Everything was excellent. Staff, location, value and even the large breakfast buffet. Highly recommend
Everything. The value for money was good. The location was great.
The language skills of some associates was a bit limited, but it was not a big problem.
We stayed at sude konak for 3 days. This hotel has one of the best location in the old town. Its very close to topkapi hagia sophia and all the other museum as well as the grand bazar and spice market. The breakfast was good and clean. All in all i recommand this hotel.
Our room has no window and it was too small. The room temperature was very high without Heater.we were obliged to turn on the air condition to sleep.
Staff and breakfast
Room are too old
closed "blind" room without window, despite to my request to give me normal room looking at the street!
Just about everything. The staff was extremely quick to respond when the toilet began running at 5am. That was handled well. They were also very helpful when another tour company I used left me stranded in Izmir. They talked to that agent for me. That service was lousy but it was not the hotel's fault. I appreciated them intervening on my behalf. This was my first time traveling internationally and the hotel was recommended by my travel agent. I rate them pretty high..
The location of the restaurant on the roof is nice. Breakfast was fine. But I ordered chicken shish-kebob one evening. It came right away. There was no seasoning on it. It was just charred chicken -- not like the fine Turkish food I'd become accustomed to. I did not go the restaurant again for lunch or dinner. I can't recommend it.
Very near to tram, breakfast place nice view.
Price was good. Location is excellent.
They forgot to send airport shuttle, when I called they told me to take a cab. Bathroom was dirty, beds were tiny. Window was view of brick wall.
Located very close to main atractions in Istambul.
The location was excellent - very close to all the main attractions in the old part of the city. The staff were very obliging and attentive. Ask for a room on the 5th floor as they are the only ones with small balconies I think. We were in 504. The rooms on the opposite side of the hall to us didn't have large windows like ours did, so ask to stay in one looking out over the street. This was nice and central meaning we were able to pop back in during the day and have bit of a break before we went to our next sight. Breakfast is an excellent spread of fresh and tasty Mediterranean style foods.
Air con unit was a little bit noisy.
Perfectly placed for all the main tourist sites. Quiet yet safe street, best street in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped organise transfers to and from airport. Excellent views at breakfast from the terrace. Very clean and modern. Some rooms have balconies - another plus point. Good breakfast
Rooms are small but comfortable A little slow to clean up tables at breakfast
location, staff are friendly, good breakfast
The sense of friendlyness and professionalism displayed by the hotel staff. The location is outstanding. The variety of breakfast.
Breakfast is delicious and convenient to our customs as Arab people . They provide a free baby court . The staff are friendly and provide the information we want always
Although we had ordered a big twin bed , they gave us a seperate beds . They didn't even response to our orders of a big bed through our stay in the hotel
Great location, close to historical attractions, excellent breakfast, halpful staff specially Mr. Yadigar. Till the last moment before we leave the hotel, Mr. Yadigar was offering his help and that was so kind of him.
Hotel clerk initially tried to give us a twin bedroom even though triple room was reserved. We have sent email to Hotel's manager copying booking customer services, and they took my complain into consideration and next day they have changed it to a triple room with front view.
Nor kind staff and breakfast not nice0
Not kind staff and bad breakfast
Location and WiFi
Very small room
Location, beautiful and spacious room, helpful staff with great command of English, nice breakfast
There was no AC although to be fair there is no need, the cave is pretty cool even in August
Excellent value for money. Very good location, cleanliness, wi-fi, and extremely friendly staff. Mr. Yadigar ÇAM is the best!!!
Location outstanding. Professional, mostly English-speaking staff. Balcony in some rooms
Small. No chairs. No in-room safe
Very clean with a good location
very noisy. wifi was insufficient. we had the cheapest room and it was on the cavedium
One staff member in particular was wonderfully helpful - Turagud. Hope you find him.
the location was great. Just 2 minutes away from the gulhane tram station. Great for travellers with reduced mobility and would still want to save money by taking the public transport. view were great from the breakfast lounge. one side was hagia sofia and the other overlooked the bospohorous. Breakfast was modest. Dont expect much please! Rooms were kept extremely clean.
Hotel staff is either ignorant or were being rude. They wouldnt understand a request being made over the phone call from the hotel room. They expected me to visit them everytime which was kind of annoying. The hotel has terrible air conditioning. So mind it if you are planning a trip during the hotter months. The AC at the reception lounge was always kept off. The corridors are not air conditioned at all. I would expect the hotel guys to know the visiting timings of (atleast) the famous monuments. If not, check them and get back to the visitor- which never happened.
