The hotel staff were very welcoming and serviced any requests with a smile and generous heart. We liked being located in the old town even with the hilly walks. We enjoyed the local shops where the service was friendly. Staying in Sultanmet you are fully integrated in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and functional. Beware of Credit Card overheads. Its common that the banks levy an additional 5%. Cash is king in Turkey. |

The suite was a very good size with 2 separate large rooms. It was 10 minutes walking distance from the Sultanahmet Tram Station and a convenient location to reach the major sites. The tram can take you to almost anywhere you would like to visit as a tourist. There are a few locations for the suites but all seem equally convenient. The rooms were cleaned daily, however we found that certain small appliances in the room required fixing. The rooms have wifi, so there should be no problems if you bring your own laptop. Most of the things were fine and we have no major complaints. |

The suite we had was modern and in showhouse condition , the air conditoning worked well , the bedroom and couch bed were comfortable, Adam the manager was informative and helpful throughout our stay and his recommendations were spot on.The people are very pleasent . The area is hilly and the best way to walk is at the sultanamet metro stop and pass between the mosques, this takes 5 to 10 min as from further stops the hill up/down is steep. |

The hotel locates at lower side, thus we should climb the hill to reach Sultanahmet tram station. But, hospitality of the hotel is excellent. |

I just stayed there for 1 night and for this budget every thing was alright. Finding the address was nightmare and it took 4 hours to find this hotel. There are 4 other hotels with same name in same district so be careful. |

Very nice renovated apartment, very close t the Istanbul historical center. Surranding is a bit "Oriental" but it is a part of the City climate. |

Absolutely lovely apartment, very friendly & helpful staff.Within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque,Hagia Sophia,Topkapi and Grand Bazaar but in a nice, quiet non - touristy area with lots of local grocery shops selling great almonds, olives, chilli's,fruit & veg, cheese, pastries etc.We found lovely roof top terraces in the local area to stop for a drink and admire the view or eat at.A great place to retreat to after a days sightseeing - highly recommended. The air con in the living room where the kids slept on the sofa bed would switch itself off overnight - very frustrating as they then woke up as it was very hot and had to turn it back on again. We did mention it to the staff who did think that they'd sorted it but unfortuantely it wasn't. |

Rooms were very nice with an equipped kitchen. Never answer to e-mails. House keeping service was poor. Very noisy location. Touristic information from the hotel stuffs were not reliable, sometimes critical. Room facility was removed without notification. 5% extra charge for credit card payment. |

we found the hotel comfartable, and spacious. The hotel has too many buildings and it it is difficult to locate.they did not provide some of the essential toilitteries and we had to buy them on our own. |

Centrally located, walking distance to most of the sightseeing places and to the tramway. Reasonably clean and comfortable suites suitable for families. Difficult to find even for the local taxi drivers,as they have three different locations and give just one address on booking.com. Cleaning staff was not good as they did not provide toilet paper.Inadequate lighting in the bathroom. Safety deposit box was not very secure. |

The staff was really good, with a really disposal to help to all our questions during our stay. The room Deluxe Suite with Marmara Sea Views has to be arranged in different aspects. The Hotel has only 1 year and a half, so they have to look at things that are needed to be consider a Deluxe room. If not, they have to reduce the price. |

Excellent staff and service, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming, large room with lovely balcony, very close to all the main sights and shops yet as it was off the main road not too touristy and you felt like you were staying in an area full of locals, great value for money |

The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful The rooms were not cleaned properly on a daily basis; the sea view room mentioned on the website appeared to be quite contrary - room was facing a wall of the front building... The hotel is very difficult to find, even taxi drivers were lost |

Staff at the hotel was very friendly, they gave us the best room available considering. The room was excellent, spacious, and had a terrace. It was close to sultanhamet square, which made it so easy to enjoy our day, at the same time it was quieter at night. We travelled all over trukey and asked for same hotel, same room, once we were back. It was hard to find the hotel. Better call them on the way there, and give the phone to taxi driver. |

The position of the Sultanahmet Suites was great for seeing the sights of Istanbul, mostly on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a choice of 2 suites both being spotless and very cosy. |

Management were friendly and attentive. Airport transfers were prompt and trouble free. The apartment was very clean and spacious and was very well placed for sight seeing, being 5 min from the blue mosque and trams. The area was quiet but close to small food stores and restaurants. |
