nothing the hotel was riddled with mosquitos and wasps the hotel is next to a sewage lake the whole hotel is infested with mosquitos i was bitten so many times i was sick |

Room was small, dirty and very unpleasant. Staff unhelpful - didn't tell you the basics like what time breakfast was, check out etc without a lot of prompting. Very expensive price too (and right next to the runway!) |

meals were included in the deal, good food and pleasant ambience, good facilities including lots of swimming pools and bars limited information on arrival at the hotel as to what was and was not inluded in the 'inlusive deal', what facilites there were and how to access them |

Convenient for the airport (bearing in mind we were only staying one night en route to our villa in Kas). Friendly and heplful reception staff, less so in the outdoor restaurant, but this probably due to very little English being understood (our fault for not speaking any Turkish!) Some of the outside facilities had obviously not been meintained to the level shown in the brochures - dirty water, etc (even allowing for the fact that these are thermal) and quite a lot of construction/maintenance still ongoing. |

It was my third visit to this hotel, it's a unique place. Thermal baths, beauty muds, jacuzzi, and all the SPA services they have are excellent. Air conditioner was not working in my room. |

Vriendelijk personeel Met late aankomst was de kamer bloedheet, rond de 40 C. en toen werkte de airco niet, omdat de airco na ongeveer 23.00 uur uitgaat, na praten met de receptie bleek, dat er niets aan te doen viel, er werd een ventilator aangeboden, hielp niet, een heel slechte nacht gehad, gelukkig waren we er alleen op doorreis. Geen aanrader!!! |

zimmerausstattung ok, beobachtung der wasserschildkröten, nette gartenanlage mücken, starker schwefelgeruch, aussicht zwar aufs wasser, aber nicht besonders schön, fluglärm (aber logisch bei der entfernung z. flughafen), essen mittelmäßig, der fliesenfußboden war nicht sauber (schwarze füße beim drüberlaufen) |
