The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel is carved into a cliff with three terraces and great views of the valley, a 3-minute walk from downtown. Hardwood floors, spacious bathroom with great water pressure, room warm in winter, antique ottoman style furniture, friendly cats.
Great location with amazing view in the balcony. Staff are really helpfull in supplying information about cappadocia, activities you can do while you were there, the tour, etc. and treat us like a family. Before coming to cappadocia, if you have any questions or request, you can send email to the hotel and they will reply your email, i found it very helpful. Room have a complete facilities such tv, small refrigerator, heater, hair dryer, bath tub, telephone.
Inside the room, wifi connection not very strong.
Isa and Kay made us feel very welcomed Amazing breakfast Value for money
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A pleasant hotel with great outlook.
Aside from being so friendly and nice, Isa and Ilkay were always attentive to its customer´s needs. I personally had a health issue and Ilkay acted inmediately, rushing me to the hospital in a friend´s car and was my interpreter in communicating with the doctor. I so recommend this place.
Staff were the best so far in our 10 days in Turkey! Very helpfull, friendly, allways in a good mood, in resume 5 star.
Location was easy walking distance to town Could see balloons from our room in the morning Helpful owner organised hot air balloon ride & transfer from airport before we arrived.
The staff is REALLY helpful and will help you in anything you need. The beds are really comfortable!
-nice view. -quiet room. -clean bed and towel. -free pick up in the early -morning from bus terminal- -very kind employees -gave us a drive to
bathroom is quite dark. that's all :-)
We were on the luxury room and really appreciate it with a nice view on the landscape. The staff was so nice and helpfull.
Because we were on the last stage of the hostel the wifi reception was not so good in the room and there was some bad odour in the bathroom.
The cave was great and the stuff are very very nice. The city view is amazing.
Wifi is not good but it make sense because it is a cave hotel
staffs are helpful. 5 min walk to the sunset point.
the breakfast was awkward...the cave room was so so...really poor wifi...
poor wifi inside the cave room.
the owner of the hotel was so nice and thoughtful. He drove us to some of the attraction spots for free, and hosted us warmly and friendly.
The staff is very friendly and trustworthy. It's quaint, and also neat that you can live in a cave during your stay. The manager personally went out of his way for us numerous of times to bring us places and to bring us requested items. Also, the night manager gave us a morning ring at 4am to make sure that we didn't miss our hot-air balloon pickup. The hotel is in the middle of town and next to sunset peak. Before we went hot-air ballooning, we spent the first morning watching the balloons from sunset peak as well as the sunrise. We got some really spectacular pictures as well as a good look at the different companies. Plus, their dog is super cute.
My fiance and I had to sleep in separate beds because of the layout of the room. I'm sure that the manager would have made some accommodations if we brought it to his attention.
Location Staff Breakfast Hospitality
Really helpful staff ever met !! The view from room no 7 is fantastic ! Location is close enough from the city center but a little bit need to "climb" since the hotel located on the "hill"
We really had a good time in Sunset cave hotel. Mr.Isa and his staff are so nice to us and help us a lot. If I travel to cappadocia again, I will still choose Sunset:) (Btw, the special breakfast are soooo sweet. Thxs
The staffs are very friendly and helpful! Thank you for all the arrangement of the day trips and the airport shuttle service. It's not a luxury hotel but definitely value of money. Hotel is clean and tidy, location is good, wifi is working well, free breakfast is provided.
The Staff is kind and tries to help with whatever you need.
The room we stayed in was dirty, badly furnished (worn down dirty carpets, matras was smaller then boxspring, side table missed handles, gap in floor ect ect), damp, hot, stank and was on the ground floor so no view. This is room number two. Breakfast is plain bad. It was recently rented by new management so booking.com score definitely does not reflect the current state of affairs. Skip this experience at all cost.
Everything is perfect. Stuff is VERY friendly, fluent English speakers. They are trying to do all the best for guests. Good rooms, good breakfasts, good location. Realy one of the places you wish to come back!
Location.we can see the balloon rise from hotel balcony.wonderful views.and just two minutes drive from hotel to balloon raise place.most important.every staff is approaching you for help.and their staff make you feel at home.very warm hostility.wifi is free and good connection.insides of hotel is special design of cave.very local style.
Good location. Chill owner. Great breakfast. Off the beaten track.
Only warm water. No hot water. Average mattress. Shower on top floor room leaked every time.
The Owner Mr. Isa is very nice friendly and helpful
there is no closet in rooms
