It was close to everything we wanted to see and near fairly good restauraants. The air conditioning did not work. We sweltered in our room. The wait staff was very good but the milk, water, and juice were warm one day. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful, putting us off several times when we asked for assistance. |

This hotel is well located. The wifi went out often. So did the air conditioning. The staff had a 1950s mentality. Instead of helping us, they said, for three days, that they would make a call later. The room was very small for three of us. |

The location is good, on a walking distance to the main tourist attractions of Istanbul. The breakfast was okay. And the price was very accessible. The staff, when was available, was reasonable. But I had to wait for around 15 min to check in, because the receptionist was not there at the moment (I've arrived at 11:30 am, so it must be someone there!). The room as small, noisy and not so clean (some dust over the furniture). WiFi didn't work at all in my room. And when I've asked for a transfer from Ataktür airport to the hotel on my arrival, they've asked for 25 EUR (TLY 50). If you get a taxi in the airport, you'll pay half of this value. |

Not a good area, better to live close to taksim. The hotel was ok but some of the staff were nice and some really rude... But i think you can find better hotels worth the money. |

The location of the hotel is hard to beat. It's in the old city and close to the Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Spice Market and the Grand Bazaar but it's also easy to get to Beyoglu for eating and drinking and to the Asian side with a ferry. Aside from location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top-notch. The hotel is redoing the carpet in all of the rooms (not that it obviously needed it) and ours was one of these. In practice, it meant that the carpet was wrinkly and not very attractive. I am sure it will be very nice when the new carpet is down. |

The location is great, close to the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were also helpful. The roof terrace appeared to be out of action due to renovations. There were plenty of other restaurants and cafes locally for this not be a problem though. |

Pleasant stay, hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly, our room was tidy and cleaned everyday, a bit noisy at night; hotel location is very comfortable for traveling by you own (close to tram station). Good value for money. May be to enlarge breakfast menu choise (mum&sister opinion), OK for myself |

Good breakfast. Good location. Friendly breakfast staff. No view even at breakfast room. May be in summer, but not winter. Rooms on the small side. |
