Hotel Sultanhan  

Location, Price, kindness and helpfulness of everyone, and so clean. Large room that was quiet and warm (cold outside). People at the desk were so helpful everyday. Thank you!

Perfect location for visiting Istanbul. Very attractive, clean and a good value. Nice rooftop restaurant with great view. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast (great coffee).

Closeness to tourist attractions at destination

Stuff was very friendly and with helpfull tips. Cleaning ladies were good, a bit slow, waiting them to finish cleaning even you have taken the time for the breakfest. Locaton fantastic. It is important for Istanbul. No smelling odours from suers, which can be detected in old city hotels. Very nice roog terace, breakfest the same but colorfull. Everything for babes and small children. Parking in front of the hotel, but limitied, if somebody park before, you need to find other parking spot. I was lucky all the time, and car is needed in such city.

It is clean but not enough for 200EUR per day. Dust was on all things you are not using, sos telephone in bath, picture frames, somebodies sleepers under the bed, etc. Breakfest was always the same and variety of food is at the minimum. You are paying premium price for good looking hotel and location. Example, 5 star luxury hotels on Asian side are in half price even cheaper.

Ein überaus sympathisches, gepflegtes, ästhetisches, sauberes, Hotel, in welchem man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Lage des Hotel ist hervorragend, die Einrichtung im türkischen Stil sehr schön. Der Speisesaal zuoberst hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf die blaue Mosche, die Hagia Sophia, den Topkapi-Palast, das Meer und viele mehr.

Tout. La localisation est parfaite pour un séjour à Istanbul. À proximité des principaux sites touristiques et du métro de surface. Hôtel très bien tenu. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très bons restaurants à proximité. Le personnel très serviable et prêt à aider. Il est difficile de trouver mieux pour un séjour de vacance à Istanbul.

Hotel Was comfortable,well located and in a quiet street.The Terrace Restaurant was excellent as was all food.All staff were polite and helpful.We would recommend the hotel to others
