Location, views and breakfast. No lift (and the breakfast room is in the 4th floor), no welcome drink as said and shower without courtins or anything so everything gets wet when you use it. |

My husband & I have stayed at this hotel several times during our trips to Istanbul & we always enjoy our experience. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the Old Town, close to all major attractions. Its very easy to get to from the airport via train/metro. The staff are friendly & helpful- we got upgraded to a better room at no extra cost.The traditional Turkish breakfast is well catered and the view overlooking the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofiya is amazing. |

Great budget hotel in superb location, great views and only a couple of minutes from the Blue Mosque and Grand bazaar, loads of super restaurants etc within yards of the front door. The tram stops outside the door.Friendly and helpful staff. Unsurpassed views from the breakfast room. Food basic but fine. This was my second stay at this hotel. It has been obviously been newly redecorated. I will stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul. Use their airport pick up service, it is good value and convenient. |

Wonderful location! This hotel is located in the middle of everything so that it is always easy to stop by during the day to drop things off or pick things up, and walks to important locations are reasonably short. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful, and they continue to display and replenish the food for at least 15 minutes beyond their posted breakfast times. the maid service was great and they always cleaned and straightened the room during the late morning or early afternoon while we were out, did not knock on the door at the crack of dawn like they tend to do in American hotels. Not an upscale place, but perfect for those that want to save money and still have a clean place to sleep. Late check out. The room was small and this is definitely not a place to stay if you are looking for something upscale, but if your mentality is just that you need somewhere clean to sleep, it's perfect. The only thing I had a problem with was that the bed was so hard it bruised me. I bruise easily, but I have never slept on anything except a hard floor that bruised me. The walls were thin, but there wasn't much noise. I'm not sure how many people were staying in the hotel at that time. |

Localization was very good - just near the most important places to see, but it was not quiet place...Breakfast ok with beautyfull view. Polish TV. The worst thing was bathroom-very very bad and dirty, room was very small, most of rooms have view to other hotel windows, we supposed to get free map and drink, but we didn`t and receptionist told us to go to tourist information to get a map!! |

We really like the location - it's amaizing - just a few steps from the main sightseens! The hotel staff is very nice polite and helpful! The view from the terrace is wonderful. |

Great location across from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and numerous restaurants and shopping. The room was too small & the cost was a bit much for such sparse accomodations. |

superb location - just aside from Blue Mosk, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern, 50m from Sultanahmet tram station, good helpful staff, cleaning every day including bed change, breakfast on great upper floor with great views; we had room 202 which we believe to be best of hotel (large indeed - can accomodate 3 in fact, view to Blue Mosk) - highly recomend this room or other room with front view (only 4 in hotel).No need of shuttle bus. no smoking in 1st floor bar |

Location because it is by the tram station and very near to at least 3 main touristic places (Sultan Ahmet, Aya Sophia and Topkapi palace) and they are all walking distances. very near to the grand bazar which is an amazing local shopping place. The staff are helpful the breakfast menu is very poor and there is no safes located inside the rooms. You will always find better rates for transportation outside the hotel. |

the location is incredible. Even though it isnt an elegant hotel, it is clean and comfortable. When we tried to pay, the Visa machine wasnt working and the manager wasnt very helpful. We had to run to an AtM and this delayed us. |

The hotel was clean and in a great location, good value for money, but dont expect too much and you will be fine. Reservation was messed up, ended up in a small room with no Bathroom and no air conditioning. |

The tarif rate is not as good as their service. Tarrif is high, service is not good. Their service by the hotel staff is not satisfactory as well. |

The view from the breakfast room was breathtaking.A good budget hotel.Very close to all places of interest.Tram stop outside was very convenient.Overall a good central hotel unfortunately no lift so no good for disabled travellers. |

It waw next to Agia Sofia and Sultanahmet. Very good place to explore the City. The TV was not working and the room was too small. But the people of the Hotel were very kind and friendly. |
