Staff were not welcoming, we were made to feel we were disturbing them. No information given out about restaurant e.g. when food was served, what was available. We had booked bed & breakfast - we received no information about times it was served. The only person that smiled was girl in restaurant where we had a drink. Were given a family room in annex to main hotel, drab, bare looking room with tea-making facilities but no tea or coffee provided. The cistern in the toilet ran all the time, during the night it sounded like a waterfall. Although there were mosquito screens on doors and windows, there were mosquitos in the room already and we were bitten alive during the night. My wife still has the scars on her face! We ended up leaving at 4am. because we could not bear to be there any longer. Had to look for and waken staff to be let out of Hotel.
