Location Staff very friendly
Breakfast could be better. It's very different from the photos on the website. Wifi connection is terrible. Sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep at all!
The hotel the location and the staff are simply excellent!!! If you are looking to discover istanbul I would highly recommend this hotel and ask for Sergean the receptionist he was amazingly helpful!!! Close to everything and the taxis can easily drop u there or close to it!!
The rooms need to be a bit more sound proof!!
Helpful & friendly front office staff Complimentary Turkish tea throughout the day & cakes in the afternoon Excellent location Excellent view from Breakfast room & terrace ( terrace was empty during winter) Good breakfast spread Quiet & peaceful surroundings
Very slow wifi in the hotel room Double bed in family room was creaky & not as comfortable as single beds Rooms are not sound-proof Breakfast spread should vary, was the same throughout our entire stay
It is very close to all the attractions (big bazaar , Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia , bosporous....)
We arrived late at night with little baby ( 11 month old) at the hotel. After 12 midnight . We hate to wait over half an hour to do check in , becose the reseptionist explained customers local attractions. The baby was crying and was very tired Very poor breakfast, every day the same and dirty buffet. The cook was smoking in the kitchen and the waitress had her hair gathered. Everything was self service. General staff in the restaurant were indifferent. We spent time in the hotel only for sleeping. Every morning we woke up at 6 from the laut speakers (mosque) and our little baby scared every time. Nobady except some peapel on the recepsion speaking englisch. Were 3 adults in the room and each day we only had 2 face towels in the bathroom . The wall is very thin. You can hear your neighbors the kitschen in the morming and the elevetor . Restaurant its only working for breakfast ( on booking its standing all day restaurant)
Location is excelent!!! Friendly staff
I've been to Turkey many times before and for the first time I got disappointed by the hotel breakfast. The staff do not speak very good English but are very friendly. I'd just suggest the guests to double check the info provided by the hotel which is not related to the hotel. For example, we asked about the ferry boat timetable to another city and they told us it was hourly, it turned out to be just 3 times a day!!!
Hotel location, Confort, Attention of employees, Bed was quite confortable
Not many different things to choose for breakfast
Location is excellent. The staff are so nice and helpful.Very nice and comfortable rooms. We recommend it highly.
Atmosphere Breakfast was great In the middle of the great touristic sides Spectacular view from the breakfast room Close to public transport the quarter of the Hotel is very touristic but still very nice
For me on my business trip the location wasn't perfect Trafic with car and taxi is a disaster in Istanbul. Trains, subways/underground/metro and the boat is the best transport solution.
This hotel has the perfect location for exploring Istanbul’s fabled old city. Facilities are excellent, and the staff is superbly friendly and helpful – especially the always smiling Kerem!
The breakfast buffet on the balcony offers stunning views, but look out for hungry seagulls!
Nice hotel in a very good location!!!! our room was excellent and really confortable, the breakfast was very good ,the reception was really helpful!!!
It's a very good and beautiful location. Very close to blue mosque and just some few meters to Topcapi palace, you also get to shop at the local bazzar which is also about 100 meters away. Will like stay at the hotel again.
The location of the hotel is great.
Friendly welcome, helpful staff, generally appealing look of the place, nice breakfast on a terrace witha view of the Bosphorus, inexpensive in comparison with some other 'special category' hotels in this area.
Slightly tatty decor in the bedroom, rather thin walls between the rooms - noise from other guests travels.
Location of Hotel Friendliness of Staff Breakfast Room size for Istanbul in this prices bracket was excellent
Nothing to dislike
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff
Location Friendly staff Cozy rooms Restaurants and bars close by
Breakfast (although still correct and with amazing views to Bosphorus)
It was the best room we have ever had in Istanbul. Large room with wonderful, comfortable king size bed, jacuzii (!) in the room, nice bathroom with big shower, coffee pot, nice armchairs, pretty Turkish carpets... Breakfast best ever. Receptionists helpful and smiling... And all this so close to Sultanahmet Square... Undoubtedly a "10". We want to come back!
We liked absolutely everything.
The size of the triple room. The location of the hotel.
The picture of the double room shown on booking.com did not match the room we were given. The room we were given was a single room with an extra bed. The room shown on booking.com was a double room with a sofa suite. We had booked a double room and a triple room. Upon arrival staff said they would assist with the luggage. They opened a door from the reception, the rooms were on the other side of the door with an elevator opposite. Staff then hovered an inappropriate length of time waiting to be tipped. The noise was unbearable. We asked to be moved and we moved to the third floor. Upon leaving we were not offered assistance to bring the luggage into the lobby.
the hotel is very clean the breakfast is very nice
I stayed this hotel for 4 nights. The weather were not good for us, but we enjoyed around old town on foot with bus and trams. It is worth to visit for this town.
The staff were so helpful special reception guy Samir we really appreciate the way he communication with the guess . And rest of the staff were kind to assist us too ...The hotel is not a star but we were stayed during our stay. And definitely I will surely recommend this place to my friend. Comfortable place value of money and location wise everything is around ...
Nothing much everything is fine with us.
I liked the location of the hotel. Staff was very cooperative and courteous.
Good size (triple) room, clean and 5 min walk from Blue Mosque.
Staff seemed to rush us, hotel is dated in general and hard to find.
