Le personnel palaient plusieres langues etrangeres, y compris le russe. On nous a offert de laisser le bagage dans la chambre apres le check- out, sans qque payment extra. Free wi-fi. Le personnel etait tjrs la pour vous designer un bon hamam ou donner d'autre info interessante.

Pas d'assanseur (cas typique d"istanbul, pourtant) La chambre au 3me etait pas trop nette. Essayez d'obtenir celle au 1r ou au 2me, elle sont bcp plus sympa!

First of all - perfect location of the hotel. It takes only 2 minutes to get the nearest tram stop. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, near Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterna and so on. Another advantage of the location is that hotel faces not the noisy street with lots of tourists and tramline. It gives you a chance to relax in your room or in a very cosy restaurant downstairs with great cuisine (Testi Kebab is mostly recommended)) It also has very friendly staff, who are always reaвy to help you in any situation. В первую очередь нам понравилось прекрасное расположение отеля. До ближайшей трамвайной остановки - 2 минуты, отель совсем рядом с Голубой Мечетью, Софией, Подземным водохранилищем и т.д., но при это он не выходит на шумную улицу с трамвайными путями и кучей туристов. Внизу отеля есть прекрасный, очень уютный ресторан со вкусной едой (попробуйте Тести Кебаб, очень вкусно)) Персонал отеля дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь чем только могут.

The only disadvantage is a smell from the pipes in the bathroom. So, keep your bathroom door closed)) Единстенный недостаток - неприятный запах в ванной, так что держите дверь туда закрытой)

Angenehme, famliäre Athmsphäre mit sehr freundlichem Personal. äUsserst Schmackhaftes Essen ( inkl . Frühstück). "Kleines aber feines Hotel".

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü, iyileştirilmesi lazım.

The Hospitality of the staff is excellent and always at our disposal.

Wifi access was very slow and it is not dependable from the rooms.

Çok kötü bir otel, zaten otelde değil. Restoran, 3 tane toplam odası var. Sabaha kadar gürültü eksik olmaz, yataklar temiz değil, wi-fi yok. Kahvaltı berbat, yapamadım. Kapı kolları kırık , suların aktığı nadir olur, temizlik yok denecek sekilde. İnternet ortasındaki resimlerle hiç alakası yok. Booking.com' un bu oteli sitesine eklemesi seviyesini düşürüyor , hemde fiyat 4 yıldızlı oteldende pahalı. Misafirlerimiz ve ben ilk geceyi zor geçirdik, hemen 4 yıldızlı bir otele geçtik, çok temiz ve fiyatta ondan ucuz.

L'emplacement géographique et la décoration de la chambre.

Le bruit, la musique du restaurant au rez de chaussée qui résonne dans la chambre jusqu'à 1h du matin parfois 3h du matin. L'obligation de mettre des boules quies le soir pour lire ou s'endormir, et l'absence de lampe de chevet qui oblige à lire dans l'autre sens du lit pour avoir assez de lumière. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours non plus, ni le papier toilette renouvelé, il faut le demander à l'accueil, pour une chambre à ce prix c'est moyen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer war riesig und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bad ist komfortabel, mit großer Duscheinrichtung. Zudem ist die Lage ideal, direkt nah an der Metro-Haltestelle und zentral neben den typischen Touristenattraktionen. Das Frühstück ist nicht abwechslungsreich, aber dennoch sehr gut und frisch.

Der üble Geruch aus den Toiletten, das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Matratzen, nicht aus einer großen. Es ist eine gute Verweilstätte während eines Aufenthaltes in Istanbul, jedoch preislich meiner Meinung nach zu hoch.

Die Lage

Wir warem vier Tage in diesem Hotel / Restaurant zuerst hat man uns ein Zimmer gegen das nicht sauber war. Haare vom vorgänger, Toilette nicht gereinigt etc.danach haben wir ein sauberes Zimmer bekommen, das aber die folgenden 4 Tage nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Frühstück wäre dabei gewesen, wir konnten diesen nie einnehmen weil niemand da war. Wir mussten im voraus bezhalen, bar, grosser fehler. 1X kein Wasser gehabt. Als wir reklamiert haben und um ein Gutschrift gebeten haben, war niemand verantwortlich und man hat uns ein Tee angeboten.
