    Where to startthe trip was a disaster, first of all we had two satalite navigation boxes none of which could find the hotel, the address says Urgup this hotel is not in urgup if I had known that I would not of booked it, on the address it states post code 50400 but it is not the actual postcode is 50420, after two hours of driving round in the dark and making several calls to the hotel, the staff did at no point offer to come out to meet us to guide us back to the hotel, we eventually found it, but we have a picture of the hotels name board and it says cappadocia history cave hotel which I must add cannot be seen from the road it was a total nightmare, when we arrived in the darkness the rooms looked ok, it states on the booking form Wi Fi is available in all areas ourselves and our friends could not get any signal at all and had to sit out in the courtyard in the cold to use the internet, on the first night I went to the bathroom and had a very nasty fall on water that was on the floor, later that night we could hear water dripping there was water dripping from a hole in the bathroom ceiling, when I told the owner I was told that this was normal, I have stayed in many cave hotels and never had this problem before, the rooms were very dirty, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay there were no fresh towels and one toilet roll half empty so we had to ask for more, also there were no tea or coffee making facilities, there was always lots of shouting coming from the reception room arguments about money the sum of 300,000ytl was being mentioned and as the arguments were in English we could understand everything that was being said, on leaving and settling our bill we were told that they had a problem the owner said that he had split from his business partner the week before and he had no credit card machine facilities so we could only pay cash this was yet another inconvenience to us as we then had to find a bank to get the cash to pay then our total bill for the...

    An interesting small boutique hotel carved in caves in Cappadocia. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth of your money.
