Location is very good . In my window I could see Hagia Sofia. Also I like personal who were very friendly and supportive.

It was on walking distance from main attractions. Close to tram stop. A lot of restaurants in the area. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was the same everyday and not to much occidental choices.

The hotel has a great location. The street where the is very quiet, you can even sleep with the open window, which is a big luck in Istanbul. 1 minutes walk from the tram station. 2 minutes walk from the picturesque Gulhane Park, Top Kapi Palace, 7 minutes walk to Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya Mosque. The lovely view from the window to the Aya Sofya.

The rooms are very small. No wardrobe (it's hardly to name a wardrobe,what we've seen in the rooms). I advice you to ask for the room 505, the biggest room with the windows on 2 sides. Big wardrobe and big bathroom. The breakfast was good, but the plates and dishes... Old and broken sometimes.

Great location so one can walk or tram anywhere! Clean design decor & room, great for sleeping through jet lag. Good breakfast with restaurant view of Blue Mosque nearby. Accommodating staff.

Some of staff have limited English so matters need to be worked through. Price of a small bottled water 4 times that of shop across the street. Check details of bill before leaving. Good value for price so would recommend, use again.

Hotel was well situated and close to Bazaar and many of the "must see" sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Trams and busses close (we did not use them) and many small retaurants in the area. Staff arranged sightseeing tours and airport shuttle at reduced and reasonable costs.

Turkish cuisine is very different to what we are used to, so we did not enjoy the meals. This should not deter anybody from using the Sude konak Hotel. Rooms were on the smaller side, but clean.

Very good location, everything is near, breakfast was very good, restaurant has a great view to the Bosphorus and Hagia Sofia, nice terrace, kind staff, clean room with good heating.

Room was a bit small and bathroom was old but clean.

The location is perfect. The design is modern with no oriental influence. It is clean. The staff is ok. The rooms were warm.

The window to nowhere, cockroaches in the bathroom (though not very frequent), free airport service means you are brought to the square, where the buses leave for the airport, you are given the money to pay for the drive and that is it - technically everything is fine - I got transferred and it was free, but when you consider the circumstances, it is just ridiculous. Breakfast is decent, but when you stay long, you will get bored.

The friendly staff especially the reciptionist. And the perfect location for the tram station and the near historical places.

The same breakfast every morning. The unchanged towels and bed sheets . The size of the triple room is small.

Hotel Sude Konak is a very, very nice hotel. It has clean and most important hot rooms,as we were there during winter time. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Location is just perfect, easy to find, near the tramway station and most important near all the main sights. If we travel to Istanbul again we will definitely go back there :)

Excellent location! Tram station is just 100m distance! Agia Sofia, Top Kapi and Blue Mosque are about 5 minute walk from the hotel! Grand bazaar is also not more than 15 minute walk! Very good value for money! We took advantage of an offer and paid about 200 euro for 4 nights including breakfast! The staff was polite and helpful!

Nothing worth mentioning! In general, it was a just good hotel having its location and value for money as basic assets with no extra services!

Excellent staff, location, price and service. Cleaning and services were also very good. We had a transfer including from airport to hotel and back, we haven't any problems. Rooms are small, but you get what you pay. For these prices, facilities are great.

Perfect location and clean hotel.

The rooms on the first floor have windows opening in the lobby part. Without air conditioning very hard to stay. These room probably have been added recently to the hotel and you can hear every thing spoken in the room next to you.

The price was very convenient. The room conditions were very good except the fact that our room air was not so good. Without air conditioner you could not breath normally. Breakfast was really rich.

No pot to boil some hot water in room. A little bench to put a luggage would have been fine.

Location of the hotel was perfect. 5-10 minutes walk from Ayasofya, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Hippodrome. Next to the hotel is Gulhane tram station which for just 3 tl takes you to any part of the city. Despite being next to the busy area it is not noisy or overcrowded so you can relax in your room. The staff is excellent.

People where really friendly! The hotel was Very well located, clean and the breakfast was nice.

The rooms that look to the street are a little bit noise, but it wasn't a problem for us! :)

Sude Konak is comfortable and located very well in the Old City. It is an easy walk to all of the key sites, yet is on a quiet street. The Tram is a 2 minute walk for easy access to the city and the airport. The view from the rooftop cafe is spectacular - you can see the Bosporus, the Blue Mosque and so much more! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear what is being said in the next room. Also, rooms on the back-side of the hotel have very small windows.

The location is good since it is in a walking distance from most of the tourist attractions and close to the tram station. The service in the hotel was good, there is a nice balcony on the last floor where the breakfast is served.

Location location. It is in Sirkeci, which put us between the main tourist centre of Sultanahmet and the Bosphorus pier, only minutes of walking either way. A complete experience. Also near the tram which allows you to explore the city further. Office Manager, Yadigar, was very nice and helpful and our room for 2 was a very comfortable size.

Hotel location is amazing and breakfast is very good but it is too small and needs to fix somethings in bathrooms
