Sheraton Voyager Antalya Hotel, Resort & SPA

De verzorging van de kamer dagelijks. Twee keer per dag was er een clean up en een check up.

De hoge kosten restaurants en eten op de kamer moest je ook voor docken.

sheets were full of hairs -not mine- when I entered the room, same in toilet. Really disgusting. Also hotel staff was not friendly. I asked for non smoking room and they told me all were full (it was not true) and the smell of cigarettes in the room was terrible, I had to sleep all days with the window open!

Wonderful pool area, great rooms with a fantastic sea view, walking distance from Antalya...

The pool was not heated

The staff was very friendly, professional and supportive. When I checked in my wife was not satisfied from the view, I tried to contact the front desk to change the room and they provided me with an amazing see view room to be satisfied.

I really liked its nearest to the other facilities around it such as the malls and the resturants

I did not llike their policy which prevents the guests from bringing the water they need to drink from outside into their rooms. There was no reference to this when I booked the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially in reservations. I believe the ladies name was Utku who quickly and efficiently resolved an issue we had with the agent we booked through.

The only real gripe was that the hotel seems to have done a bit of mileage with certain aspects starting to look tired. The carpeting in particular shows signs of being "well used " and very stained on the 8th floor. Other floors appear to be in similar condition. The SPA also seems tired and no drinking fountain. This of course forces clients to purchase bottled water but the negative result of this is that the spa area is invariably littered with some empty bottles. The staff at the spa however were extremely pleasant, knowlegeable and helpful. The outdoor pool is fantastic although a few more litter bins would not go amiss. Can't be too bad though as we intend to return in November !!!

Air condition poor ,food equal to 3 stars hotel , they don’t allowed you to bring food and beverages and water to the hotel and they treat you as a thief if you try that , ???,very expensive for nothing ,next time I would like to go to any country London , Paris ,Rome …..Tokyo spend my money there better than very expensive turkey sorry for that but this is the fact

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at the Sheraton Voyager was excellent too.

I think the hotel needs overall renovation.

accessible to town center and to various other amenities and the hotel's taxi service was always on hand

music from the lobby to the 19th floor where i was staying was too loud and went on until around midnight which was disturbing - in addition the music from the adjoining entertainment places around the beach and the luna park or fun fair was equally too loud and went on until after midnight which was most disturbing.

easily accessible to the city and taxi service always prompt. very good internet facilities in room.

music from the lobby bar at night was disturbing in room and music from the nearby entertainment spots at night was disturbing in room - no doubt hotel rooms on 9th floor (where I stayed) need some adequate sound proofing. the hotel's beach was with pebbles rather than with sand.

The hotel staff was brilliant and very attending at all requests. Most of the facilities were functional. The sea view and the surrounding landscape were fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay there, and I would recommend it to others.

Some of the facilities (although they are functional) need to be renovated.

Personnel charmant, hôtel entouré d'un magnifique jardin tout près d'un parc, à 5 mn par navette de la plage, très près de la vieille ville.. mais nous sommes des habitués ....
