Lots of space in the deluxe bungalow, huge bed, free aircon, safe, wifi and fridge, plenty of hot water, lagoon location, friendly staff, great atmosphere and very private. Only 10mins walk to town for massive selection of restaurants and shops. Perfect getaway.
We had twin beds pushed together so had a gap in the middle, walked past other bungalows as they were being cleaned & could see they had a double mattress topper so maybe we were just unlucky. Also struggled to get the shower to be a consistent temperature.
I loved everything, but the exclusive tables on the beach wre simply amazing. And the most surprising aspect is price: suitable for backpackers. Just make sure that you book in advance, it's always full
The location on the Lagoon was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow and could not fault it in any way. We loved every minute and did not want to come home! Thank you Sugar Beach for a great stay!!
-at the shore of the lagoon -ten minutes walk to the town center -clean and well furnished room -good breakfast -one can use the beach, luggage cage and showers in the caravan park after check-out
-superior bungalow has a useless(in my opinion) porch that interrupt the room space. inside the room, spaces between twin bed and the walls are so narrow that one needs to walk like a crab! -no hairdryer -to be dependent to the waiter/waitress for tea at the breakfast
The bungalows and the green areas and the restaurant were nice but the basic bungalows are really small and the breakfast did not included water or american coffee: we paid 8.5tl for one cup. Of coffee and a bottle of water!! I think it is too much.
The extra fee for drinks at breakfast
Everything was excellent. We had a deluxe bungalow. It was worth the difference in price. You have mini fridge, AC, and all the comforts of a hotel room in a bungalow right on a private beach to oludeniz. You access the real oludeniz lagoon, so the water is warm and very calm, but very nice and clean. We actually changed our plans and extended our stay in this place for 2 more days than originally planned.
our bungalow was too close to beach and restaurant. It was too noisy as all people were talking loudly when they were leaving bar restaurant after dinner ( past midnight)
I loved the relaxing beach with the warm water just next to the bungalows. The possibility to order all kinds of food and drinks directly from the beach was awesome!
The toilets in the bungalow (might be better in the more expensive bungalows though)
Whilst staying in Olu Deniz we decided to stay in one of the bungalows on Sugar Beach. We made a mistake, we should have booked for more. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable!
friendly staff.affordable prices.
The basic room was poor. The beach was at a corner of Blue lagoon where it was unexciting to swim.
The layout and idea of individual huts is nice. The hotel area itself is rather pretty, and they have access to their own little lake/beach with Kayaks and small row boats. The staff can connect you to various agents for sports activities (at a decent markup as I later found out) Excellent parking, and around 15 minutes of walk from the main beach area
Our room was not "superior", it was small. There was no room to walk at all once our bags were open. They gave us two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed, and I personally had to get up 2 times during the course of the night to push them back together. I had gotten a really bad cut (wish I could show you a picture) from a splinter in the side table.
The beach, the cabins if you get the right one.
Our first cabin. Really old and not attractive at all. The restaurant: not good and VERY overpriced.
Great laid back atmosphere. Accomodation was excellent & clean.
Liked it all!
Bonjuk (Resort Dog) Location Beach service
Easy-going and low key
Spotty wifi and Lack of hot water in the 'luxury' bungalow
Nice relaxing atmosphere.Gr8 chillout music by the beach. Nice breakfast selection. Kayak or pedal boat in lagoon. Sleepy time hammock.
Triple bangolows for 3 persons R litlle tight & small.
I dreamed to spend a week at a nice and comfortable place on the coast of the lagoon at Deadsea Fethiye. The beach was muddy, the water had signs of pollution with bubbles, the " delux" cabins were uncomfortable, everything looked warn out. At night we could not sleep because of the noise of the electric generator. It was impossible to relax and sleep.
it was something different and enjoyed staying overnight at the lagoon
Took out a canoe and once away from the beach the water was beautiful. Animals all over the place (kittens, rabbit, dog). Cats did look a little mangy, but good company. Did not mind the bungalows - but fairly basic. Sheets were clean.
Overpriced compared to other places we stayed in Turkey (Side - on beach, Cirali-on beach, Izmir, Goreme). The beach was horrible. Swampy and scungy - it was the poorest location on the lagoon as it was tucked down at the end. So although the club was on the beach, it was not a good beach. Restaurant was overpriced - and it took over an hour for the meals to arrive. Drinks were expensive. Thought Oludeniz was grossly over-crowded thus ruining a beautiful spot - but does depend on what you are after.
Close to the beach. Very good location. 500 mt to Oludeniz. Helpful staff. Its a chill place with lots of different activities.
Beach might disappoint you a bit. Basic rooms dont have any shower equipments. If you have 2 luggage, it would not fit in the room.
