dinner and breakfast was great.
bathroom was cold but they provided extra heater for it. hot water was hard to adjust.
Great hospitality. Well decorated rooms. Lovely breakfast.
Snowing when were there and no power however hosts looked after us well.
Owners kind / Rooms clean / Good food if you want to eat there / Confortable
Bathroom was maybe a little bit cold
Room is new and clean. The place is decorated very nicely. Heater doesn't quite work. But the room itself is warm. Hot water is ok. Strong Wi-Fi. The owner is kind, and a great cooker. Try her Sis Kebab.
A bit overrated food price, but I guess there's no other choice in Pamukkale. Food is overrated everywhere. TV not working.
Simpatia dos proprietários.
Pros: The hosts are very welcoming, case in point. The hosts remember what I didn't touch the first day and did not serve those the second day. From this perspective the service is top notch. They also drove me to the bus station twice, once to get a bus ticket, the other time to drop me off. The room is a good size. The breakfast is good. Good 5-10 min walk to Pamukkale UNESCO world heritage site.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower is low. Also, it's almost impossible to adjust to the proper water temperature. It's either too hot or too cold. The room and the shower isn't very clean.
Nice family hotel. Hospitality of hosts. Delicious food. If I would start own small hotel business I try to do it the same way.
It was chilly in the room, because of broken air conditioner. In heating mode outcoming air just slightly warm. But
Gorgeous place to stay, very homely, great family run business, great breakfast.
The room was a little cool the regular heating wasn't working but they put another heater in the room, which helped.
I like the hotel. Owners are extremely nice and helpful. The day we arrived at lunch time, the owner happened to have some celebrations for her mother and she invited my family for the lunch also. The room is clean and tidy. The dinner was also impressively good.
The location is 15min from the town. But the owner drove us from and to the bus station. Very helpful
Location and breakfast was good.
The ed was huge and amazingly comfortable. I appreciated the hair dryer. And a lovely view.
The wifi wasn't always great.
The homemade food and hospitality.
You must pay in cash. Room a little cold in october

Having to leave
My son like the garden very much! The dishes are delicious.
It's not very close to the sight spot.
The owners, Sami and Senay are wonderful hosts and take pride in their hotel. The food was terrific and they gave us great advice on seeing Pamukkale. This is definitely a great place to stay if you like small, intimate hotels.
Nothing to complain about except for some noisy neighbors the first night, but Senay talked with them and took care of the problem.
We felt really welcomed by Sinter Terrace, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast was delicious too. We would definitely stay here again.
Spacious rooms with special design approach. Very helpful pension owners (German speaking lady) giving good advises and breakfast above average. Good place to stay.
A little but pricey like whole Pamukkale.
Great location, nice room, good breakfast and dinner, very welcoming and friendly owner and family (even taught us Okey!).
The owner was helpful.
Not value for money. You have to pay extra for a turkish cofee in breakfast!
helpful stuff. Fair breakfast, clean and renovated room.
Other than the location, the fantastic breakfast, the comfortable bed, we liked the staff (owners). It was like staying in our own familiy house. Very helpful, happy about what they do! When you go to a hotel that the people is happy with you, then you will definitely have a good experience. We were also escorted to the bus stop so we didn't have to explain the driver where were we heading! Loved it!!
I was expecting something different because of the pink color of the rooms. I was a little bit hesitant about the hotel. At the end, I liked it, because it added an extra feeling of familiarity, but it can make people hesitant about the place from the online photos. Also, when arriving, tell them that you have a reservation, otherwise you will be paying a little bit more, but it will still be an excellent place for the money you pay. I think they just accept cash, but I'm not sure. I wish you a great stay as we had! Again, I loved this place! And its people! :)
We had the best sleep ever. The home cooked meal was amazing. The family feel and friendly service was brilliant
Very weak wifi
We stayed 3 nights and were welcomed with a huge smile from Sami who picked us up from the minibus stop in Pamukkale. The hotel is very funky - warm and friendly - the garden area where we could sit and chat and have breakfast really lent itself to meeting other guests. Senay cooked delicious, clean wholesome Turkish food so having a restaurant onsite was a bonus. Nothing was too much trouble and we were delighted when Sami drove us to the booking office to sort out train tickets then took us for a walk around the people's park, and Senay made us sandwiches for the trip. The room was a decent size as was the bathroom, beds were comfortable.
For some the few minutes walk from town might be a problem but we like being away from the hustle so suited us. Also felt like we were more in local area Wifi is weak in room but fine out in the garden so nice place to sit and catch up,
