We are not difficult guests. We often laugh about the tiny details other people complain about, but this hotel just wasn't up to the standards. Broken tiles in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and furniture, body hair in the drawers and bathroom supplies... Every time we noticed something new, we thought "it's a boutique hotel after all"... until it was time to sleep. The (unusually hot) room also had poor isolation, we could hear the crowded night club on weekend as if we were there and even our neighbors, very clearly. Also, the breakfast is not a buffet but an assortment platter.
The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The exterior of the building is gorgeous, rooms have all the basic supplies, wi-fi connection is ok really. But the best thing about this hotel was its location; especially if you are planning to walk to a restaurant or for shopping, everything is nearby.
