Very romantic place in the hictorical centre of Istanbul, Sultanahmet district. Located just near the Blue Mosque it's very easy to get to the most of must to see sites of Istanbul just by walk. |

It's the perfect place to stay in Instanbul. Very charming, cosy Hotel. A little bit small but comfortable room numbers with modern bathroom. Few minuties foot walking and you're in the heart of old city. Frank and well-wishing people works there, they are ready to help your: to find a shop phone number or to explain how to get to any place in Instanbul - here you are. You'll be always taken good care of them. Just as recommendation. It'll be greate to change hairdryer and add some hot dishes at breakfast. Anythere it's the greate place. |

Central location near most of the tourist attractions, decent and helpful staff, wonderful terrace with seaview, compliments for holidays etc. Room was rather small, but very cosy. Actually, everything was very nice. It would be nice to have some mark signs to help guests. First evening we spend nearly half an hour trying to find our hotel - most of the maps are not very helpful, and all the side-streets really look the same. Also hotel needs to do something with its electric networks - we experienced several blackouts while staying. But, probably, that's a temporary problem. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean, located right where you want to be. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Noise from the nearby train lines occasionally. Not much to complain about really |

Great staff, very good location, we visited the entire city on foot. Good Breakfast and overall great value for money (at 70 euros per night, would not pay much more than that) The hotel is a converted old house and therefore it is very difficult not to hear the odd noise (door opening/closing ... etc) |

Hotel Sphendon is in a great position, just few metres far from the Blue Mosque. It's an old building recently restored, all is clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. There's free wifi access for the guests and breakfast is good and included in the price. Our room was very small but comfortable and cleaned every day. It was very hot inside, we had to keep the window open even if it was December. |

Hotel Sphendon is a real gem at the heart of the old Sultanhamet district of Istanbul, steps from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, a short walk from the Bosphorus and numerous cafes and restaurants. Small supermarket located just next door. Bathrooms were clean and modern, and yes you can flush your toilet paper. Sphendon offers a wonderful Mediterannean breakfast with an assortment of cheeses, olives and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will certainly come back! |

It is like staying at a turkish traditional villa. Warm colours, cute furniture, modern bathrooms, great matresses.You do not have plenty of space around, but anything else is "large": location, view from the terrace, kindness of its people, cleanness. Noisyless as well! Breakfast coffee! We did not like it... sorry! |

All the staff are very kind and patient. As a very new hotel, the room is very clean, warm and convenience. The location is wonderful, we can walk to the St.sofia/Blue mosque/Grand Bazaar in 10 min. In the morning we can see seagull outside the window. We also like the decoration of the hotel and our seaview room(with one big size bed). The hotel has provided a map & the introduction of the main tourist destination, including the open & close time, that is very useful for us,because it's our first time to Istanbul. Unfortunately, one of it show the wrong time--Topkapi Palace is not close on Monday,but the information from the hotel say "close". We hope they could update those information in time. |

Hotel is nice, rooms are small but clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly. They have a sea view terrace on top which is not used for breakfast, but we used it on evenings to watch Bosphorus with a cup of tea (or glass of wine). Rooms are small and breakfast could be more variable |

- The absolutely gorgeous view offered by the terrace; good location to reach many of the top Istanbul attractions as well as entertainment areas, special local charm due to the mix of design, furniture and air-fresheners. No parking place, but the narrow streets were just fine, whereas the hotel's staff really took care to indicate the best place to park :). |

12 room boutique hotel in the heart of the old city walking distance to all the sights on a quiet cobblestoned street with modern bathroom, free WiFi, excellent buffet breakfast in a cozy setting set in the stone wall. Small European sized room but it all works. |

The staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean although the walls are thin so I would recommend trying to stay on one of the top floors. Definitely check out the roof top for sunset. |

Hotel is 15 minutes from tram and main spots in the city. Hotel staff is probably the best ever we had. Rooms are very nice, decorated and clean. Hotel terrace is fantastic with sea view and you can bring your drinks and enjoy after hard day. Breakfast was very good, every day something new. Great hotel. Rooms are little small for longer staying. |
