1- All the staff were very helpful and polite 2- They prepaired advance breakfast at 5:00 am because we were leaving to airport at 5:30 am they opened the breakfast resturant with one serving staff 3- Whenever we need the internet they provide us with free laptop to use Nothing at all and if we visit Istanbul again our hotel will be Sultanhan |

Staff very friendly/helpful, lovely roof terrace They had a steam room/sauna which was expensive to use, I feel such facilities should be free to residents. Some sun loungers on the terrace would be nice. |

Convenient, good staff, good room not e Bathroom needs attention as shower screen leaked every day and shower hose would spray up is left unattended and this was very poor. Obviously this happened all the time in this shower and very much detracted from the bathroom experience. It needs very little maintenance to fix properly. |

La posizione è strategica in quanto centralissima, mentre a mio parere il rapporto qualità prezzo è in generale poco soddisfacente. Gli extra sono offerti ad un prezzo a mio avviso troppo oneroso, anche il caffè espresso richiesto alla colazione del mattino è un extra che si deve pagare a parte. L'hotel non dispone di un proprio servizio navetta per l'aeroporto, quindi anche questo va pagato come extra e ad un prezzo (30 euro a tratta) non allineato con il costo dei taxi. |

Günstige Lage - die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sopia, Blaue Moschee etc.) in Gehnähe, Tramwayhaltestelle sehr nahe (5 min). Nettes kleines Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. |
