spacious suites they try to strictly enforce their "no food and drink from outside" policy, which was really annoying. What's the point of having a kitchenette in the suite if we cannot bring in our own food?! |

I very much lıked ıts locatıon and the eatıng/poolsıde area. Yes. there was and ıt was the reason for my leavıng before I had orıgınally planned to do. You should make ıt far more clear when you sent me the confırmatıon that ıt was not possıble to take any beverages ınto the room. Thıs ın my worldwıde experıence ıs quıte unusual. |

For the hotel and the name suite laguna, swımıng pool ıs very small. Your receptıon staff dıd not know about customer servıce, not frıendly and no smıle and even concıder roıuth. But very good wıth rusıan ladıes. |

La amplitud de la habitación y su estado de buena conservación. Cuando lleguamos nos dijerón de que no tenían constancia de nuestra reserva (sólo al enseñar la reseña impresa de la reserva se nos acepto) y se nos exigió el pago por adelantado de la estancia intentandose que el mismo fuera en efectivo (al negarnos nos aceptaron tarjeta). |

Billigt centralt nära havet ,fritt trådlöst nätverk i lobbyn Böneutropen klockan 06.00 på morgonen ,frukosten var inget vidare |

Laguna оправдала все наши ожидания-отличное расположение, практически рядом с историческим центром-10 мин.пешком налево или до знаменитого пляжа-10-15 мин. направо вдоль красивой набережной, кругом множество маленьких магазинчиков, кафе. всё очень близко и доступно.Сам отель очень чистенький и приятный.В номере ничего лишнего,но чистота прямо стерильная. Есть маленький садик с бассейном.Отель хорош для кратковременного посещения,для ознакомления с Антальей. Мы там останавливались на три ночи после отдыха в Белеке. В Анталью просто влюбились.Короче, для трёх звёзд очень и очень даже неплохо. У нас был полупансион-завтраки обычные, вполне good, а вот ужин удивил тем, что за чай и за кофе надо было платить, хотя деньги и не большие,но всё равно, уж могли бы включить это в стоимость.Телевизор в номере допотопный, ни один канал не работал и хотя мы в номере практически не были, но всё равно, если есть, то должен функционировать. |

Lo spazio della camera d'albergo che praticamente era assimilabile ad un mini appartamento costituito da 2 camere da letto (posti letto 2 + 1) un salottino un angolo cottura e il bagno con doccia. Prima colazione: assenza di frutta malgrado la zona ne vanta di una straordinaria varieta' |

Lejlighederne er fin nok. Men med hensyn til service og mad kvalitet absolut ikke noget at tale om. Om morgen hvis man ikke var ved morgen bord kl 07:30 vil næsten det hele være væk inden max 30 min ! og de var ikke hurtige til at fylde op igen . Man fik næsten til alle måltider madrester fra sidste mål tid bare I en anden form ! æg fra morgenmad blev skraldet til aftensmad og blev servet med mayonaise . og I en anden fad havde man forsøgt at lave italiansk salat med samme æg . I en uge spiste vi kun kylling (mad rester fra sidste måltid som blev serveret I en anden form) og vigitar mad. Vi er meget meget skuffet over deres buffe når det ikke var som de vidste på deres hjemmeside. Vi spiste 4 måltider hos dem og resten ud selv vi betalte De burde sætte mere budget til deres mad og mad kvalitet. Og at de skulle skaffe sig nogle personale som kan forstå engelsk . |

Het appartement was erg schoon. Ging verwarming in de kamer alleen in de slaapkamer dus wel koud. Het personeel achter de balie was niet erg vriendelijk. De ontbijtzaal erg ongezellig. |
