close to beach, but there are many negative things sheets were full of hairs -not mine- when I entered the room, same in toilet. Really disgusting. Also hotel staff was not friendly. I asked for non smoking room and they told me all were full (it was not true) and the smell of cigarettes in the room was terrible, I had to sleep all days with the window open! |

The staff was very friendly, professional and supportive. When I checked in my wife was not satisfied from the view, I tried to contact the front desk to change the room and they provided me with an amazing see view room to be satisfied. |

Only pool side. Helpless front desk reception. The beach is outside the hotel approx. 10 minutes shutell drive time. Nothing else nearby the hotel exceot a small mall. |

I really liked its nearest to the other facilities around it such as the malls and the resturants I did not llike their policy which prevents the guests from bringing the water they need to drink from outside into their rooms. There was no reference to this when I booked the rooms. |

Very friendly and helpful staff especially in reservations. I believe the ladies name was Utku who quickly and efficiently resolved an issue we had with the agent we booked through. The only real gripe was that the hotel seems to have done a bit of mileage with certain aspects starting to look tired. The carpeting in particular shows signs of being "well used " and very stained on the 8th floor. Other floors appear to be in similar condition. The SPA also seems tired and no drinking fountain. This of course forces clients to purchase bottled water but the negative result of this is that the spa area is invariably littered with some empty bottles. The staff at the spa however were extremely pleasant, knowlegeable and helpful. The outdoor pool is fantastic although a few more litter bins would not go amiss. Can't be too bad though as we intend to return in November !!! |

A beautiful hotel, with great views of the beach and mountains in Antalya. The breakfast was very good, with many choices to choose from. The rooms were clean. The walk to the beach was very cool, through the walkways and little resturants. We're walkers so the 5 minute walk to the beach was nothing. Alot of stairs to walk up and down, but we didn't mind that part. The hotel does have a shuttle if you don't want to walk it. We only stay one nite, so we didn't see what else was in the area. It was a nice stay and would recommend this hotel. |

Air condition poor ,food equal to 3 stars hotel , they don’t allowed you to bring food and beverages and water to the hotel and they treat you as a thief if you try that , ???,very expensive for nothing ,next time I would like to go to any country London , Paris ,Rome …..Tokyo spend my money there better than very expensive turkey sorry for that but this is the fact |

our stay in this hotel was supper. I like every thing, the service, location, room sea view. the hotel was luxurious, staff were helpful and spoke good english.. there is a shopping mall near the hotel 15 min walk. I recommed this hotel for anyone thinking to saty in Antalya. |

It’s a very good place to relax and the transportation to the downtown is very easy by the tram, I also like the sea view from the room In the night is very quit.. there is no activity on the pool like the other hotels. Also they need to increase the TV channels most of them are pay per view |

accessible to town center and to various other amenities and the hotel's taxi service was always on hand music from the lobby to the 19th floor where i was staying was too loud and went on until around midnight which was disturbing - in addition the music from the adjoining entertainment places around the beach and the luna park or fun fair was equally too loud and went on until after midnight which was most disturbing. |

easily accessible to the city and taxi service always prompt. very good internet facilities in room. music from the lobby bar at night was disturbing in room and music from the nearby entertainment spots at night was disturbing in room - no doubt hotel rooms on 9th floor (where I stayed) need some adequate sound proofing. the hotel's beach was with pebbles rather than with sand. |

The hotel staff was brilliant and very attending at all requests. Most of the facilities were functional. The sea view and the surrounding landscape were fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay there, and I would recommend it to others. Some of the facilities (although they are functional) need to be renovated. |

The calm and quite atmosphere.very beautiful garden.very nice swimming pool. Foods,bevetrages and everything you have to pay for,is very expensive. After 20 years it is good to think about a renovation.being far from the beach is a big disadvantage. |
