Worst house keeping - worst shuttle airport - with only the best location, five star hotel with 3 star services, no more visit, never

I wish u to suply tooth brush fr each guest n change the towels fr new as the existing are so old they are not towels in SHERATON HOTEL

The towels were so old they washed them many many times they were expired

Very easy to get to airport efficient staff

The Reception Personnel and The Concierge. They were very polite and very cooperative.

House keeping is declining very much than before. We had to remind them of things forgotten to be done.

It is an excellent luxury hotel, nice view from rooms, it’s really a nice comfort hotel to spend some quality time in Istanbul and the mall opposite provides all shopping needs and restaurants. Also five minutes walking there is an excellent Turkish restaurant Gelik which offers delicious traditional food. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The water appliances in the bathrooms and showers are awfull and very confusing, I burned my self several times :) , I think they should changes those, By the way, you are asking me, what did I not like about this hotel, but yet you are telling me, not to use this review for complaints!!!

Good location nice staff

Easy access to shopping centers, city & sorrunding cafe shops.

My booking was not available on the first moment at the reception desk, then good approach of the duty manager there who fixed it in 20 minutes.

We had disabled facility and staff were genuinly helpful and friendly. All parts of the hotel were accessible

The disabled room was moderate. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed or on the desk chair. It was a club room but there was no easy chair or sofa. The bed was very small - more like a single bed. For this type of room one should expect an extra large kingsize bed.

The hotel is big and modern and security is very well kept there. The concierge was very good (especially the night shift). The check-in / check-out process was done in a very smooth and quick manner. The shuttle to Taksim and the airport is free of charge and very convenient. Although we had booked a city view room we were given rooms with spectacular views of the Bosphorus (Thank you Sheraton). There is a mall right across the street which was very good.

There was no specific timing for housekeeping and it was not done so well either. The bathroom sink's drainage in both rooms we and our friends had were clogged and not fixed during our 3-night stay and when we used the shower there was vapor everywhere in the room, which is not acceptable for any 5-star hotel, let alone a Sheraton. The hotel ambience is very business-oriented which is much better for those traveling on business than tourists. The buffet breakfast was so humble considering the €25 charge per person that we decided to skip it after the first day.
