Fantastic staff and room. Excellent value. Best hotel room I have stayed in. Payed 4x as much in other places for worse room and staff. Will def be back.

The room and the bathroom were very beautiful. The hotel staff were polite.

The breakfast made me ill.

Rooms are absolutely lovely and spacious...the dècor of the room is amazing in every detail...it looks like a 5 star hotel..the mini bar is huge and they propose a lot of snacks and drinks...my room was on the back and I slept peacefully for 3 days. I totally recommend this hotel also for an excellent quality-price relationship.

I think that the staff in the hotel could speak better english...apart from a very nice blond lady who was absolutely helpful (in checking out or printing) to communicate with the others was very hard. In general, the hotel has not really a "english speaking" policy..even the website and materials in the room are in turkish. The breakfast could be improved.

Nicely located and decorated, some rooms are a bit wider than others. The staff is really kind, available and well informed.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing: it's nicely served but there's not a big choice of food and drinks. Although the staff at the reception is competent, they don't provide any city map.

The hotel is clean and the room is nice and comfortable.

The room of this Hotel is so nice and warm. It's decoration is very attractive by European style.

All in all this hotel so good, but a bad thing here is TV channels haven't been subscribled, so you can not watch some channels like CNN. BBC and NTV Sport for live football matchs.

Vary frindly staff but noisy location. Very clean and well organaized.

Noisy location till late nights

This was my second stay at this hotel. To my surprise, when I arrived I received a free upgrade to a bigger room and certainly I was very happy about that. It was possible to check in early and to check out later than the regular time. What more could I ask for.

Here are a few areas the hotel could improve on: 1. There are too many male and too few female staff at this hotel. Gender balance is an important issue in any modern establishment. Too many male staff makes this hotel look old fashioned and traditional. During check in there were three male staff at the front desk. 2. I would have loved if the hotel had a transparent pricing policy. They could have shown their prices on their website. I understand that a hotel's price might be different if you contact them directly or if you book through an agent like booking.com. But this is not a reason to hide their prices. Hiding prices implies that they are charging every guest differently. 3. The mini-bar prices are too high. A can of coke cost 1.5 TL in the corner shop near the hotel. The mini-bar price is 5 TL. I think the prices should be maximum double the shop price and not more. 4. The shaving cream is not good enough. It should be replaced with a shaving gel. 5. There is no hair gel. I would have liked if hair gel was provided. 6. There are small things that need repair and fixing in the rooms. The wardrobe lamp didn't work and some chrome hangers in the bathroom were almost falling off. The cleaning lady said repairs have been arranged but this should be done much quicker and before a guest arrives. 7. The shower is draining too slowly and water pools up. I think the problem exists in all rooms and is a problem by design or equipment. 8. The workmanship in bathrooms is not good enough.

Fairly efficient as well as friendly front desk stuff, great-sized and very-well decorated rooms, comfy beds, the hotel being the next door neighbour of one of the most unique bar&restaurants of the city.

If absolute quiteness during evening hours is an absolute must for one (wasn't for me though), Sonno might not be the best choice for him/her to stay esp. for the weekends since the hotel is located at a very lively part of the city- the music coming from outside stops just after midnight during the weekends.

Comfort and Cleanliness

Nice location. Good value for money. Very nice and charming cafe together with the hotel.

Can be a little noisy from the street a night. But not too bad.

This is a nice, little, stylish hotel that is not trying too hard to show off. In some places you get the strange feeling that the hotel is polished to show off instead of focusing on guests. But here I felt comfortable and welcome the moment I arrived. I came early, around 10a.m. I wasn't sure if I could check-in then but the lovely lady at the front desk had a look at available rooms and said it was not problem as she smiled with her big dreamy eyes. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The air condition worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. There was no noise at all, although I don't know about the front facing rooms.

I would like to see disposable cutlery in a sealed package as an option at breakfast and in the room. Not everybody likes to share cutlery with complete strangers. I never do. I brought my own disposable cutlery but I forgot paper cups and had to check a few shops to buy some. When we arrived in the room the bellboy asked if I needed wi-fi and I said yes. Then he grabbed some pen and paper and wrote the password. I think this should be prearranged. I would have preferred if the password was already on the desk. The bellboy then proceeded to explain the mini-bar area. He weaved his arms around as he explained, "these items here are paid and these are free". Then he repeated, "paid, ... free" as he pointed to the complementary tea and coffee which was already market as complementary. I thought this was unnecessary. Needless to say he didn't get any tips from me. A better way would be just to say that the prices for mini-bar items can be found on the payment slip which was on the desk. I would have liked if the hotel had a back garden cafe, where I could sit and surf the Internet in peace and quiet. Looking at some of the pictures I thought maybe there was one but all the garden pictures you see are from the front entrance. The desk lamps could be a little smaller and I would have preferred if there was a ceiling light. The curtains felt too old fashioned. Window blinds would have been better.

Great small Hotel,Most important thing for me is that it was a reallly clean hotel,the pice was soo good for such a nice hotel ,the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not top notch (no open buffe) ,but it wasnt bad either.

Personel ilgili, adima ayrilan odada balkon olmamasi ve benim bundan dogan rahatsizligimin derhal oda degistirilerek yapilmasi bir isletme nezaketini ortaya koymustur. Otel yonetimine tesekkur ederim.

Kahvalti zayif,,

Öncelikle otelin konumu muhteşem. Kız arkadaşımla gittik,dışarı çıkmaya gerek bile duymadık akşamları.personel ilgili, otel cok temiz ve yeni herşey. Dizayn süper,fiyat dengesi olarak da uygun buldum.tekrar ankaraya gidersem yine sonnoyu tercih ederim,sevgiler.

Odamda roze şarap istedm giriş yaptıgımda,malesef küçük kırmızı şarap gelmişti,o kadar da olur ama sorun yok

Personel olağanüstü ilgiliydi, otelin konumu çok merkezi. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir tesis.

Giriş katında Gaga adında bir yer var, ayrı bir işletmeymiş biz otel müşterisiyiz dememize rağmen hiç ilgilenmediler ayrı bir işletme olduklarını söylediler.

Sonno Boutique daha en başta sizi sıcacık ve inanılmaz calışanlarıyla karşılıyor. Otel gibi bir ticari kavramdan öte sanki adeta evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Iç tasarım dış tasarımın golgesinde kalmayarak güzel bir görüntü sunuyor. Odalarda ise ikram olarak çesitli bitki çayları ve kahve sunuluyor. Ufak ama oldukça hoş bir detay. Odaların temizlii son derece güzel. Zaten böyle bir yer için temizlik bir sorun olamazdı. Anıl Bey tüm bu güzel şeyleri tamamlayıcıydı.
