Facilities were amazing, breakfast and dinner also as good. Great rooms with great views.

Could not get spg member points as I booked through an affiliate website, gym was not open very late, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

The Spa is great. The thermal water swimming pools are fantastic. They have a group of therapists from Bali so the quality was very good. We were in off season so the package was very attractive and included half board.

There were big dogs running on the beach in the morning so it was scarry to walk or run. On Saturday the hotel was overcrowded and it was hard to find a table to eat. But on Sunday luckily the group left...

Restaurant and Food Is good. Beach and seas excellent

Wifi is not free either in rooms or general areas and this is funny. You pay too much for hotel stay and Internet usage may be free. This is nothing for a hotel like this. Also the hotel offers half board . The food is good, however, all beverages may be with charge but you do not serve plain water ! This is stupid. Money is not the matter but idea is disturbing .

Sea view, jetty with bar, lovely pools.

Drinks and any extras are over priced. Also staff often unfriendly, and hardly any of them spoke a word of English therefore there were communication difficulties.

This hotel has one of the best beaches in Turkey.Altough the sea is always wavy and a bit cold,it's very clean and not deep which is perfect for small children.Staff were very attentive and quick to respond.

Food and beverages u consume are too expensive.

I planned to stay on my wedding day at shereton, I booked it over booking.com and personally went to the hotel location two months ago to register for an early check in at noon. The said thai it was confirmed. One week before the wedding I called them to reconfirm early check in. And one day before the wedding I visited the hotel to reconfirm early check in. They confirmed again. And on my wedding day they waited me wait two hours at the counter and gave the room at 14.00pm. They ruined my wedding day and all my plans were delayed. When I called them again and again about when they would give me the room they did nothing to speed rhe process and said that the hotel was full they could not do anything. The room was slightly biger than a wardrobe. I will never go to shereton again. They ruined my wedding day.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Service, facility, meals, cleanness of the room worths the price.

The beach and the sand are perfect but there are high waves on sea.

I liked most of the hotel features.. Especially the variety and the quality of food were outstanding.. The room was very well furnished and clean.. The live music at bar was quite good too.

Even I was there in the middle of June the air conditioning was terribly bad I told my complaint to customer service but nothing changed. I have thought , there was something wrong only in cooling my room but ı have noticed that most of the rooms were out of a the effect of air conditioning. The beverages were extremely expensive. The price of water and 3.rd class canned fruit juices were 10 times more expensive than a local cafe.This is what I call . This is what I call ill mannered and insolent behavior to the customers. İf you are charging a simple beverage to a very expensive prices

çEşme çok güzel, otelin sahili mükemmel. Lokasyon çok iyi.

Odada banyo havalandırması arızalı, küvetin içine daha önce koyulan kaydırmaz alınmış ama yapışkanları kalmış. Sabah 9'da mini-bar kontrolü daha önce hiç görmedim. Restaurantta Rakı'yı soğuk istedim sıcak geldi. Rakı bardağı istedim limonata bardağı geldi.

Personelin daha kahvaltı devam ederken gürültülü bir şekilde toplamaya başlaması, Spor salonuna spor ayakkabısız,restauranta bornozla gelmek nasıl personel tarafından uyarılıyorsa,termale gelenlerin kıyafetle havuza girmeside personel tarafından uyarılmalıdır diye düşünüyorum,Sabah dolu bir hafta sonu yaşanacağı belli olan bir kahvaltıda kuyruğa girip sadece bir noktadan çay almak,benim bildiğim 5 yıldızlı otellerde çay servisi masaya yapılır burası tatil köyü değil keza.

oteli zaten biliyorum daha öncede konakladım.

ancak sezon dışı özellikle grupların olduğu dönemde bir daha asla gitmem,yemek kalitesi servis kalitesi,misafir kalitesi herşey düşmüş,sıradan bir 2 yıldızlı otel durumundaydı.

her departmandaki personel inanılmaz yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü...

şarap mönünüzde yanlışlıklar vardı; olmayan bir şarap yazıldığından sıkıntı yaşandı...

otel çok eski, dekorasyon çok eski, otel temiz kokusu yok, halı kokuyor ( en azından havalandırmalardan parfüm verilebilinir) kahvaltı orta spa karşılanma ve dinlenme kısmı çok yetersiz, masajını yaptır hemen odana gid havasında, dinlenme kısmı 4 kişilik.

Tanisma yildonumumuz oldugunu belirtmistim. Oda suslenmis meyve yabagi ve sarap ta ikramlariydi. Mukemmel. Ve hatta bir mektup vardi kutlama yazisi gercekten cok ince düşünülmüş detaylar.

Dekorasyon güzeldi.Yemekler fena değildi.Resepsiyon görevlisi çok iyiydi.Otelin konumu deniz ve kum çok güzeldi.

Çok basit bir masaja 185 TL bana çok fazla geldi.Birde birçok lüks otelde Türk Hamamı ücretsizdir.Burada yanlış hatırlamıyorsam kişi başı 50 TL idi.

Plaji guzel, ve deniz suyu sicakligi diger plajlarla karsilastirildiginda daha sicak. Otelin konumu cok uygun. Otelden cikip, Ilica'nin icine yuruyebiliyorsunuz.

Hizmet kalitesi cok dusuk, 5 yildizli bir otel seviyesinin oldukca altinda. Garsonlardan herhangi birsey istediginizde (ornegin: tatli kasigi) sanki cok ilgisiz bir talebiniz olmus gibi karsilikli bakismalar yasaniyor. Hicbir istediginiz tek bir defada gelmiyor. (cogunda ikinci kez istediginizde de gelmiyor) Yemek cesitleri ve kalitesinin gelistirilmesi gerekiyor. Yeterince yemek cesidi varmis gibi gorunse de aksam yemeklerinde patates puresinin olmamasi, cocuklu bir aile icin zor bir durum oluyor. Yada sabah kahvaltisinda sicak sut istememiz cok garip karsilandi. Plajda ve havuzdaki servis elemanlarinin tutum ve davranislari da 5 yildizli bir otel seviyesinin oldukca altinda. Calisanlar adeta yaptiklari isi zoraki yapiyorlarmis gibi bir prikoloji icindeler ve bunu da cevrelerine yansitiyorlar.

İki odamız vardı, sadece birinde iki saat (14:00 e kadar) late check out istedik cunku 4 yaşında bir çocugumuz var, ancak kesinlikle late check out yapmamıza izin veremeyeceklerini söylediler, 12 de odadan cıkmak zorundaymışız, diğer taraftan eşyalarımızın odadan inmesi saat biri, bir buçuğu buldu. Bu konudaki tutumlarını çok rahatsız edici buldum.
