Accueil exceptionel. Chambre sur rue au 4ème étage avec terrasse donnant sur le parc de Guhlane (jouxtant topkapi) : très confortable, calme. Situation de l'hôtel permettant de visiter à pied les principales curiosités d'Istanbul et à 2 pas de la station de tram Guhlane pour les balades plus éloignées. Nous avons été accueillis par une charmante jeune femme parlant ... français ce qui ne nous était jamais arrivé. Un cadeau à l'arrivé (lié à la durée de notre séjour) et à notre départ. Que demander de mieux ?

The welcome in the hotel, smiling and hepfull staff, welcome drink, lots of information about the hotels free activities, like a wine tasting and a cooking class. Also this location, in the heart of the old city could not be better. Keep up the good works and thanks to all!

After we checked in to the hotel, one of the staff came to us and show us the map, and told us where are the good places and how to get there as well, they are all actually friendly! The breakfast was also good, although there were not many choices. The Turkish Bath is clean and cozy. Ideal location, really easy to go to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and surroundings. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night, since the hotel was fully booked.

Very pleasant stay. All the staff is trained to be welcoming and helpful while remaining discrete. Rooms are nice and clean and there's a small pool with sauna and hammam. We were offered a free dinner at the hotel restaurant which was a complete surprise, and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast is also varied and enjoyable. Position is perfect, few steps away from Topkapi palace and walking distance from the most important sites in Sultanahmet. Right next to the hotel is a tramway stop, which makes it very easy and cheap to reach other sites in Beyoglu, Taksim square etc.

We found our hotel wonderful. We have travelled overseas a fair bit but never have we had the level of service and personalised attention like that provided by the Sirkeecci Konak. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted, sat down and provided with a welcoming drink as details about our hotel were explained. No other hotel has provided us with a free 3 hour walking tour of an interesting part of a city or the ability to enter the kitchen to receive a lesson on hour to prepare a simple Turkish meal. No issue was ever a problem and the staff deserve the highest commendation for their attention to the needs of individual guests. We have already recommended the hotel to another couple and will make a point of telling our travel agent of your outstanding commitment.

I stayed at this hotel in October last year and just had to go back - this time with my husband. From the moment we set foot in the hotel we were met with the best welcome and hospitality. This hotel is the best of any hotel we have stayed in. We did the hotel cooking class and had a wonderful time. The room we had was beautifully decorated, with a fabulous view of Gulane Park. I unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to see Istanbul in style. It is close to all the sights and shops - there is nothing more you want. The complimentary hotel tours are excellent, you must go on them as you will not be disappointed. Great staff and great hotel!

The hotel was excellent in every way. We arrived at 10.00 am and our rooms were ready immediately. We were offered an upgrade to deluxe rooms and were welcomed by a member of staff from guest relations. Over a drink he offered advice on things to do and see, and informed us of services the hotel provides like afternoon tea and cookery lessons by the chef. Everything was wonderful right up until our departure when we were waved off by the owner and other members of staff.

(Ayasofya, Sultanahmet Mosque, Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, Galata bridge etc. And you can also reach other kinds of historical places. 2) Shop : Turkish soveniors 3) Trans : Tram, Taxi, Ferry 4) Tour : 15min walking to take a ferry for Bosphorus tour. 5) Restaurant : Kebap, Doner kebap, Fish... 3. Price : Reasonable 3. Staffs : Very Very kind & Professional.
