfast buffet was delicios with many tasty choices. The freshness of the salads was very nice! Lack of communication between reception and bellboys, they lost our cart for an hour and a half when we made a floor and room change. No slippers, no robe, insufficient welcoming gift, too high of prices in the minibar, tasteless desserts and poor quality of food choices at buffet. Terrible hairdryer, it got too hot, hard to use. Coffee service choices and amounts very skimpy.

We were very happy with our selection, this hotel and Cesme, Ilica beach ist a Paradise, just what we wanted. We will come back there. Perfect. We were just in the beach and swimming pool fully disconnected from the stress and work :) the personal was very kind and the people staying in the hotel too. Thanks The price of food and drinks was a bit out of the Turkish reality, very expensive, but if you want you can eat outside the hotel or go to the nearby town and eat there. A taxi to Alacati costs between 10 -12 you tl. We ate at the hotel always is more comfortable, plus they offer half board and this is an option. But really nothing to complain about.

The hotel is a luxury resort in an otherwise non-luxury area but doesn't lower standards because of this and is an excetional place to stay at a fair price with fantastic facilities, the highlight being the private beach.

Cleanliness convenience 15 Turkish Lira for orange juice at breakfast. The only fruit drinks included with breakfast were poor quality cherry and peach juice.

En çok beğendiğimiz yönü çalışanların kibarlığı. Plaj çok güzel, deniz de aynı şekilde dalgalı olmadığı zamanlarda çok hoşumuza gitti. Otel kısıtlı bir sahaya sahip dar bir alanda konuşlandırılmış. Havuz biraz küçük. Fazla bir aktivite yok, hatta hiç yok diyebiliriz. Ayrıca extralar çok pahalı. 1 su 4 tl, 1 kola 12 tl. Bu biraz tatil için fazla bana kalırsa. İŞ gezileri için düşünülebilir fakat tatil için birdaha uğramayacağım yerlerden biri.

Otel cok kalabalik olmasina ragmen yemek salaonlari yetersizdi. Yemek salonunda bir hengame vardi. Otel pahali ve luks olduhunu anliyorsunuz ama verilen hizmet kalitesinden cok kotu. Yemeklerde kuyruklar vardi ve garsonlar yetisemiyordu. Yemekler iyiydi. Genel alanlardaki tuvaletler cok pisti. Sadece adindan dolayi gelinir ama sonrasinda bir daha gelmem.

Rezeption und Concierge sehr freundlich. Viele gemütliche Plätze in der Bar. Gute Livemusic jeden Abend. Sehr guter Koch, Abendessen vorzüglich. Bedienung beim Frühstück / Abendessen unprofessionell, vermutlich noch in Ausbildung. Am nächsten Tag keine sauberen Gläser im Zimmer und benutzte Tasse zu den sauberen getan. Für ein Hotel solcher Kategorie und Preisklasse eine Schande.Weiterempfehlung mit gemischten Gefühlen.

Deniz kenarinda olmasi guzeldi. Otel biraz eskimis. Spa da bir havuz onarimdaydi tek havuz acikti buna ragmen giris paraliydi. Yemekler iyi degildi. Yemekte tum icecekler paraliydi suya bile para yazmislar. Yarim pansiyon konaklama da en azindan yemekte sudan para almasalardi bari.

Cet hôtel est fort bien situé pour s'y reposer au bord d'une plage privée, bien entretenue et propre. C'est un hôtel fréquenté par des familles turques et des groupes. Le service y est impeccable. Malgré l'abondance du menu proposé dans la formule demi-pension (petit- déjeuner et repas du soir), on se sent pressé de quitter la salle à manger parce que le personnel s'empresse toujours de retirer les assiettes et les plats. L'éclairage est trop puissant, manque d'ambiance. C'est aussi un peu trop bruyant.

Das Essen im Hotel ist einfach gigantisch. Mehr Positives ist nicht zu berichten. Die Zimmerpreise sind für die Ausstattung absolut übertrieben. Zwar war der Meerblick wundervoll - die restliche Ausstattung grade mal ausreichend. Es gibt zu wenig Personal - und dieses ist unfreundlich und hochnäßig. In das Hotel darf man keine eigenen Getränke oder Essen mitbringen (wie Süßigkeiten oder ähnliches). Und dann wird es richtig teuer - da man ja nun mal trinken muss - wird hier richtig abkassiert. Aufpassen - die Getränke beim Abendessen sind im Preis nicht inbegriffen! Hinzu kommen utopische Minibar-Preise. Vergleichbare Hotels verlangen dafür die Hälfte.

Lage und Sauberkeit... Strand und Wasser perfekt.. Service war nicht zufriedenstellend! Weder im Restaurant, noch an der Bar am Meer (Steg). Um die Menükarte musste gebettelt werden, ewige Wartezeiten. Die Preise waren mehr als überteuert!

Vooral de Spa is zeer de moeite waard. Er waren speciale Balinese masseuses ingehuurd voor de authentieke massage's. We hadden een seaview kamer op de zesde verdieping en konden de live muziek die beneden werd gespeeld horen. Dit was soms wel te luidruchtig en storend.

El servicio de recoge coches y lavandería es bueno, las instalaciones y ubicaciones son buenas pero creo que lo demás no se corresponde con un hotel de su categoría El personal de recepción impresentable su ineficacia de gestión de la reserva pretendía culpar a booking. La limpieza de habitaciones malísima. No se lo recomiendo a nadie la relación calidad precio es deplorable.

Meest genoten van de zee en het strand. Tevens van het diner. Strandstoelen moeilijk te bemachtigen. Kamers rumoerig. Kamers niet overal even schoon, begint ouderwets te worden. Kids entertainment bedroevend en iedere avond exact hetzelfde als de avond ervoor.

Der Strand ist sagenhaft Schimmel im Badezimme,r,putz bröckelt im Badezimmer,schlechtes Personal am Strand,Abendessen restaurant innen eine Katastrophe einen Platz zu finden,nie im Leben 5 Sterne!!!

De ligging is prachtig. De ruimtes, aankleding en bediening is perfect. Alles daarnaast is wat je van een 5* mag verwachten. Adviseer wel een kamer met zeezicht te nemen. Tegenvaller; de onbeschaamd hoge prijzen voor consumpties in het hotel, dingetjes zoals extra kosten [ € 7,-] voor een glas jus d'orange bij het ontbijt vind ik niet passen bij de 5* en het prijsniveau van de kamers.

Fantastisch gelegen. Top strand, echter ongelofelijk duur! Bacardi cola 15 Euro, Koffie 6 Euro, Red Bull 7,5 Euro. Verder zou ik in hoogseizoen gaan. Andere perioden zijn er bijna alleen maar congressen en dus geen vakantiegevoel.
